Executive Coaching

Marshall Goldsmith is one of the world’s most accomplished and most in-demand executive coaches. He is very selective in choosing clients and will personally work with a maximum of eight clients at any one time. He currently has a waiting list of six months for any potential new clients. His coaching process is very unique. He only gets paid after his clients get better! “Better” is not defined by Marshall or by his individual clients. “Better” means measurable positive change in pre-selected leadership behaviors as determined by pre-selected key stakeholders. Marshall’s clients are usually CEOs or C-level executives whose work is critically important to the organization

General Eric K. Shinseki, Chief of Staff, U.S. Army

"While many experts are effective in creating awareness and interest, Marshall addresses the topic personal improvement in such a way which kindles the required motivations to drive to action." Charles J. Corace, Director, Management Education & Development, Johnson & Johnson

"Marshall Goldsmith is a critical part of my custom designed leadership development program for senior executives at Thomson. His segment ends up being perhaps the most transformational during the entire week. Marshall has a unique ability to touch people and to move them to action.

He does it with passion, compassion, and humor. Moreover, his material is based on solid research. I know of no speaker who is more effective with the entire spectrum of listeners, from the front line manager to the CEO, and no one can combine such dynamic content with a dynamite delivery as Marshall can." Deepak (Dick) Sethi, Director, Executive & Leadership Development, The Thomson Corporation
