Lewis Pugh, United Nations Patron of the Oceans, congratulated Mumbai lawyer Afroz Shah upon news that he was to receive the UN's highest environment award for his "incredible efforts to clean Mumbai's Versova Beach". Pugh said, in his tweet, that he was delighted.

Hal Gregersen, executive director of the MIT Leadership Center and a senior lecturer in leadership and innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management. This week, his article "Leading Across Boundaries: Respect, Leadership And The Future Of Work" appeared this week on Forbes. Gregersen raises the issue of incivility and the impact that it has on society, performance and business.

Thomas Frey, Executive Director and Senior Futurist at the DaVinci Institute, is one of the Influential Knowledge Experts who spoke at this years Knowledge Summit. During his address, Frey explored the question of what’s hidden and what’s still to come for future technologies.
