Why organisations work with Magie Cook A nine-figure exit built from $800 in starting capital. Buyers get a speaker whose entrepreneurial credibility is documented in a real Campbell’s Soup transaction, not a curated personal-brand narrative. The 3R Framework (Resourceful, Resilient, Relentless) gives audiences a portable model for decision-making under pressure, drawn from the same operating discipline that scaled her business across 38 states. A bilingual Latina founder voice that lands with U.S. and Latin American workforces without the cultural flatness of imported keynote material. Credentials buyers recognise: SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year, induction into the NAWBO Hall of Fame, and an honorary LL.D. from the University of Charleston. A philanthropic chapter, including the rescue of 31 children from cartel exploitation in Mexico, that gives her resilience material weight most speakers in the category cannot match. Biography highlights Founder and former CEO of Maggie’s All-Natural Fresh Salsas & Dips, distributed across 38 U.S. states through Whole Foods, Walmart and Sam’s Club. Sold Maggie’s Salsa with Garden Fresh to Campbell’s Soup in 2015 for $231 million. U.S. Small Business Administration Young Entrepreneur of the Year, 2009. Inducted into the National Association of Women Business Owners Hall of Fame and invited onto the NAWBO Board of Directors in 2022. Author of “Mindful Success: How To Use Your Mind To Transform Your Life,” endorsed by Jack Canfield. Honorary Doctorate of Laws, University of Charleston, 2022; Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, 2015. Biography The first order from Whole Foods came after ninety rejections. The starting capital was $800, handed to a homeless university graduate by a stranger at a salsa contest. Within four years, Maggie’s All-Natural Fresh Salsas & Dips was on shelves in 38 states across Whole Foods, Walmart and Sam’s Club. In 2015 the business sold with Garden Fresh to Campbell’s Soup for $231 million. That trajectory is the substance behind Cook’s keynote work. The 3R Framework she uses with corporate audiences (Resourceful, Resilient, Relentless) is not a packaged model written for the stage. It is the operating discipline that took the company from $12,000 in annual revenue to $1.9 million in a single year after the Whole Foods listing, and ultimately to a nine-figure exit. She has codified it in “Mindful Success,” her book endorsed by Jack Canfield, and translates it for Fortune 500 leadership teams looking for a credible voice on building under constraint. The credentials sit alongside the operating record. The U.S. Small Business Administration named her Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009. The University of Charleston, where she arrived from a Mexican orphanage on a basketball scholarship, inducted her into its Athletics Hall of Fame and later awarded an honorary Doctorate of Laws. In 2022 she was inducted into the NAWBO Hall of Fame and joined its Board of Directors. What buyers tend to remember is the second chapter. After the Campbell’s exit, Cook returned to the orphanage where she grew up, served as US Program Director for its parent organisation, and helped coordinate the rescue of 31 children from cartel exploitation. That is what gives her resilience content its weight: a founder who built a national brand, exited it cleanly, and went back to the place that shaped her with the proceeds. Key speaking topics Entrepreneurship and scale-up leadership Resilience and high-performance mindset Purpose-driven leadership Diversity, equity and inclusion Mental conditioning and personal transformation Women in business and Latina leadership Corporate culture and employee engagement Ideal for Sales and commercial leadership conferences looking for a founder voice on building through rejection. CHROs and people leaders running engagement, DEI or culture-change programmes that need lived authority rather than theoretical framing. Leadership offsites where the senior team needs an external operator perspective on resilience and decision-making under constraint. Hispanic and Latina employee resource groups, women-in-business networks and bilingual audiences across the U.S. and Latin America. Audience outcomes A working version of the 3R Framework (Resourceful, Resilient, Relentless) that leaders can apply to their own commercial decisions. A clearer read on how constraint and rejection get converted into operating advantage in a real scale-up. Specific mental-conditioning techniques the speaker used personally to keep building through homelessness, ninety rejections and capital constraints. A practical sense of what changes inside a leader when they stop treating adversity as a setback and start treating it as input. Renewed commitment in the room, especially among under-represented and bilingual employee groups, to act on ambitions they had quietly written off.

