Background / History

Rob has won many awards and consults to the board of several global companies on Leadership, organisational change and corporate culture. He leads executive development programmes around the world and is a visiting professor at Spain’s IE Business School in Madrid.

Career

Rob is prolific with over ten books and seventy articles to his name, the most well known of which is “Why Should Anyone be Led by You?” written with Gareth Jones.

He has worked with many leading companies including Heineken, InterContinental Hotels, Singapore Airlines and Unilever. He is a director of the Innovation Exchange and a founding partner of the Creative Management Associates (CMA) consultancy and makes regular appearances on Radio and TV.
