"I have worked with Rachel on a couple of occasions now, and I can hand on heart recommend working with her for any coaching and leadership projects you may need. Rachel and I worked together to plan and deliver our Yearly Leadership Strategy days with our Directors, and then assisted me with delivering the message, vision, values and mission to our Management team. She looks at issues with the outcome in mind – which gives you that structure to see your vision and guides you towards it.
Rachel is engaging and challenging (in a good way). She creates movement and action.

Business Experience
Building on her experience in the electronics industry as a commercial buyer, then a retail manager for Safeways PLC, she needed to change track to become main financial provider, as her husband became seriously ill, just as she settled to raise a family. She studied for her Business Degree and PGCE whilst raising 2 children, working part-time and supporting her husband.
She taught Business Studies at all levels and age groups, whilst progressing quickly to Senior Manager roles, but it was always her ambition to apply her business knowledge and experience in the real business world. In 2012 she qualified as a Business Coach in her spare time and began working with business owners and leaders.

“We have been working with Rachel for several months and really starting to see all the benefits! We all loved how she ‘gets’ the company and our vision. She has worked across a variety of areas in our business, working with staff with varying skill levels and roles but using her training tools and focused 1-2-1s the progress has been great. A real asset to any fast growing business!”

Managing Director at Birchwood Group, Chichester ŠKODA, Destination Triumph Group & Pronto Car Cosmetix Group
“Over the last six years Rachel has delivered leadership training to Birchwood management team members on a rolling basis. Pragmatic, logical, coal-face leadership combined with traditional models and cues from the likes of Maslow and Drucker. Psychometric DISC profiling and team dynamics were included and for me, a most critical element being ‘how to hold a colleague review’. She cares beyond simply delivering the course and she holds individual sessions to consider strengths, weakness and specific traits and real life quandaries. She’s a live wire with high energy which helps take a cohort through the course journey with her. Somehow leadership training, for senior persons gets overlooked, which is nuts given the critical nature of the role. So for grounded, common sense, inspiring training tuition I couldn’t recommend Rachel more highly.”
Rachel kept everyone engaged and held them to account, an absolutely fantastic outcome. I will definitely be engaging with Rachel again.
