Why organisations work with Bjarke Ingels His “hedonistic sustainability” concept – coined in a 2011 TED talk with over two million views – gives leadership teams a credible, named argument against the assumption that environmental ambition and commercial performance are in tension. The Yes Is More manifesto argues against the choice between bold vision and practical delivery; it is taught beyond architecture because the logic is genuinely transferable to any organisation navigating competing strategic demands. BIG’s project portfolio – CopenHill’s waste-to-energy plant with a public ski slope, the BIG U flood-defence park in Manhattan, the Google North Bayshore campus co-designed with Thomas Heatherwick – gives executive audiences proof that resolving sustainability and desirability through design produces outcomes superior to either goal pursued alone. He has spoken at the World Economic Forum, TED, WIRED, and 10 Downing Street, meaning his frameworks have already been stress-tested in front of heads of government, technology leaders, and senior executives. Teaching at Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and Rice runs alongside leading a 400-person practice with major projects on four continents – his arguments carry the authority of both the seminar room and the construction site. Biography highlights Founder and creative partner of BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), established 2006; offices in New York, London, and Copenhagen; team of 400+ Originator of “hedonistic sustainability,” introduced in a 2011 TED talk now viewed over two million times Author of Yes Is More: An Archicomic on Architectural Evolution (2009) and HOT TO COLD: An Odyssey of Architectural Adaptation Named to TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People (2016); WSJ Innovator of the Year in Architecture; Fast Company 100 Most Creative People in Business Awards include the Golden Lion at the Venice Architecture Biennale (2004), ULI Award for Excellence (2009), Danish Crown Prince’s Culture Prize (2011); Honorary Fellow of the AIA (2020) and RIBA (2015) Featured as opening subject of Netflix’s Abstract: The Art of Design; speaker at TED, the World Economic Forum, WIRED, and 10 Downing Street Has taught at Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and Rice Universities; honorary professor at the Royal Academy of Arts, School of Architecture, Copenhagen Biography CopenHill is a waste-to-energy plant in Copenhagen that doubles as a public ski slope, climbing wall, and rooftop hiking trail. It is not a compromise between environmental performance and civic amenity. It is Bjarke Ingels’ most cited demonstration of what he calls “hedonistic sustainability” – the argument that reducing environmental impact and improving how people experience their city are the same design challenge. In his 2011 TED talk, now viewed over two million times, Ingels introduced the concept and set out the logic. His manifesto Yes Is More pushed the argument further, proposing “pragmatic utopianism” as a design principle: the deliberate rejection of the choice between visionary ambition and commercial delivery. The book was written for architects. It is now taught in business and strategy contexts because the core argument is transferable. Ingels founded BIG in Copenhagen in 2006, following earlier work at OMA under Rem Koolhaas and the co-founding of PLOT with Julien De Smedt. The firm now operates from New York, London, and Copenhagen with more than 400 staff. Its projects range from the BIG U – Manhattan’s Hurricane Sandy flood-defence infrastructure, redesigned as a continuous public park – to Google’s North Bayshore campus, co-designed with Thomas Heatherwick, where workplace performance and environmental targets were treated as a single design brief. TIME Magazine named him one of the world’s 100 Most Influential People in 2016. He holds the WSJ Innovator of the Year award, Honorary Fellowships from the AIA and RIBA, and has spoken at the World Economic Forum and 10 Downing Street. He has taught at Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and Rice. Netflix’s Abstract: The Art of Design featured him as its opening subject. His discipline is architecture; his primary value to organisations is a framework for dissolving the trade-off between ambition and pragmatism. Key speaking topics Hedonistic sustainability and design-led climate action Pragmatic utopianism and innovation strategy Urban resilience and large-scale infrastructure design Architecture’s role in organisational and civic identity Creative leadership at scale The built environment and corporate space strategy Design thinking across disciplines Ideal for C-suite and executive leadership teams at real estate, infrastructure, and large-scale development organisations Chief Sustainability Officers and ESG leads seeking to reframe sustainability as a source of commercial advantage rather than compliance cost Corporate boards and transformation leads examining how built environment decisions affect organisational culture, talent, and long-term asset value Civic leaders and urban planners making large-scale public investment decisions Audience outcomes A named, transferable framework – “hedonistic sustainability” – for challenging the trade-off assumption in ESG, design, and innovation strategy conversations Concrete examples, drawn from BIG’s global project portfolio, of how resolving competing constraints through design produces outcomes that neither goal alone would generate A reframe of what “innovation” means in large-scale, long-horizon project environments where short-term pragmatism typically wins Greater confidence in presenting design ambition as a strategic argument rather than an aesthetic or cost preference Practical insight into building and leading a high-velocity creative organisation across multiple geographies and project scales

Why organisations work with Bjørn Lomborg He brings a formal economic framework, developed with Nobel laureate economists through the Copenhagen Consensus project, for ranking interventions by return on spend rather than political salience. His argument is specific and well-published: The Skeptical Environmentalist (Cambridge University Press, 2001), False Alarm (Basic Books, 2020), and Best Things First (2023, named a Best Book of the year by The Economist) give boards a documented thesis to engage with. He is one of the few commentators on climate economics taken seriously in policy and finance rooms while remaining openly sceptical of orthodox climate spending priorities, which is valuable for leadership teams wanting a genuine debate rather than a consensus reaffirmation. He speaks the language of trade-offs, not advocacy, which suits boards and investment committees that have to defend capital allocation to shareholders and regulators. His institutional base (Copenhagen Consensus Center, Hoover Institution at Stanford, Copenhagen Business School) gives a clear provenance that buyers can cite internally. Biography highlights President and founder, Copenhagen Consensus Center. Visiting Fellow, Hoover Institution, Stanford University. Visiting Professor, Copenhagen Business School. Ph.D. in Political Science, University of Copenhagen. Author of The Skeptical Environmentalist, Cool It, False Alarm, and Best Things First. Named to TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People (2004); Top 100 Global Thinker, Foreign Policy (2011, 2012). Biography Most climate and development debate is framed as moral argument. Lomborg’s career has been spent reframing it as an allocation problem. Through the Copenhagen Consensus Center, which he founded and leads, he works with more than 300 economists, including seven Nobel laureates, to rank global interventions by cost and benefit rather than by political attention. That method produced the thesis running through his published work. The Skeptical Environmentalist, published by Cambridge University Press in 2001, argued that many accepted environmental narratives did not match the data. Cool It and False Alarm, the latter from Basic Books in 2020, applied the same analytic discipline to climate policy. Best Things First, published in 2023, ranks twelve interventions by expected human and economic return and was named a Best Book of 2023 by The Economist. His institutional base reflects the seriousness of the work. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, is a Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, and a Visiting Professor at Copenhagen Business School. TIME Magazine named him one of the 100 Most Influential People in 2004. Foreign Policy placed him on its Top 100 Global Thinkers list in 2011 and again in 2012. Lomborg is a contested figure in climate debate, and boards hire him knowing that. The value is a disciplined, published, defensible argument that forces leadership teams to compare what they are spending on sustainability with what that spend actually delivers. Key speaking topics Cost-benefit analysis in climate and development policy Climate economics and capital allocation Global development priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals Evidence-based policymaking ESG and sustainability trade-offs Long-horizon risk and resource allocation Ideal for Board and executive audiences reviewing climate and ESG capital allocation Chief sustainability officers and chief risk officers working through net-zero trade-offs Investment committees and asset owners stress-testing climate assumptions Policy, philanthropy, and development leaders ranking interventions under fixed budgets Audience outcomes A clear framework for comparing climate and development interventions by measurable return, not political profile. A working vocabulary for challenging internal ESG and sustainability spending claims. Exposure to the Copenhagen Consensus ranking method and how it has been applied to real policy choices. A more defensible position when boards are asked how their climate capital is justified.

Why organisations work with Blanca Moreno-Dodson Direct line of sight into how the World Bank, UNOPS and European institutions actually think about fiscal stability, tax cooperation and development finance, from someone who held senior operating roles in all three. Published authority on the rewriting of international tax rules, co-author of Winning the Tax Wars (Wolters Kluwer, 2017), which sits at the centre of how governments and multinationals are reorganising around BEPS and global minimum tax. A working interpreter of Mediterranean and MENA integration, with operational experience of regional dialogue on trade, climate and migration as Manager of the Center for Mediterranean Integration. Field-tested across more than four regions, with policy assignments in the Middle East and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and East Asia, which lets her speak credibly to boards with exposure across emerging markets. Bilingual fluency across English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, which makes her unusually effective in mixed-language executive rooms in Europe, Latin America and Francophone Africa. Biography highlights Lead Economist, World Bank Group, with senior roles on the Global Tax Team, West Africa Region, the Investment Climate Department and the Office of the Vice-President for Poverty Reduction and Economic Management. Manager, Center for Mediterranean Integration (CMI), the World Bank and UNOPS-hosted partnership based in Marseille. Director, United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), 2021 to 2023. Co-author, Winning the Tax Wars: Tax Competition and Cooperation (Wolters Kluwer, 2017); author/co-author of four other books on fiscal policy and public finance published by the World Bank and CMI. Ph.D. in International Economics and Finance, Aix-Marseille University; executive education at Harvard Kennedy School. Affiliated economist with the Economic Research Forum, the Policy Center for the New South and the Navarra Center for International Development. Biography The architecture of international taxation is being rewritten while most boards are still operating on the version that preceded BEPS. Trade rules, fiscal transfers and regional integration agreements are moving with it. Leadership teams that treat these shifts as background noise are routinely the ones surprised by them. Winning the Tax Wars, co-authored with Brigitte Alepin and Louise Otis and published by Wolters Kluwer in 2017, sits inside that argument. It maps how globalisation of trade, digitisation of the economy and tax competition between states have exposed the limits of legacy tax systems, and what governments are now constructing in their place. Earlier work, including Is Fiscal Policy the Answer? (World Bank, 2013) and Public Finance for Poverty Reduction (World Bank, 2006), gives the policy spine that runs through her thinking. The credibility comes from inside the system. Twenty-six years at the World Bank Group, including Lead Economist positions on the Global Tax Team, the West Africa Region and the Office of the Vice-President for Poverty Reduction and Economic Management. Then Manager of the Center for Mediterranean Integration in Marseille, the partnership hosted by UNOPS that convenes governments, financial institutions and civil society across the Mediterranean basin. From 2021 to 2023, Director at UNOPS itself. For senior audiences this matters in a specific way. She does not theorise about how multilateral institutions and tax authorities behave; she has run programmes inside them. That makes her unusually effective with boards in extractives, infrastructure, financial services and any business whose tax exposure or regional footprint is being reshaped by the new fiscal order. Key speaking topics International taxation and the post-BEPS order Fiscal policy and inclusive growth Mediterranean and MENA regional integration Public-private sector dynamics in development finance Poverty reduction and macroeconomic policy Climate, migration and regional dialogue Globalisation, inequality and the development trajectory Ideal for Boards and executive teams with material tax, trade or regulatory exposure across MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America CFOs and Heads of Tax navigating the global minimum tax and shifting international tax cooperation Government, development finance and multilateral audiences working on fiscal reform, regional integration and public finance Investor and policy forums where macroeconomic, fiscal and geo-economic context shapes capital decisions Audience outcomes A clear read of where international tax cooperation is heading and what that means for cross-border business A more accurate map of fiscal policy as a driver of growth, stability and political risk in emerging economies A working understanding of how Mediterranean and MENA integration shapes trade, migration and climate exposure An informed view of how multilateral institutions actually operate, and where their decisions land on corporate strategy Sharper questions to ask of internal tax, treasury and public affairs teams about exposure to the new fiscal order