Why organisations work with Mallory Brown The material on screen is hers. More than 40 documentary films across 60-plus countries means the examples are her own footage of real people, not case studies borrowed from someone else’s research. Walk A Mile gives a women’s network event something concrete to stand on: 26 miles, each walked with a woman in a different country, each episode funding a local charity. It is advocacy with a documented outcome attached, not a sentiment. Her films have raised over $400,000 for the causes they document. The sequence she teaches, from story to action, is one she has run herself with money at the end of it. CVS, HSBC, Aetna and Fiat Chrysler have all booked her. The content has been tested on large commercial audiences, not only on cause-led ones. Four distinct keynotes cover a conference main stage, a leadership offsite, a women’s network event and a student programme, which makes her a repeat booking inside one client rather than a single slot. Biography highlights Producer of more than 40 documentary films, shot across 60-plus countries Creator of Walk A Mile, a 26-episode series walking one mile at a time with women living in poverty, each episode funding a local women’s charity Films have raised over $400,000 for the causes they document Featured by Today, The New York Times, Crain’s Detroit Business, Huffington Post and Cosmopolitan Two TEDx talks, at TEDxDetroit and TEDxBismarck, and a presenter at SXSW Founder of World Clothes Line, and the first brand ambassador for CrowdRise, where she created the 24-Hour Impact Project Biography Walk A Mile is a marathon broken into 26 pieces. Each mile is walked alongside a woman living in poverty in a different country, filmed, condensed into a short documentary, and released with a local women’s charity attached to it. The first mile was walked in Tanzania in 2018. That project is the clearest version of how Mallory Brown works. She has travelled to more than 60 countries and produced over 40 films, and the method has stayed the same throughout: one person, one story, filmed closely enough that an audience several thousand miles away recognises something of themselves in it. Her films have raised more than $400,000 for the causes they document, and her work has been covered by Today, The New York Times, Crain’s Detroit Business, Huffington Post and Cosmopolitan. What she brings into a corporate room is the sequence underneath that work, which she teaches as three stages: empathy, connection, action. CVS, HSBC, Aetna, Fiat Chrysler and Habitat for Humanity have all put her in front of their people. The argument she makes is that the thing holding a team together is not process but the quality of attention colleagues pay each other, and that this is trainable in small, specific increments. The appetite for difficult undertakings is not confined to the films. She and her husband sold their possessions and bought a sailboat with no sailing experience between them, then spent two years circumnavigating the Caribbean Sea. That voyage became Take the Helm, the keynote she delivers on goal setting and decision-making when conditions are not yet right. Key speaking topics Empathy as a workplace capability Human connection and team culture Purpose and meaning at work Women’s advocacy and allyship Documentary storytelling for social impact Goal setting and decision-making under uncertainty Student and early-career development Ideal for CHROs and heads of culture programming an all-company meeting or leadership offsite where the goal is a shift in how colleagues treat each other Women’s network chairs and International Women’s Day organisers who want global material rather than a panel on the same internal issues Conference organisers needing an opening or closing keynote with documentary film at the centre of it University student affairs and career services teams running graduating-year enrichment programmes Audience outcomes A three-stage sequence, empathy to connection to action, that they can apply to their own team the following week Documentary footage from Tanzania, India and the United States, which gives a room a shared reference point for conversations about difference A set of small, specific actions rather than a commitment to think differently At women’s events, a clearer sense of what day-to-day advocacy for a colleague actually consists of A working understanding of how a story becomes money raised or action taken, drawn from campaigns she has run herself

Why organisations work with Marcus Buckingham He is the source, not a secondary interpreter, of the strengths-based management research that now sits inside most large engagement and performance programmes. His HBR cover story with Ashley Goodall, “The Feedback Fallacy,” was named by HBR as one of the most influential articles of its first century, and gives executives a defensible reason to dismantle conventional review cycles. He brings a working evidence base from the ADP Research Institute, which gives boards a global, current dataset on engagement and team performance rather than another set of opinions. First, Break All the Rules is one of the most widely read management books in circulation; senior audiences arrive already familiar with the argument, which lets a session move quickly from premise to application. Few speakers can stand on a body of work that has reshaped how Cisco, Deloitte and other large employers redesigned performance management; Buckingham is one of them. Biography highlights Co-author of First, Break All the Rules (1999) and Now, Discover Your Strengths (2001), foundational texts of strengths-based management and the basis for the StrengthsFinder assessment. Head of People and Performance Research at the ADP Research Institute. Co-author with Ashley Goodall of Nine Lies About Work (Harvard Business Review Press, 2019), named best management book of 2019 by Strategy+Business. HBR cover authorship includes “Reinventing Performance Management” (April 2015) and “The Feedback Fallacy” (March/April 2019), the latter selected by HBR as one of the most influential articles of its first hundred years. Author of Love + Work (Harvard Business Review Press, 2022), a Wall Street Journal bestseller. Thinkers50 ranked thinker, peaking at #8 in 2011 and shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Leadership Award the same year. Cambridge University, MA in Social and Political Sciences. Biography The orthodoxy of corporate performance management is built on premises that the evidence does not support. Marcus Buckingham’s research at Gallup, and later at the ADP Research Institute, has spent more than three decades testing those premises against what the highest-performing teams actually do. His finding, in short form, is that performance is local, individual and rooted in what people do best, not in what an annual review tells them to fix. That argument first reached scale through First, Break All the Rules, co-written with Curt Coffman in 1999 and built on Gallup’s global manager interviews. Now, Discover Your Strengths followed in 2001 with Donald O. Clifton and introduced the StrengthsFinder assessment. Together they reframed the conversation in HR from competency gaps to talent deployment. The work has continued to land where senior leaders are paying attention. “Reinventing Performance Management,” his 2015 HBR cover with Ashley Goodall, documented Deloitte’s redesign of its review system. “The Feedback Fallacy,” their 2019 cover, was later named by HBR as one of the most influential articles of its first century. Their book Nine Lies About Work was named best management book of the year by Strategy+Business. Buckingham now heads people and performance research at ADP, with access to one of the larger live datasets on engagement and team behaviour anywhere in business. His most recent book, Love + Work, published by Harvard Business Review Press in 2022, extends the strengths argument into the question of how individuals build careers around the activities that genuinely energise them. The work in front of leaders today is the same work that produced StrengthsFinder: identify what each person does best, then organise around it. Key speaking topics Strengths-based leadership Performance management redesign Employee engagement and team effectiveness Future of work and workforce research Talent strategy and career design Manager development Ideal for CHROs and senior people leaders rebuilding performance management or engagement frameworks Executive teams whose growth strategy depends on retaining and deploying skilled talent Boards reviewing the evidence base behind their human capital reporting Leadership development audiences inside large, multi-location workforces Audience outcomes A clear account of which assumptions inside conventional performance management the data actually supports, and which it does not. Specific design principles, drawn from Gallup and ADP research, for how teams should be measured and led. A working definition of strengths that is operational at the level of an individual conversation, not just a slogan. An evidence-based case for replacing annual feedback rituals with a different cadence of attention from managers.

