Corinna Pommerening works as a keynote speaker and consultant for digital and cultural transformation in the financial sector. With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector – both in internal management and change processes and in external support during phases of upheaval – she activates organizations and their employees in order to ensure the future viability of banks. She belongs to a selected network of experts – “Industry Insider” – of the renowned trend research company TRENDONE GmbH based in Hamburg and is a member of the customer advisory board of HASPA, Germany’s largest savings bank. She also works as a guest speaker at the University of Wismar. Her book “New Leadership in the Financial Sector – How Banks Are Actively Shaping Digital and Cultural Change” was published by Springer Gabler in summer 2020. The new edition has been on the market since July 2022. You can find her podcast “Leadership rethought!” on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and on all well-known audio platforms. As a co-founder of Ecosystems 4 business AG, Corinna Pommerening supports regional banks in the initiation and development of regional ecosystems and runs the podcast „A bag of home!