Why organisations work with Børge Ousland The leadership and performance insight he delivers was built at the source, in conditions where failure was real and irreversible. His three polar firsts (first solo Antarctic crossing, first solo North Pole, first winter North Pole) are not analogies for organisational pressure. They are where the understanding was formed. The 2025 Royal Geographical Society Founder’s Medal (approved by King Charles, first awarded in 1832, previously given to Sir David Attenborough and Neil Armstrong) places this engagement in a different credibility category from any other adventure or resilience speaker. His IceLegacy project, crossing the world’s 20 largest ice caps since 2012, means his perspective on climate and environmental change is grounded in active, ongoing field work, not historical expedition. For organisations seeking credible eyewitness testimony on environmental change, this is something no desk-based sustainability speaker can replicate. The pre-expedition career, nearly a decade as a North Sea saturation diver and service with Norway’s elite Marinejegerkommandoen, gives his understanding of operational teamwork, accountability, and high-stakes judgment a grounding that is independent of the exploration narrative and reinforces its relevance to organisational audiences. As one of a small number of speakers on the National Geographic Speakers Bureau, with five magazine features spanning three decades, the engagement carries institutional weight that goes beyond the leadership speaker circuit. Beyond exploration, Ousland founded and operates Manshausen Island Lodge in Northern Norway, a design destination built from scratch that has won more than 60 international architecture, design and hospitality awards, including the Michelin Hotel Guide One Key. The discipline he speaks to is grounded in commercial operation as much as in field expedition. Biography highlights First person to cross Antarctica solo and unsupported (1996-97), covering 1,864 miles with no resupply, one of the most significant feats in exploration history First solo and unsupported journey to the North Pole (1994); part of the first unsupported ski trek to the North Pole (1990, with Erling Kagge) First to reach the North Pole during the Arctic winter with Mike Horn (2006); first to cross the Arctic Ocean from Alaska to Norway in continuous polar winter darkness with Mike Horn (2019), described by National Geographic as “the boldest polar expedition of modern times” 2025 Royal Geographical Society Founder’s Medal, one of the oldest and most prestigious geographical honours in the world, approved by King Charles; previous recipients include Sir David Attenborough and Neil Armstrong National Geographic Speakers Bureau; featured across five separate issues of National Geographic Magazine (1991, 2001, 2004, 2007, 2009) Founder and operator of Manshausen Island Lodge in Northern Norway, recipient of more than 60 international architecture, design and hospitality awards including the Michelin Hotel Guide One Key Author of 11 books on polar exploration; first prize in the Adventure category at the Banff Mountain Book Festival (2009) for “The Great Polar Journey” Former North Sea saturation diver and member of Norway’s Marinejegerkommandoen (naval special forces) Biography Børge Ousland has crossed Antarctica alone, reached the North Pole during the Arctic winter, and spent four decades documenting the world’s changing polar landscape from the ice itself. What makes his perspective valuable to organisations is not the scale of those journeys but the disciplines that sustained them. Decision-making under incomplete information, performance over extended periods of pressure, and leadership when the margin for error disappears: these are the things his expeditions tested at the highest level. Ousland was the first person to cross Antarctica solo and unsupported, covering 1,864 miles from coast to coast with no resupply. He made the first solo and unsupported journey to the North Pole in 1994. In 2006, he and Mike Horn became the first to reach the North Pole during the Arctic winter, running in total darkness at minus 40 degrees over unstable, drifting ice. In 2019, the same partnership crossed the Arctic Ocean from Alaska to Norway in continuous winter darkness, an expedition National Geographic called “the boldest polar expedition of modern times”. Since 2012, his IceLegacy project has been systematically crossing the world’s 20 largest ice caps, building a direct, ongoing physical record of glacial change. Before devoting himself to exploration, Ousland spent a decade as a saturation diver in the North Sea, working at depths down to 360 metres, requiring weeks inside pressurised chambers. He then served with Norway’s Marinejegerkommandoen, the naval special forces. Both roles demanded precision under pressure, sound judgment in high-stakes environments, and unconditional accountability for the people working alongside you. His expeditions tested those same qualities at a different scale entirely. Alongside the expedition work, Ousland is the founder and operator of Manshausen Island Lodge in Northern Norway. Built from scratch, the lodge has won more than 60 international architecture, design and hospitality awards, including the Michelin Hotel Guide One Key. He arrives in corporate rooms with the credibility of an operator as well as that of an explorer. In 2025, the Royal Geographical Society awarded Ousland the Founder’s Medal, an honour approved by King Charles and first awarded in 1832. Previous recipients include Sir David Attenborough and Neil Armstrong. He is one of the few speakers represented by the National Geographic Speakers Bureau and has been featured across five separate issues of National Geographic Magazine spanning three decades. He has lectured at the Royal Geographical Society in London on multiple occasions, including a standing-ovation address on solo polar exploration. Key speaking topics Leadership under extreme pressure Decision-making in high-stakes, high-uncertainty environments Resilience and sustained performance Risk management and expedition planning Teamwork under isolation and stress Eyewitness climate change and polar environments Endurance and mental discipline Ideal for Senior leadership teams in energy, maritime, defence, and infrastructure (sectors where the consequences of leadership failure are high) Boards and executive teams building resilience and risk frameworks for volatile operating environments CEOs and C-suite audiences seeking non-conventional, field-tested models of decision-making under pressure Strategy and transformation conferences where sustained performance under uncertainty is a live organisational challenge Audience outcomes A concrete, field-tested perspective on what sound decision-making under genuine pressure actually requires, not a theoretical model Practical insight into the mental architecture that sustains performance when conditions become extreme: preparation depth, risk calibration, and in-the-moment adaptability A direct, first-hand account of environmental change in polar regions, grounded in 40 years of active field observation Understanding of how strong, distinct personalities can align around a shared objective under conditions of maximum stress, and what that alignment demands in practice A recalibrated sense of what resilience, endurance, and leadership under pressure can mean in organisational contexts