Why organisations work with Mariana Atencio Field-tested authority on trust. Her reporting from family separations at the US border, cartel territory, and the Syrian border gives her arguments about authentic leadership a weight that pure motivational content cannot match. A bilingual broadcaster who has crossed from Univision to NBC News and back to independent media, which makes her credible to audiences and leadership teams operating across the Americas in both English and Spanish. Perfectly You, published by HarperCollins in English and Spanish, gives buyers a published, citable thesis on authenticity at work rather than a talk built from generic insights. A working journalist’s instinct on stage. She has moderated heads of state, Fortune 100 CEOs and panels at Microsoft, Nasdaq and the UN General Assembly, which is the same skill set buyers want when the brief is high-stakes interviewing rather than a standard keynote. Biography highlights Peabody Award winner for the Univision investigative documentary Rapido y Furioso on US-Mexico weapons trafficking. Three Emmy nominations, a Hillman Prize, and the NAHJ Presidential Award for reporting on cartel violence, migrant family separation and women’s rights. Former NBC News and MSNBC correspondent; prior bilingual correspondent at Univision. Author of Perfectly You: Embracing the Power of Being Real (HarperCollins, 2019), published in English and Spanish. 2021 Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. Founder of GoLike Media and creator of the 2022 true crime podcast Lost in Panama, which reached Apple Podcasts’ top 10. Biography The hardest assignments in network news are the ones where the people on camera have every reason not to trust the person holding the microphone. Atencio spent a decade in those rooms, reporting on family separations at the US border, cartel violence in Mexico, and women’s rights along the Syrian border for Univision and then NBC News. The Peabody Award came from that work, alongside a Hillman Prize, three Emmy nominations and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists Presidential Award. That experience is the foundation for the second half of her career. Perfectly You: Embracing the Power of Being Real, published by HarperCollins in 2019 in English and Spanish, sets out a thesis on authenticity drawn directly from the field: that the leaders, families and communities who hold together under pressure are the ones who tell the truth about themselves and their circumstances. The book reads as reporting on trust, not self-help. She founded GoLike Media in 2020 and created Lost in Panama in 2022, a true crime podcast on the disappearance of two young Dutch hikers that became a top-10 Apple Podcasts release and was used as a platform to surface the wider issue of missing women in the region. She is a 2021 Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. For corporate audiences, the combined record matters more than either half alone. A Peabody-winning correspondent who has interviewed heads of state and translated live on-air for NBC speaks about credibility, belonging and culture from a different place than a speaker who has only worked the keynote circuit. That is what buyers are paying for when they put her in front of a leadership team. Key speaking topics Authentic leadership and trust Belonging and culture in cross-border organisations Communication and storytelling for senior leaders Resilience and reinvention under pressure Latino market and the Americas Bilingual moderation, hosting and high-stakes interviewing Ideal for Leadership teams rebuilding internal trust after restructure, contested change or public scandal. CHROs and culture leads designing belonging and inclusion programmes with substance rather than signalling. CMOs, communications leaders and Latin America country heads briefing on bilingual audiences across the Americas. Conference hosts who need a moderator credible with heads of state, Fortune 100 CEOs and a sceptical room. Audience outcomes A sharper view of what authenticity actually costs senior leaders, and where the line sits between candour and overshare. A working framework for how trust is rebuilt with employees and external audiences who have stopped listening to corporate communications. Concrete examples of credibility under pressure, drawn from her on-the-ground reporting in conflict zones, migrant camps and political crises. A clearer read on the US Hispanic and broader Latin American audience for organisations operating across the region.

