Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most frequently-asked questions we receive from our clients.

How much do speakers cost?

Speaker’s fees vary enormously depending on the level of fame of, say, a celebrity, the success of an entrepreneur, the enormity of a sporting or exploration achievement, or the critical significance of a business development. Speakers can charge anywhere between a few thousand pounds up to £100,000 plus. Fees are affected by the distance a speaker has to travel or the time it takes to prepare and record a virtual speech, too.

Fees quoted by our Associates typically are for a 40-45 minutes speech plus 15 minutes of Q&A.

Please get in touch and one of our friendly Associates will be able to provide an estimate of the fees.

How do I find out how much a speaker charges?

Do I have to pay extra for your services?

You do not pay for our speaker agency services. The speakers we represent pay us a commission for every booking we manage for them. We make the process easier for them and you are assured of always getting the best rates.

We also provide free advice and recommendations to help you find the right speaker and are proud of our reputation for fast response and attention to detail.

In the majority of cases, no. There are speakers and celebrities who will consider such requests but we do not handle those requests and you will need to contact the speaker directly. Please note that we are not able to give out speaker contact details under any circumstances nor can we forward requests for pro-bono or expenses-only engagements.

Do any of your speakers accept pro-bono requests?

What other costs are involved?

The only other costs you need to know about are the speakers’ expenses. These normally include travel, accommodation, meals and other incidentals. Normally, you will arrange flights on behalf of the speaker, or they will organise these themselves. In many cases, you will be responsible for organising the speakers’ accommodation and ground transportation from the airport to the hotel and/or event venue.

Please also note that many speakers’ and celebrities prefer to travel business or first class.