Why organisations work with Charlie Luxton He runs a working practice, Charlie Luxton Design, whose built work includes the Hook Norton Community Land Trust Passivhaus scheme, so his sustainability argument is grounded in projects he has actually delivered, not a consultancy deck. Two decades of mainstream broadcasting on More4, Channel 5, and BBC platforms have trained him to explain embodied carbon, retrofit, and energy performance to non-specialist audiences without losing technical substance. He speaks credibly across the full stack of a property or ESG conversation: design, materials, regulation, occupant behaviour, and cost, which is unusual for a single speaker. He is a comfortable host and awards presenter as well as a keynote voice, so clients running built-environment or sustainability conferences can use him in more than one role across an event. His perspective is practitioner-first: what works on a real site in the UK climate, at a realistic budget, with real trades and supply chains, which senior buyers in property, construction, and corporate real estate recognise as scarce. Biography highlights Director of Charlie Luxton Design, an Oxfordshire architectural practice focused on energy-efficient residential work. BA in Architecture, Oxford Brookes University; MA, Royal College of Art, London. Lead presenter on More4’s Building the Dream and Homes by the Sea, and presenter on Channel 5’s Build a New Life in the Country. Architect for the Hook Norton Community Land Trust, a twelve-home Passivhaus-standard community-led housing scheme. Co-author with Sally Bevan of Restored to Glory (BBC Books, 2005), the book accompanying the BBC restoration series. Has delivered talks through professional bodies including RIBA Gloucestershire on embodied carbon in buildings. Biography The built environment is responsible for a significant share of global carbon emissions, and the gap between pledges and delivered projects is where most organisations are now stuck. Architects who actually build at that intersection, and who can describe the work in plain language, are rare. That is the space Charlie Luxton occupies. He runs Charlie Luxton Design from North Oxfordshire, a practice dedicated to energy-efficient homes that use local materials and respond to local climate. The studio’s work includes the Hook Norton Community Land Trust scheme, twelve Passivhaus-standard homes developed with a community-led trust in the village where the practice is based. It is a concrete example of the low-energy, community-scale housing model the sustainability conversation often describes in the abstract. Alongside the practice, he has spent more than twenty years on UK television, presenting Building the Dream and Homes by the Sea for More4 and Build a New Life in the Country for Channel 5, with earlier credits including BBC Three’s Dreamspaces. That broadcasting background is why organisations book him: he can take a technical topic like embodied carbon or retrofit and hold a general audience without simplifying the substance. He trained at Oxford Brookes and the Royal College of Art and co-authored Restored to Glory with Sally Bevan for BBC Books. For corporate audiences this produces something specific. Real-estate, construction, and ESG conversations often split between policy speakers who have not built anything and technical specialists who cannot hold a room. Luxton bridges the two, which is useful when a leadership team has committed to a sustainability target and now has to make decisions about what they actually build or lease. Key speaking topics Sustainable architecture and low-carbon buildings Embodied carbon and the built environment Retrofit, energy performance, and the existing UK housing stock Passivhaus and community-led housing Design, materials, and local climate The future of construction Property, homes, and how people live Ideal for Property, construction, and real-estate leadership audiences setting net-zero and retrofit strategy ESG, sustainability, and corporate real-estate teams inside large corporates Housing associations, local authorities, and community trusts working on low-carbon housing delivery Built-environment conferences and awards requiring a credible host with technical authority Audience outcomes A clear read on where embodied and operational carbon actually sit in a building project, and which decisions move the number. A practical sense of what Passivhaus, retrofit, and low-energy design look like once built, drawn from delivered UK projects. Confidence to interrogate sustainability claims made by designers, developers, and suppliers in their own supply chain. A more realistic view of cost, trade-offs, and timescales in low-carbon building, as opposed to the brochure version.

Why organisations work with Christian Berg A Club of Rome author whose report mapped the structural barriers blocking sustainability across economy, politics, law, and technology, giving boards a diagnostic rather than a slogan. Direct experience translating sustainability strategy into corporate practice as Chief Sustainability Architect at SAP, not commentary from outside the firm. Advisory standing at federal government level through the Sustainable Economic Activity and Growth taskforce within Chancellor Merkel’s Future Dialogue. Live exposure to capital-allocation decisions as an investment committee member at GLS Bank, Germany’s first social and ecological bank. Academic authority across two German universities and a transdisciplinary base in physics, philosophy, theology, and engineering, which lets him connect technical and ethical questions in the same conversation. Biography highlights Author of Sustainable Action: Overcoming the Barriers (Routledge), published as a report to the Club of Rome. Former Chief Sustainability Architect at SAP, responsible for the sustainability consulting function. Honorary Professor of Sustainability and Global Change at Clausthal University of Technology. Visiting Professor for Corporate Sustainability at Saarland University. Co-founder and board member of Think Tank 30 within the German Chapter of the Club of Rome. Investment committee member at GLS Bank. Biography The 2030 Agenda set the targets. It offered little guidance on which structural barriers stop organisations from meeting them. Christian Berg’s Club of Rome report, Sustainable Action: Overcoming the Barriers, was written to answer that question across economy, politics, law, and technology in a single integrated frame. That frame is not theoretical. He spent more than a decade as Chief Sustainability Architect at SAP, leading the sustainability consulting function inside one of the largest enterprise software firms in the world. He has also led the Sustainable Economic Activity and Growth taskforce within Chancellor Angela Merkel’s Future Dialogue, putting him in the room where federal sustainability policy was negotiated. His academic base sits at Clausthal University of Technology and Saarland University, where he holds professorships in sustainability and corporate sustainability. The transdisciplinary training behind the work, in physics, philosophy, theology, and mechanical engineering, is what allows him to move between the technical, ethical, and economic registers a board conversation actually requires. The capital allocation question is live for him too. As an investment committee member at GLS Bank, Germany’s first social and ecological bank, Berg sits inside the decisions that test whether sustainability claims survive contact with credit and risk. Key speaking topics Corporate sustainability strategy Sustainable finance and capital allocation Barriers to sustainability transformation ESG operating substance Climate action and resilience Innovation under sustainability constraints Ideal for Boards and executive teams setting or reviewing ESG and net zero strategy Chief sustainability officers, CFOs, and treasury leads navigating capital allocation under transition Investor and banking audiences working at the intersection of finance and sustainability Innovation and strategy leaders translating sustainability commitments into product and operating decisions Audience outcomes A clearer map of the structural barriers blocking their sustainability commitments, from incentives to regulation Sharper criteria for which sustainability investments are likely to compound and which will stall A working vocabulary for connecting net zero ambition to capital allocation decisions Reference points from corporate practice at SAP, federal policy, and the GLS Bank investment committee