Why organisations work with Mark DeVolder Empowered Change is his own method, developed over two decades of consulting and delivered to leadership teams at NASA, Coca-Cola, and Siemens. Perpetual Pivot argues that continuous adaptation is now the default condition of senior leadership, and works it through named cases including executives who absorbed a $42 billion merger. His doctoral dissertation, Unity in Diversity Through Synergy, studied diversity, inclusion, and team building, and the engagement work still draws on it. He has worked with leadership teams at Pfizer, Qatar Petroleum, Siemens, and the US Air Force, where a mishandled transition carries operational and regulatory consequences. For industrial and regulated clients he delivers Getting to Target Zero, which treats safety performance as a consequence of how change is led. Biography highlights Doctorate from Fuller, with dissertation Unity in Diversity Through Synergy on diversity, inclusion, and team building. Founder of Empowered Change, the method behind his keynote, training, and consulting work. Author of Perpetual Pivot: How the Best Leaders Adapt to Exponential Change and Get Engaged! on employee engagement. Has spoken to over 250,000 people in 25 countries across five continents. Clients include NASA, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Siemens, PepsiCo, Pfizer, Royal Bank of Canada, Verizon, Medtronic, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Qatar Petroleum, and the US Air Force. Six keynotes in current rotation, including REWIRED on human-AI partnership and Getting to Target Zero on safety culture. Biography Two of the cases in Perpetual Pivot are executives who absorbed a $42 billion merger and the chief executive who reinvented Egypt’s largest company. Both were operating while the ground moved under them. Mark DeVolder’s argument is that this is now the ordinary condition of senior leadership, and that leaders can be trained for it. The method behind that argument is Empowered Change, built over two decades of consulting and delivered as keynotes, training, and consulting. Its core tool is a journey-map that shows people where they sit in a transition and what the next stage will ask of them. The research origin is his doctoral dissertation, Unity in Diversity Through Synergy. The client list runs from NASA and Coca-Cola to Pfizer, Qatar Petroleum, Siemens, Medtronic, and the US Air Force, across 25 countries and five continents. That range matters because a failed change means something different in each. In a regulated pharmaceutical business it is a compliance exposure; for the Qatar Petroleum senior leaders safety conference that booked him, it is an incident. For industrial and regulated audiences the keynote is Getting to Target Zero, which treats safety performance as an outcome of how change is led. The newest addition is REWIRED, on human-AI partnership. Its argument is that AI reorganises which roles exist and where value is created, so the leadership task becomes redesigning roles and building AI fluency. Key speaking topics Change management and organisational transition Leadership through continuous restructure Resilience and decision-making under pressure Employee engagement during transformation Safety culture and high-performance operating environments Exponential change and continuous adaptation Human-AI partnership and AI fluency at work Ideal for Boards and executive teams entering or recovering from major restructure, M&A integration or digital reset. CHROs and transformation leads accountable for retaining trust and discretionary effort through repeated change. Operating leaders in regulated, industrial, or safety-critical sectors, where a transition can move the incident rate. Senior leadership development programmes building change-leadership capability across cohorts. Audience outcomes A read on why the fourth wave of change costs more than the first, and what to protect before it arrives. The Empowered Change journey-map, for locating where a workforce currently sits in a transition. Specific behaviours senior leaders can adopt during continuous restructure to hold trust and engagement. Language to talk to a workforce about change without slipping into corporate abstraction. For industrial clients, a route to connect change leadership directly to safety performance.

Why organisations work with Mark Levy He built Employee Experience as a discipline inside Airbnb during the years it was named Glassdoor’s #1 Place to Work, so the playbook he teaches is one he has actually shipped. He treats culture as something designed, instrumented, and operated, not as a values poster or a wellness programme, which gives CHROs and CEOs a concrete way to talk about it with the board. He has done the same work twice at very different scales, at Airbnb in hypergrowth and at Allbirds through global expansion, so the frameworks travel beyond one company’s circumstances. He is co-authoring the Wiley method that is becoming the reference text for EX practitioners, alongside Dean Carter of Patagonia and Samantha Gadd, which gives his sessions a body of work rather than a personal anecdote set. He speaks fluently to the alignment between CMO and CHRO, where most internal-brand efforts break down, because he has run the function that sits between them. Biography highlights Pioneered the Employee Experience function at Airbnb, replacing the traditional HR model with an end-to-end employee journey approach. Led the people and culture work during the year Airbnb was named Glassdoor’s #1 Place to Work. Most recently led Employee Experience at Allbirds during its global expansion. Co-author of Employee Experience Design (Wiley, 2026) with Dean Carter and Samantha Gadd. Earlier corporate roles at Best Buy, Levi Strauss & Company, Gap Inc., and Thomson/Technicolor in Paris. Board director at First Graduate; former Gap Foundation board member; advisor to Backstage Capital and MixR. JD/MBA from the University of Colorado. Biography Airbnb hit Glassdoor’s #1 Place to Work ranking in 2016 with a people function that did not look like a people function. It had been rebuilt as Employee Experience, with culture, workplace, and social impact reporting alongside traditional HR. The person who designed that structure was Mark Levy. He came to it from a long retail and consumer career: Best Buy, Levi Strauss & Company, Gap Inc., and two years at Thomson/Technicolor in Paris. The pattern across those roles was practical, not academic. How does a company actually live its brand internally, in the systems and rituals employees experience every day, rather than in the language printed on the wall? At Airbnb he turned that question into an operating model. The result, codified now in the Wiley book he co-authored with Dean Carter of Patagonia and Samantha Gadd, treats employee experience as something you design with employees rather than for them, and instrument the way a product team would. Most recently he led the same work at Allbirds as the company scaled internationally. What organisations get from him is the rare combination of a builder who has actually run the function and a teacher with a published method. The audience he is sharpest with is the CHRO who needs to translate culture into board-readable substance, and the CEO and CMO who want the company their customers experience to match the company their employees work in. Key speaking topics Employee Experience design Belonging and the internal brand Culture during hypergrowth and global expansion The shift from HR to end-to-end employee journey CMO and CHRO alignment on brand Hybrid and distributed work Ideal for CHROs and Chief People Officers redesigning the HR operating model. CEOs and founder-led companies in scale-up where culture is starting to fragment. CMOs and brand leaders working with people teams on internal brand and employer brand. Boards and executive committees treating culture as a governance topic, not an HR topic. Audience outcomes A clear distinction between Employee Experience as a discipline and HR as a function, with the structural implications of each. A practical model for designing employee journeys the way product teams design customer journeys. A working language for the CMO and CHRO to align internal and external brand. Specific examples from Airbnb and Allbirds of what design-led culture looks like when it is built and instrumented. A reference point in the Wiley method, including how Patagonia, Airbnb, and other companies have made it operational.

