Olivier van Duüren

First up is Olivier van Duüren. Twenty-two years at Microsoft in senior global roles covering sales, operations, marketing, business development and strategy gave Olivier a unique perspective on innovation, transformation and human performance.

In September 2016, he combined these insights in his book "The Dualarity" to help people tap into the energy of personal and business transformation and prepare for the transformational times ahead.

Justin Hughes

Meet Justin Hughes: an inspirational speaker leading presentations and workshops on leadership, execution and risk with a focus on high pressure environments. He has shared the platform with the likes of Sir Richard Branson and Kofi Annan and has an impressive speaking client list that includes organisations noted for their own high quality approach to leadership such as Cranfield School of Management, Merrill Lynch and UK Sport.

Maxine de Brunner

Maxine de Brunner, one of the Metropolitan Police Service's most senior officers, has led one of the most historically significant change progremmes ever. She has driven forward enhanced working practices through augmented technologies, reduction of management and bureaucracy and improved budget management.

Caspar Berry

Barbara Oakley

Professor Barbara Oakley's work focuses on the complex relationship between neuroscience and social behaviour. The Wall Street Journal called her research "revolutionary" and her book A Mind for Numbers is a New York TImes best-seller.

The founder of "Learning How To Learn", one of the most fascinating facts about this professor of engineering (Oakland University) is that she originally flunked maths at high school!

Andrew Bastawrous

Eye surgeon and inventor, Andrew Bastawrous is changing the world by creating accessible tools to bring eye health to some of the world's most challenging places to those who need it most.

He is the co-founder of PEEK, a low-cost ophthalmic tool which is available via smartphones and is most well-know for his TED talk "Get your next eye exam on a smartphone".