Why organisations work with Christiana Figueres She ran the Paris Agreement negotiation directly – not as a consultant or commentator, but as the UN official accountable for the outcome. The political dynamics, the pressure points, and the coalition mechanics she describes are firsthand. Her “Stubborn Optimism” framework, introduced in The Future We Choose (Penguin Random House, 2020), gives leadership teams a named, deployable posture for climate action – one that moves beyond paralysis without slipping into greenwashing. She holds board positions at ACCIONA and ACCIONA Energía, placing her at the intersection of executive decision-making and large-scale energy transition – not just policy theory. The Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation awarded her the Great Negotiator Award in 2022 – the same honour previously given to figures who shaped international law and treaty architecture. For leadership teams navigating multi-stakeholder climate commitments, that credential is directly relevant. Her network spans 195 national governments, financial institutions, and private sector actors – the precise ecosystem any organisation must understand when building a serious climate governance position. Biography highlights Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, 2010-2016 Principal architect of the 2015 Paris Agreement – unanimous adoption by 195 sovereign nations 2022 Great Negotiator Award, Program on Negotiation, Harvard Law School Co-author, The Future We Choose: The Stubborn Optimists’ Guide to the Climate Crisis (Penguin Random House, 2020) Honorary DBE (Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire), 2022; Legion of Honor of France, 2015 Fortune #7, World’s 50 Greatest Leaders, 2016; Time Top 100 Most Influential Leaders, 2016; Nature Journal Top 10, 2015 (ranked first) Chair, The Earthshot Prize Foundation, 2021-2026; Board member, ACCIONA and ACCIONA Energía Graduate of Swarthmore College and the London School of Economics; honorary doctorates from Yale, Georgetown, University of Edinburgh, and University of Massachusetts; named to BBC 100 Women list, 2023 Biography In December 2015, 195 nations unanimously adopted the Paris Agreement on climate change. The UN official responsible for making that outcome possible was Christiana Figueres, Executive Secretary of the UNFCCC from 2010 to 2016 – appointed six months after the catastrophic collapse of the Copenhagen summit, when the prospect of a global accord looked remote. The process she built over those six years is now documented in a Harvard Law School case study. What distinguished it was a systematic approach to coalition-building: drawing together governments, financial institutions, faith communities, scientists, and private sector actors through a model of collaborative diplomacy that broke the political deadlock that had stalled climate negotiations for a decade. The Harvard Program on Negotiation recognised this with the Great Negotiator Award in 2022 – placing her alongside figures who have shaped international law and treaty architecture. Her published work extends the argument beyond diplomacy. The Future We Choose (Penguin Random House, 2020), co-authored with Tom Rivett-Carnac, introduces “Stubborn Optimism” as a named framework for climate leadership – a gritty, reality-grounded mindset that allows executives and institutions to act decisively without being paralysed by the scale of the problem. Her TED talk on the concept has reached a wide professional audience, and the three-part structure of the book – mindsets, choices, actions – has become a practical reference point for organisations setting net-zero strategy. Figueres co-founded Global Optimism, co-hosts the Outrage + Optimism podcast, and serves on the boards of ACCIONA and ACCIONA Energía. She holds honorary doctorates from Yale, Georgetown, the University of Edinburgh, and the University of Massachusetts, and was named an Honorary DBE in 2022. Key speaking topics Global climate governance and the Paris Agreement Corporate net-zero strategy and climate risk Collaborative diplomacy and multi-stakeholder negotiation ESG strategy and climate-related regulatory exposure Energy transition policy and renewable energy investment Stubborn Optimism as a leadership framework Climate science communication and public persuasion Ideal for Boards and C-suite executives setting or stress-testing net-zero commitments Chief Sustainability Officers and ESG leadership teams navigating disclosure requirements Government affairs and public policy functions tracking international climate regulation Financial institutions building climate-aligned investment frameworks Audience outcomes A working model of how global climate policy is made – and where corporate strategy intersects with it Direct insight into the negotiation architecture behind the Paris Agreement and its implications for current climate commitments A named, practical framework – Stubborn Optimism – for sustaining organisational climate action without paralysis or performance Clearer understanding of where international climate governance is heading and what that means for regulation, capital allocation, and competitive positioning Greater confidence in engaging regulators, investors, and international institutions on climate strategy

Why organisations work with Claudia Bechstein A working chair for high-stakes technology and AI conversations, with the subject fluency to interrogate engineers, regulators and CEOs in the same panel without losing the room. Around 150 live appearances per year across IAA Mobility, GreenTech Festival, Bitkom AI & Data Summit and the German Federal Government Digital Summit, which means she walks into a tech main stage already knowing the room and the operators in it. Bilingual delivery in German and English at the level required for a Bundesregierung digital summit and an English-language CEO panel on the same brief, with no drop in confidence between the two. Co-creator of the KI Palooza Festival, the Stuttgart AI platform for mid-market companies, which gives her a working view of where AI is actually being deployed below the FAANG and DAX 40 level. A trained business psychologist, so the moderation is built around how people answer under pressure, not around a presenter script. Biography highlights MSc in Business Psychology, FOM University of Applied Sciences Berlin and University of San Diego (2020). Co-creator of KI Palooza, a Stuttgart AI festival for mid-market companies. Moderates approximately 150 live events per year, in German and English, across congresses, fireside chats, press conferences and