Why organisations work with Mark Noon He has built leadership benches inside two of the most accountability-driven environments in American working life: the U.S. Air Force medical system and Studer Group’s healthcare client base. Senior teams get someone who has run the work, not described it. His signature framework, Set Up To Step In, gives organisations a concrete method for preparing successors before the seat opens, drawn from his book Set Up: Timeless Leadership Skills for Your Success. He has coached and presented inside more than 300 organisations across 43 states and several countries, which means the playbook has been pressure-tested across hospital systems, military units, and civilian operating environments. He treats employee engagement as a discipline rather than a sentiment, anchored in structured one-on-one rounding practices that frontline managers can repeat weekly. He pairs Studer Group’s service excellence lineage with first-hand command experience, a combination that lands credibly with clinical leaders who are sceptical of theory imported from outside healthcare. Biography highlights Retired U.S. Air Force Major after roughly 20 years of service, including 12 years as a commissioned officer and clinical lab director. Career path moved from enlisted laboratory technician to officer with immediate appointment to a lab management role. Served across nine assignments in seven U.S. states and a tour of duty in the Middle East. Spent approximately eight years as a coach with Studer Group, working with healthcare systems on operational and service excellence. Currently a Professional Speaker, Executive Coach and Developer of Leaders with LeadershipTen. Author of Set Up: Timeless Leadership Skills for Your Success (T.H.E. Studer Group, 2018). Biography The hardest moment in any organisation is the one nobody schedules: a seat opens, and the person expected to fill it is not ready. That gap is rarely a hiring problem. It is the cumulative result of small leadership habits that were never made routine. Mark Noon spent 20 years inside the U.S. Air Force watching that pattern up close, then nearly a decade at Studer Group helping healthcare leaders fix it. He retired as a Major after 12 years as a commissioned officer and clinical lab director, with assignments across seven states and a tour in the Middle East. The path from enlisted lab technician to officer running a lab gave him a working theory of leadership grounded in operational reality rather than abstraction. That theory became Set Up: Timeless Leadership Skills for Your Success, published by T.H.E. Studer Group in 2018. The book and its companion keynote, Set Up To Step In, treat succession as a daily discipline, not an annual planning exercise. Leaders are not chosen, they are prepared, through repeatable habits that show up in how meetings are run, how feedback is given, and how one-on-one rounding is conducted with the people closest to the work. His client work now runs through LeadershipTen, where he coaches and speaks inside hospital systems, military units, and operationally demanding civilian organisations. The footprint covers more than 300 organisations across 43 states and several countries, which gives senior teams something useful: a coach who has seen which engagement and culture practices survive contact with a stretched workforce, and which do not. Key speaking topics Leader development and succession readiness Employee engagement and one-on-one rounding Culture aligned to strategy Healthcare leadership and service excellence Managing up and team reliability Lessons from military command for civilian leaders Ideal for Healthcare CEOs, COOs, and chief nursing officers building leader benches across hospital systems Heads of leadership development and learning leaders responsible for succession and frontline manager capability Senior military and veteran-serving organisations translating command experience into civilian operating practice Operationally complex organisations where frontline leadership turnover threatens service quality Audience outcomes A clear, named set of habits that distinguish leaders who are setting up successors from those who are not A working method for one-on-one rounding that frontline managers can run inside their existing week Language for talking about engagement as an operational discipline, not a survey result A frame for connecting daily leader behaviours to the strategy and culture senior teams have already committed to Confidence that the practices have been tested across military, healthcare, and civilian operating environments

Why organisations work with Mark Sanborn The Fred Factor is a recognised internal language for service standards. Costco, FedEx, Harley-Davidson and ServiceMaster have used the book and keynote to give frontline employees a shared definition of what extraordinary looks like. He treats leadership as a behaviour, not a role. You Don’t Need a Title to be a Leader gives organisations a way to mobilise discretionary effort from people who will never sit on an executive team. The Potential Matrix from The Potential Principle is a named framework for closing the gap between current performance and capacity, structured around four domains and four tools that managers can apply without consultants. Hall of Fame credentials with weight. Past President of the National Speakers Association, holder of the Cavett Award and a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame member, the three highest distinctions the profession confers. Leadership Expert in Residence at High Point University since 2019, an active academic affiliation that grounds the keynote content in current student and faculty work. Biography highlights Author of The Fred Factor, over two million copies sold in 20-plus languages, a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today and BusinessWeek bestseller. Eight books in total, including You Don’t Need a Title to be a Leader, The Potential Principle and The Intention Imperative, published by Currency, Crown Business and Thomas Nelson. Leadership Expert in Residence, High Point University. Past President, National Speakers Association; CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame; Certified