Registering as a speaker

If this is you, complete our speaker registration form below. Our management team will review your registration and, if appropriate will get in touch with you to arrange a phone call or a meeting.

Please understand that we receive many applications to be on our books every week and it is not always possible to respond in full. We also cannot always respond to questions regarding your application.

If we feel that we can successfully represent you to your complete satisfaction, we will be in touch as soon as possible to take matters further.

Once you are registered, your details will be stored on our database. We currently maintain details on nearly 4,000 speakers worldwide.

If appropriate, we may also create a profile for you here on our website. A member of our website team will get in touch to collect all the details we need to do this.

Once your profile is live, we will keep in regular contact with you and will also tell you how to send us updates and news.

If we add your profile to our website, we will also promote you via social media, on Google and in our email newsletters and articles.

Having a profile on our website is a great opportunity to get in front of our website visitors. At the time of writing, we receive more than 65,000 unique visitors to our website each year. Many of these visit to find speakers to book for events.

We also know that most of our visitors regularly read the articles published on our website by various speakers. For them, this is an excellent way to learn more about your thought leadership, your style and what you speak about.

What happens when you are registered?

Speaking Enquiries

Once your profile is live, we will start putting you forward for client enquiries. When a client specifically expresses interest in you, we will contact you to check your availability and tell you about the client’s requirements.

Together we will decide whether or not it is a good fit for you. If it is, we will put you forward and inform the client as to your availability and fees.

When we receive a firm invitation for you to speak, we handle all contracts, acting as the intermediary between you and the client. This protects all parties and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

Whenever we quote your speaking fee to a client, this usually does not include your travel expenses and accommodation. Instead, these are paid on top of your fee. You organise your own travel and accommodation unless agreed otherwise.