hybrid formats. Recurring chair for IAA Mobility, GreenTech Festival Berlin, Bitkom AI & Data Summit, the German Federal Government Digital Summit, ABB Robotics and the Lobster Data Hero Summit. Worked with Bosch, Salesforce, Porsche, BMW, Dell Technologies, Vodafone, Telekom, Volkswagen, Samsung, Hyundai, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, UBS, Julius Bär, Handelsblatt and ZDF. Investor in HealthTech and shareholder in a media production company. Biography The chair of a serious technology conference is doing real work. They are deciding which question gets asked, which answer gets pushed back on, and which CEO is allowed to retreat into talking points. Claudia Bechstein has built a fifteen-year career around that specific craft, in German and English, at the level of IAA Mobility, the GreenTech Festival, the Bitkom AI & Data Summit and the German Federal Government Digital Summit. Her route into the role is unusual. She trained as a business psychologist, completing an MSc at FOM Berlin and the University of San Diego in 2020, and the discipline shows in how she runs a panel. She is interested in how people answer under pressure, where they get vague, and where the room stops believing them. That is a different toolkit from broadcast presenting, and it is the reason she is booked repeatedly for technical panels where executives have rehearsed answers and operators have unrehearsed ones. The subject base is technology, AI, mobility and the energy transition. She is co-creator of KI Palooza, a Stuttgart festival built around how mid-market German companies actually deploy AI, and an active investor in HealthTech. The work for Bosch, Salesforce, Porsche, BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Dell, Vodafone, Telekom, ABB Robotics, Volvo and Hyundai is in the same territory: industrial, automotive, data, transformation. For organisations running an AI conference, a transformation summit or a board-level mobility conversation, the practical question is whether the chair can hold the room. Bechstein’s commercial proposition is that she has done so, in two languages, at roughly 150 events a year, for the German industrial economy and a growing list of international clients. Why organisations work with Clover Hogan She turns climate anxiety from a cultural backdrop into a measurable pressure point on recruitment, retention, and stakeholder trust, with specific evidence from Force of Nature’s work with young people in more than fifty countries. She has moved between youth movements and Fortune 50 boardrooms, including PepsiCo and Unilever, which means she can translate Gen Z expectations into language a sustainability committee can act on. Her TED talk “What to do when climate change feels unstoppable” has been viewed close to two million times, giving her a rare ability to hold a mixed audience, including sceptics, on a subject most speakers polarise. She founded Force of Nature at nineteen and built it into an internationally recognised organisation before handing over leadership, which gives her direct operating experience of building a climate programme rather than only commenting on one. Forbes 30 Under 30 listing and features in the Financial Times, The Guardian, BBC, The New York Times, National Geographic, and Vogue place her in the small group of climate voices that board-level audiences already know by name. Biography highlights Founder of Force of Nature, a youth non-profit mobilising mindsets for climate action, founded at age nineteen. Former Executive Director of Force of Nature; now advisor and chair of the board after a formal leadership handover in 2024. TED speaker, “What to do when climate change feels unstoppable,” with close to two million views. Recognised on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list at age twenty-two. Host of the Force of Nature podcast, in conversation with figures including lawyers behind landmark climate agreements and Nobel Peace Prize nominees. Has advised Fortune 50 companies including PepsiCo and Unilever on Gen Z climate expectations; interviewed the 14th Dalai Lama and shared platforms with Jane Goodall and Vandana Shiva. Featured in the Financial Times, The Guardian, BBC, The New York Times, National Geographic, and Vogue. Biography The climate conversation inside most large organisations has quietly shifted. It used to be a reporting question. It is now a hiring question, a customer question, and a boardroom legitimacy question. Force of Nature, the non-profit Clover Hogan founded at nineteen, has spent the last several years mapping that shift from the other side of the table, working with young people in more than fifty countries on what they actually expect from the companies they join, buy from, and vote with. Hogan treats eco-anxiety as a serious operating variable, not a feeling. Her TED talk, “What to do when climate change feels unstoppable,” has reached close to two million viewers by refusing both doom and false optimism, and by naming what people are actually experiencing. Inside Fortune 50 boardrooms, including PepsiCo and Unilever, she translates that same research into a direct question for leadership teams: what are you asking your people to defend, and can you defend it yourself. Her authority comes from operating experience. She built Force of Nature into an internationally recognised youth organisation, managed a formal handover to new leadership in 2024, and now sits as chair of the board while advising organisations and speaking internationally. The Force of Nature podcast has put her in extended conversation with figures ranging from Nobel Peace Prize nominees to the lawyers behind landmark climate agreements, and with Jane Goodall, Vandana Shiva, and the 14th Dalai Lama. The effect in a room of senior leaders is specific. She will not make the climate crisis smaller than it is, and she will not let it become an abstraction. She returns the conversation to the concrete group of people, inside and outside the organisation, whose trust the next decade of climate strategy has to earn. Key speaking topics Climate leadership and corporate accountability Eco-anxiety and climate psychology Gen Z expectations of employers and brands Youth engagement and movement building ESG credibility and the gap between commitments and delivery Storytelling and public communication on the climate crisis Purpose and values in modern organisations Ideal for Chief Sustainability Officers and ESG leads defending or rebuilding climate strategy against tougher stakeholder scrutiny. CHROs and talent leaders whose recruitment and retention now runs through how credible the organisation looks on climate. Boards and executive committees setting the next phase of sustainability commitments and the communications around them. Brand, marketing, and corporate affairs leaders whose audiences are increasingly Gen Z and increasingly unforgiving of gaps between claim and practice. Audience outcomes A sharper read on what younger employees and consumers are actually asking of organisations on climate, beyond the survey headlines. Language for discussing eco-anxiety as a workforce and stakeholder factor rather than a private sentiment. A more honest internal test for where the organisation’s climate commitments are holding up and where they are exposed. Confidence to lead climate conversations with staff, customers, and boards without retreating into either doom or marketing gloss. A clearer sense of how youth movements, media scrutiny, and investor pressure are converging into a single reputational frontier.