Speaking Professional. Cavett Award recipient, the NSA’s highest honour. Leadership programmes taught in 90 countries via Crestcom International; client list includes Costco, FedEx, Harley-Davidson, Cisco, IBM, KPMG, ESPN, General Motors and Toyota Financial Services. Biography Postal carrier Fred Shea delivered mail in Denver with such care that he became the subject of a book that has sold over two million copies in more than twenty languages. The Fred Factor turned a single neighbourhood story into a corporate standard for service, and gave Mark Sanborn the platform from which a much broader body of leadership work has been built. The work treats leadership as a daily behaviour rather than a position. You Don’t Need a Title to be a Leader argues that organisations underestimate the influence of people without formal authority, and overestimate the influence of those who only have it. The argument lands with operating leaders because it maps onto the gap they already feel between strategy and execution. Subsequent books extend the same thesis into structured frameworks. The Potential Principle sets out the Potential Matrix, four domains (thinking, performing, learning, reflecting) crossed with four tools (disrupt, refocus, engage, expand), for closing the distance between current and capable performance. The Intention Imperative argues that culture, inspiration and emotion are the three deliberate practices of the modern leader, not the soft consequences of good strategy. The credentials are unusually concentrated. Past President of the National Speakers Association, CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame member, holder of the Cavett Award, Leadership Expert in Residence at High Point University, and creator of training programmes taught in 90 countries through Crestcom International. Costco, FedEx, Harley-Davidson and IBM return to the same body of work because it makes service and leadership behaviour teachable at scale. Key speaking topics Everyday leadership without formal authority Service excellence and customer experience standards Organisational performance and accountability cultures Personal and team potential Intentional culture and engagement Leadership legacy and succession Ideal for CEOs and operating leaders setting service or culture standards across a distributed workforce CHROs and learning leaders building scalable leadership development for non-managerial staff Customer experience and service leaders in retail, hospitality, logistics and financial services Franchise and dealer networks where brand experience depends on people the corporate centre does not employ Audience outcomes A shared vocabulary for what extraordinary service looks like inside their own organisation A practical model for developing leadership behaviour in employees who hold no formal authority The Potential Matrix as a working tool for identifying where individual and team performance is capped A clearer view of culture, inspiration and emotion as deliberate leadership practices, not side effects Specific behavioural changes that frontline managers and individual contributors can apply the next working day

Why organisations work with Mark Schulman He has spent decades performing in front of stadium crowds with P!NK, Cher, and Foreigner, and translates that experience into specific attitude and focus habits a workforce can use the next morning. His keynote includes live drumming and audience participation, which moves a conference room out of passive-listening mode and produces engagement that in-house speakers cannot replicate. He carries the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association, a credential held by a minority of working keynote speakers, signalling consistency at the level Fortune 500 buyers expect. His Conquering Life’s Stage Fright framework gives audiences a named three-step model (Clarity, Capability, Confidence) for managing performance anxiety, not a generic motivation message. He pairs the music-industry story with a working business voice, having co-founded and run West Triad Studios in Venice for over a decade. Biography highlights Touring drummer for P!NK from 2006 to 2021, Cher from 1999 to 2017, and Billy Idol from 1993 to 2001 Performed with Foreigner, Stevie Nicks, Sheryl Crow, Simple Minds, and Velvet Revolver Author of Conquering Life’s Stage Fright: Three Steps to Top Performance, and co-author of The Attitude Equation with Dr. Jim Samuels Cover feature, Modern Drummer Magazine, May 2019; voted Top 3 Pop-Rock Drummer in the Modern Drummer Reader’s Poll Awarded the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation by the National Speakers Association in 2021 Co-founder of West Triad Studios, Venice, California Biography The difference between a strong team and a top-performing one is rarely talent. It is whether people can switch on under pressure, recover quickly when something goes wrong, and stay engaged on the night the room actually matters. That is the territory Mark Schulman works in. His credibility comes from the stage. Schulman spent more than two decades as the touring drummer for P!NK, Cher, Billy Idol, and Foreigner, performing in front of stadium audiences where there is no second take. The performance-mindset content he now delivers to corporate audiences is drawn directly from that environment, not borrowed from a leadership textbook. The work is anchored by his book Conquering Life’s Stage Fright: Three Steps to Top Performance, which sets out a Clarity, Capability, Confidence framework for managing performance anxiety. He co-authored a second book, The Attitude Equation, with Dr. Jim Samuels, focused on the attitudinal habits that separate consistent performers from one-off ones. In 2021 he was awarded the Certified Speaking Professional designation by the National Speakers Association, the standing credential of full-time keynote speakers. What organisations book is a session that changes the energy of a room. Schulman drums live, brings the audience into the performance, and ties the story back to specific attitude shifts a team can apply on Monday. The format is unusual; the underlying argument, that consistent high performance is a learnable discipline, is what