Why organisations work with Cristiana Pace She has translated FIA environmental accreditation, ISO 14001, ISO 20121, and carbon footprint methodologies into delivery work for Williams Racing, Haas, Scuderia AlphaTauri, Silverstone Circuit, and AS Roma. Her Sustainable Motorsport Index is the first independent benchmark of motorsport stakeholders against UN SDGs and ESG criteria, which gives buyers a defensible reference point when their own disclosures are scrutinised. She built a doctoral research base at Coventry University on low-carbon socio-technical transitions in motorsport, so her advice to boards is grounded in evidence, not sector folklore. Enovation Consulting won the 2025 King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade, the first sports sustainability agency to receive it, an indicator of operational scale across more than 60 organisations worldwide. She speaks credibly to engineers, commercial leadership, and federation governance in the same room, which matters when sustainability decisions cut across all three. Biography highlights Founder and CEO, Enovation Consulting, B Corp certified and FIA environmentally accredited sustainability agency for sport. PhD in Sustainability and Strategic Management, Coventry University; Honorary Research Fellow at the Centre for Business in Society. First woman to work trackside with the FIA’s technical departments in Formula 1. Former Business Development Manager at Williams Advanced Engineering, where she led work on Formula E battery supply. Member of the FIA Environment and Sustainability Commission and Chair of the eSC Sustainability Commission. Board member of BASIS, the British Association for Sustainable Sport, and Visiting Professor at Bologna Business School. Recognised by The Guardian and the Women’s Engineering Society among the UK’s Top 50 Women in Engineering, 2021. 2025 King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade, awarded to Enovation Consulting. Biography The motorsport industry has spent two decades building safety as an engineering discipline. Sustainability is the next system to build, and the methods are not yet settled. Cristiana Pace has spent her career inside that transition, first trackside with the FIA, then on battery technology at Williams Advanced Engineering, then in doctoral research on how the sector decarbonises. Enovation Consulting, which she founded in 2018, is the operating expression of that work. The agency advises Formula 1 teams, federations, and circuits on FIA environmental accreditation, ISO 14001 and ISO 20121 certification, carbon footprint calculation, and ESG reporting. Clients include Williams Racing, Haas, Scuderia AlphaTauri, Silverstone Circuit, Motorsport UK, and AS Roma, with services now spanning football, tennis, sailing, and athletics. Her Sustainable Motorsport Index sits behind a lot of that work. It benchmarks motorsport stakeholders against UN SDGs and ESG criteria, using only public disclosures, which puts disclosure pressure on the sector itself. In 2025, Enovation Consulting won the King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade, the first sports sustainability agency to do so, recognising scale across more than 60 organisations. She holds a PhD from Coventry University on low-carbon socio-technical transitions in motorsport, sits on the FIA Environment and Sustainability Commission, chairs the eSC Sustainability Commission, and serves on the BASIS board. The technical depth means she can sit in front of an engineering team or a federation board and be useful in both rooms. Key speaking topics Sustainability strategy for sport and motorsport ESG reporting and disclosure in sport The decarbonisation of motorsport and the energy transition Technology transfer from motorsport to industry Diversity and STEM in engineering Purpose-driven leadership in high-performance environments Innovation under regulatory and competitive pressure Ideal for Boards and CEOs of sports rightsholders, federations, and clubs facing ESG and net zero scrutiny Heads of sustainability, ESG, and corporate affairs in consumer brands, mobility, and energy companies Senior engineering and operations leaders responsible for translating sustainability commitments into delivery Sponsorship and partnership leadership teams at brands aligning marketing spend with credible sustainability narratives Audience outcomes A clearer view of what credible sustainability looks like once you remove the marketing layer A framework for moving from net zero pledges to disclosed operating data Direct examples of how Formula 1 teams, federations, and circuits are turning ESG into engineering and procurement decisions A sharper sense of where sport sits inside the wider energy transition and what stakeholders will demand next A practical reference point for benchmarking sustainability performance using the Sustainable Motorsport Index

Why organisations work with Dan Jorgensen Direct line of sight into EU energy and climate decision-making. As the sitting Commissioner with the portfolio, he sets the regulatory weather that most European businesses have to plan against. Track record of turning climate ambition into binding policy, including Denmark’s 70% 2030 emissions target, the decision to end North Sea oil and gas exploration by 2050, and the energy islands programme. Co-founded the Beyond Oil and Gas Alliance with Costa Rica at COP26, one of the few multilateral vehicles for a managed phase-out of fossil fuel production. Combines national ministerial experience, EU legislative experience as an MEP, and EU executive experience as a Commissioner. Few speakers on energy policy hold all three. Biography highlights European Commissioner for Energy and Housing, second von der Leyen Commission, since December 2024. Former Danish Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities (2019-2022) and Minister for Development Cooperation and Global Climate Policy (2022-2024). Co-initiator of the Beyond Oil and Gas Alliance, launched at COP26 with Costa Rica. Proposed the law for the world’s first offshore wind energy island, passed by the Danish Parliament in 2021. Member of the European Parliament 2004-2013, Vice-Chair of the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety Committee. Author of “Grønt håb – Klimapolitik 2.0”, with interviews including Jens Stoltenberg, Connie Hedegaard and Rajendra Pachauri. Awarded the Ukrainian Order of Merit, first degree, by President Zelenskyy in 2024. Biography The EU’s energy agenda sits at the intersection of three pressures that do not naturally align: affordability for households and industry, security of supply after the shock of 2022, and the decarbonisation trajectory committed to under the European Green Deal. Getting all three right is the central policy problem of this Commission mandate. It is also the portfolio Dan Jorgensen holds. Appointed European Commissioner for Energy and Housing in December 2024, he is responsible for driving down energy prices, scaling clean generation, upgrading grid infrastructure, and helping Member States address housing supply. The brief is unusually wide, and unusually consequential for any business with European exposure. The background is substantive. As Danish Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities from 2019 to 2022, he negotiated the binding 70% emissions reduction target into law during COP25, proposed the legislation for Denmark’s North Sea energy island, and co-founded the Beyond Oil and Gas Alliance with Costa Rica at COP26. As Minister for Development Cooperation and Global Climate Policy, he co-facilitated the Global Stocktake at COP28 in Dubai. A decade earlier, as an MEP from 2004 to 2013, he served as Vice-Chair of the Environment Committee and worked inside the EU legislative process that now defines his executive remit. For organisations trying to read the direction of European energy and climate policy, his perspective is closer to the pen than to the commentary. He also writes: his book “Grønt håb – Klimapolitik 2.0” set out an early argument that climate ambition and economic growth are complementary rather than opposed, a framing now visible in the EU’s industrial policy response to the clean energy transition. Key speaking topics European energy policy and market design Climate policy and global climate negotiations Energy transition and security of supply EU regulation and institutional decision-making Managed phase-out of fossil fuel production Offshore wind and grid infrastructure Affordable and sustainable housing policy Ideal for Boards and executive teams at energy utilities, industrials, real estate and infrastructure investors with European market exposure Chief Sustainability Officers, Heads of Regulatory Affairs, and ESG leads tracking EU policy direction Government relations and public affairs leadership preparing for EU legislative cycles Investor conferences and industry forums on energy transition, climate finance and the European Green Deal Audience outcomes A clearer read on where EU energy and climate policy is heading over this Commission mandate, and why Sharper understanding of how affordability, security and decarbonisation trade off in live policy decisions Context on the levers available to accelerate clean energy deployment across Member States Grounded view of the multilateral climate agenda post-COP28 and what to expect from COP cycles ahead

Why organisations work with Dan O’Neill He is the first openly LGBTQ+ presenter to front a major-network wildlife series, which gives inclusion programmes a credible external voice from a STEM and field science career, not a corporate one. His material is built from named expeditions with the Snow Leopard Trust, Philippine Eagle Foundation, and Hyderabad Tiger Conservation Society, so the resilience and decision-making content is grounded in specific places and stakes. He carries a working scientific credential, an Honorary Research Associate role and PhD candidacy at Bristol Veterinary School, which lets sustainability and conservation themes land with audiences who are sceptical of branded ESG narrative. He has been recognised by Attitude Magazine as a 101 Trailblazer in STEM in 2025, which gives Pride, ERG, and inclusion programming a current and verifiable name rather than a legacy one. Biography highlights Host of Giants (Curiosity Stream, 2023), Snow Leopards with Dan O’Neill (Love Nature, Sky TV), and Zombie Animals (National Geographic, 2024) Co-presenter, Tiger Island (BBC One, 2026) First Explorer in Residence, Snow Leopard Trust Honorary Research Associate and Lecturer, University of Bristol; PhD candidate, Bristol Veterinary School Wildscreen Panda Award nominee for Snow Leopards with Dan O’Neill Attitude Magazine 101 Trailblazers, STEM category lead, 2025 Biography Most large organisations now have an inclusion policy that reads well on paper. What they often lack is a visible external figure from a technical or scientific career who can hold the room without flattening the topic into a wellness session. That gap is the territory O’Neill works in. He came to public attention as the first openly LGBTQ+ presenter to host a wildlife series for a major network, Giants on Curiosity Stream in 2023. The work since has built out, with Snow Leopards with Dan O’Neill for Love Nature and Sky TV, Zombie Animals for National Geographic, and the BBC One co-presenter role on Tiger Island. Snow Leopards was nominated for a Wildscreen Panda Award. The scientific credential is current, not retired. O’Neill is an Honorary Research Associate and Lecturer at the University of Bristol and a PhD candidate at Bristol Veterinary School, working on secretive carnivores and the field technology used to monitor them. He was the Snow Leopard Trust’s first Explorer in Residence and has run expedition work across Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, India, Mexico, Guyana, and the Yucatan. For corporate audiences this combination matters. Inclusion content delivered by a working field biologist sits differently in the room from inclusion content delivered as a topic in its own right. Attitude Magazine named him a 101 Trailblazer in 2025, leading the STEM category, which is the relevant credential when an organisation is staffing a Pride keynote or an ERG event with someone whose authority is built outside the corporate world. Key speaking topics LGBTQ+ visibility in STEM and field science Resilience and decision-making in remote environments Conservation and biodiversity storytelling Sustainability framed through field reporting, not policy Expedition leadership under physical and logistical pressure Wildlife filmmaking and the craft of translating science to audiences Ideal for Heads of DEI, ERG leads, and Pride event organisers commissioning external speakers with a credential outside the corporate sector CSR and sustainability teams looking for conservation storytelling that does not lean on branded ESG language Internal conference programmes building a culture or values strand around visibility and resilience Audiences in science, technology, and engineering functions where a working scientist lands more credibly than a generalist motivational speaker Audience outcomes A current example of what authentic visibility looks like in a non-corporate STEM career Named field stories from snow leopard, tiger, and jaguar work that anchor abstract inclusion or resilience points in concrete terrain A vocabulary for talking about sustainability that draws on biodiversity fieldwork rather than ESG framework language A clearer view of how external storytelling moves a complex scientific subject inside a general audience