keeps Fortune 500 buyers returning. Why organisations work with Mark Wilkinson Pairs an operational safety credential, Chartered Member of the Institute of Safety and Health, with personality diversity practice through Equilibria’s E-Colours framework. That combination is unusual on the speaker circuit, where wellbeing voices rarely carry frontline safety standing. Translates personality difference into safety behaviour. The argument that an extroverted risk-taker and a cautious analyst will hear the same toolbox talk in opposite ways gives leaders a concrete way to redesign briefings, supervision and incident review. Lived recovery from collapse, addiction, bankruptcy and depression gives the resilience material first-hand authority. The story is supported by a published book, Life Remixed, endorsed by Bob Proctor and Marci Shimoff. Works comfortably across heavy industry, energy and corporate audiences, including engagements such as Northumbrian Water’s Innovation Festival, and adapts the same material for a leadership offsite or a frontline safety stand-down. Brings the production craft of a former Ministry of Sound resident DJ into the room. Music, video and live elements are part of the delivery, which lands with audiences who switch off during conventional keynotes. Biography highlights Chartered Member of the Institute of Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (FIoL). Certified E-Colours personality diversity practitioner through Equilibria, working with leadership teams across energy, sport and corporate sectors. Author of Life Remixed: Looking Beyond The Dance To Face The Music, published 2021, with foreword endorsements from Bob Proctor and Marci Shimoff. Host of the Life Remixed podcast on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Former international house music DJ with a Ministry of Sound residency, performances in 65 countries and a UK Top 10 chart entry as part of Dab Hands with the remix of Lou Reed’s “Satellite of Love”. Speaker at Northumbrian Water’s Innovation Festival and across health, safety and leadership programmes for industrial and corporate clients. Biography Behavioural safety has a translation problem. Two people on the same site, given the same briefing, will walk away with different versions of what was said and different views of the risk in front of them. Wilkinson’s working argument is that personality difference is a structural variable in safety and engagement, not a soft factor to be managed around. He works that argument through Equilibria’s E-Colours framework, where he is a certified practitioner, and through his Chartered standing with the Institute of Safety and Health. The combination matters: the diagnostic of human difference is paired with operational health and safety credibility, which is what gives the work purchase in heavy industry and energy clients rather than only in leadership development settings. The personal story sits behind the professional one. A former Ministry of Sound resident DJ with a UK Top 10 chart credit, Wilkinson collapsed at 33 and lost income, home and relationship across an 18-month recovery. He rebuilt through health and safety work and personal development study, and wrote Life Remixed, endorsed by Bob Proctor and Marci Shimoff, as the account of that rebuild. For organisations, that biography is useful because it lets him hold a room of frontline operators and a room of senior leaders with the same material. The safety and personality work gives the talk its operational edge. The recovery narrative gives it the emotional weight that makes the safety message actually stick. Key speaking topics Behavioural safety and human factors Personality diversity in the workplace Resilience and personal recovery Mental wellbeing and mindset Leadership communication across personality types Engagement in high-risk operational environments Ideal for Heads of HSE, safety leadership teams and operational directors in energy, construction, aviation and manufacturing HR and culture leads designing engagement, wellbeing or behavioural change programmes Leadership and learning teams running offsites that need a credible voice on personal resilience Frontline conferences and toolbox events where a conventional academic keynote will lose the room Audience outcomes A working model for why the same safety message lands differently across a workforce and what to change about briefings as a result A vocabulary for personality difference that supervisors and team leads can use without specialist training A first-hand account of recovery from collapse and addiction that opens room for honest conversation about wellbeing A reframe of behavioural safety as a leadership and communication problem, not only a compliance one

Why organisations work with Marlo Clarke He gives employees a working language for purpose and fulfilment that is concrete enough to use on a Monday morning, built around named frameworks like the Cycle of Success through Intentional Action and the Spectrum of Joy. He treats setbacks as feedback to be evaluated, not motivation to be hyped past, which makes his content usable for teams under real pressure rather than after-dinner inspiration. His range is unusually wide for the format: the same content has landed with corporate audiences in the United States and United Kingdom and with rural community programmes in South Africa, which forces the ideas to be portable rather than context-dependent. Two TEDx talks at the University of Chester and the University of York give a public, watchable proof of how his material plays to a serious audience. Biography highlights Two-time TEDx speaker: TEDxUniversityofChester and TEDxUniversityofYork Former international rugby player for Barbados Has worked as a strategic and programme director across the United States, United Kingdom and South Africa Led U.S. federally funded youth and community development programmes in the American Midwest Conducted a year-long research project across 13 European countries on fulfilment and career meaning Currently runs volunteer development programmes in rural South Africa Biography Most workplace conversations about purpose end up too abstract to act on. Clarke’s work starts in the opposite place. He teaches people to answer one specific question at the end of a working day, then builds outward from that into how individuals define success, evaluate feedback, and decide what to do next. The material is shaped by an unusual working life. Born in Barbados, Clarke played international rugby for the country, then spent years running development programmes in the American Midwest funded by U.S. federal grants, working as a strategic director in the United States and United Kingdom, and leading volunteer programmes in rural South Africa. A year-long research project took him through 13 European countries interviewing people about what made their lives and careers feel worthwhile. Out of that came a small set of named frameworks: Define, Strive, Achieve, Share as the broad arc; the Cycle of Success through Intentional Action for the day-to-day; the Spectrum of Joy for what to do with achievement once it arrives. The frameworks are the spine of two TEDx talks, “What Now? What Next?” at the University of Chester and “How was your day today?” at the University of York. For an organisation, the value is practical. Clarke gives employees and leaders a way to talk about intention, setbacks and fulfilment that sits inside the working day rather than alongside it, and a vocabulary that holds up whether the audience is a corporate summit in the United States or a rural classroom in South Africa. Key speaking topics Self-defined success Intentional action Navigating uncertainty Feedback evaluation Personal fulfilment at work Cultural competency and cross-context storytelling Purpose and engagement Ideal for HR, learning and development leaders designing engagement and purpose programmes Internal conferences and leadership offsites focused on resilience and renewal Early- and mid-career talent populations being invested in by their employer Mission-driven organisations and NGOs working across cultural contexts Audience outcomes A short, repeatable daily checklist for evaluating progress against self-defined goals A working method for treating setbacks as feedback rather than failure Language for distinguishing between bliss, happiness and contentment, and why that matters at work A framework, Define / Strive / Achieve / Share, that maps onto how employees actually move through goals Renewed intent to act, grounded in two equations Clarke teaches: Passion plus Intention equals Purpose; Time plus Energy plus Money equals Purpose

Why organisations work with Matt Dawson A direct, first-person account of the 2003 Rugby World Cup final, including the pass that set up Wilkinson’s drop goal, used as material for what shared accountability looks like in a single moment. Twenty years inside one of the most-watched sports panel shows on British television, which translates into a presenter and host who can carry a corporate room without scripting. Lessons on team culture grounded in named clubs and named coaches: Northampton Saints, London Wasps, Sir Clive Woodward’s England squad, not generic sports analogy. A second career arc as a broadcaster and Lyme disease advocate, giving him credible material on resilience, identity after performance, and leading a public conversation on health. Biography highlights Member of the England squad that won the 2003 Rugby World Cup; assist for Jonny Wilkinson’s winning drop goal. 77 England caps, nine as captain; three British and Irish Lions tours. MBE for services to rugby. Team captain on BBC’s “A Question of Sport” for two decades. Winner of BBC Celebrity MasterChef; finalist on Strictly Come Dancing. Author of “Nine Lives” (HarperCollins, 2004). Biography The 2003 Rugby World Cup final in Sydney came down to a single phase of play with seconds left. The scrum-half made an unscripted break, took the ruck deep into Australian territory, then fed the ball to the fly-half for the winning drop goal. That scrum-half was Matt Dawson, and the moment is taught in coaching rooms as a study in shared accountability under pressure. Across 77 caps for England and three British and Irish Lions tours, Dawson played at the centre of a generation of English rugby that professionalised the sport’s performance culture. He played for Northampton Saints and London Wasps, won a Premiership title in his first season at Wasps, and was awarded an MBE for services to the game. His autobiography “Nine Lives”, published by HarperCollins in 2004, gives an unusually candid first-hand account of the dressing-room dynamics that produced the World Cup result. Since retiring he has held one of the most consistent presences in British broadcasting, as a team captain on BBC’s “A Question of Sport” since 2004 and as a rugby pundit and presenter on BBC Radio 5 Live. He won Celebrity MasterChef in 2006 and reached the final of Strictly Come Dancing, work that gave him the on-camera range that distinguishes him from most former-athlete speakers. In 2016, after a tick bite in a London park, Dawson was diagnosed with Lyme disease and underwent two heart surgeries. He has since become one of the most visible UK voices on tick-borne disease awareness, partnering with The Big Tick Project and using national platforms to push the issue into public health conversation. Key speaking topics Teamwork and team culture Leadership under pressure Winning mentality Performance in elite environments Resilience and recovery Broadcast hosting and event facilitation Ideal for Sales kick-offs and annual conferences seeking a credible team-performance keynote Awards ceremonies, gala dinners and client hospitality requiring an experienced host or after-dinner speaker Leadership offsites that want a sport-to-business translation grounded in a named, verifiable team result Health, insurance and public-sector audiences engaging with patient advocacy and tick-borne disease awareness Audience outcomes A specific, lived account of how an elite team prepares for a single decisive moment. A clear sense of what shared accountability looks like in practice, anchored in named teammates and a named result. Concrete language for talking about culture, standards and trust without resorting to abstraction. A change in register: humour and warmth from a broadcaster who has hosted live television for two decades.
