Why organisations work with Digby Jones He has sat in both chairs that most business audiences only see from outside: head of the CBI and Minister of State for Trade. Very few speakers can tell a boardroom what the other side of the table is actually thinking. As Trade Minister he made 45 overseas visits to 31 countries in 15 months. That is a working map of how UK plc sells itself abroad, not a theory about it. His two Wiley books, Fixing Britain (2011) and Fixing Business (2017), set out a consistent argument about competitiveness, skills and responsible profit that still frames how he talks to boards today. He is a crossbencher by choice and a non-aligned voice in public life. For audiences tired of partisan framing, that independence is the point. The New Troubleshooter, his 2014 BBC Two series, put him inside three real British SMEs to diagnose and fix them on camera. It is a rare speaker credential: public evidence of how he actually thinks through a business problem. Biography highlights Director General of the Confederation of British Industry, 2000 to 2006. Minister of State for Trade and Investment, 2007 to 2008, jointly in BERR and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Life peer as Baron Jones of Birmingham, 2007; crossbencher in the House of Lords until retirement in 2020. Knight Bachelor, 2005 New Year Honours, for services to Business. Author of Fixing Britain (Wiley, 2011) and Fixing Business (Wiley, 2017); Fixing Britain shortlisted for the 2012 CMI Management Book of the Year. Presenter of BBC Two’s Digby Jones: The New Troubleshooter, 2014. Senior Partner at Edge & Ellison, Birmingham, 1995 to 1998, after two decades as a corporate lawyer in the West Midlands. Biography The CBI is where British business tells the government what it needs. The Department for Business is where the government tells British business what it is prepared to do. Digby Jones has run the first and served in the second. That combined vantage is what a boardroom is buying when it brings him in. He was Director General of the CBI from 2000 to 2006, then accepted an invitation from Gordon Brown to serve as Minister of State for Trade and Investment from 2007 to 2008, joining the Lords as a crossbencher to take the post. In 15 months he made 45 overseas visits to 31 countries, pitching the UK as a place to invest and British firms as firms to buy from. He sat as a non-aligned peer until retiring from the Lords in 2020. The two books are where his argument lives. Fixing Britain (Wiley, 2011), shortlisted for the 2012 CMI Management Book of the Year, is a working plan for national competitiveness: skills, infrastructure, a functioning relationship between Whitehall and the wealth creators. Fixing Business (Wiley, 2017) extends the argument into how profitable companies can justify themselves to the societies they operate in. The thesis is consistent and it is his own. Before politics, he spent twenty years at Edge & Ellison in Birmingham, becoming senior partner, brokering deals for mid-market companies in a region that lives or dies by manufacturing. That is the register he still speaks in. On the BBC Two series The New Troubleshooter in 2014 he spent three episodes inside three British SMEs, arguing with owners and staff about pricing, exports and focus. A senior audience watching him work sees the same person they will meet on stage: direct, specific, unafraid to name the problem. Key speaking topics UK competitiveness and the business-government relationship Trade, exports and inward investment British economic policy and the view from Westminster Skills, productivity and the domestic labour market Responsible business and the case for profit Leadership from the employers’ side of the table Ideal for Board and executive committee offsites debating UK exposure, investment or political risk CEO and CFO audiences at trade associations, industry bodies and chambers of commerce Senior audiences at professional services and financial firms briefing clients on the UK economy After-dinner and conference keynotes where a non-partisan senior voice on British business is the draw Audience outcomes A candid read on where the UK economy and UK business policy actually stand, from someone who has worked both sides A clearer view of what government decisions mean for investment, exports and hiring A sharper argument for why skills and productivity remain the binding constraint on British growth A usable sense of how to talk about profit, responsibility and national interest in the same sentence Direct answers in Q&A: a working conversation with a senior practitioner, not a rehearsed set piece

Why organisations work with Megan Rossi A working academic at King’s College London, not a wellness commentator. Her recommendations are drawn from a research programme she actively leads, with over £3 million in funding and 50 plus peer-reviewed papers behind her. The Diversity Diet framework gives audiences a single behavioural target with named scientific provenance. Thirty different plants per week, tracked simply, anchored in microbiome research. A commercially proven communicator. Four Sunday Times bestsellers across UK, US, Australia and European markets, plus a consumer audience of roughly half a million followers, mean the messaging works on non-expert audiences. Connects gut health to the workplace metrics leaders already care about: focus, fatigue, mental health, immunity, IBS-related absence. Few speakers in this space hold both the clinical and the research credentials to do this credibly. Biography highlights Research Fellow, King’s College London, since 2015, leading studies on prebiotics, probiotics, the low FODMAP diet, plant-based diversity and food additives. PhD in gut health from the University of Queensland, awarded the Dean’s Award for outstanding research. Author of four Sunday Times bestsellers, including Eat Yourself Healthy, Eat More, Live Well and How To Eat More Plants, published by Penguin. Co-founder of Bio&Me, named Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2026 Grocer Gold Awards with co-founder Jon Walsh, where the brand also won SME Brand of the Year; also founder of The Gut Health Clinic (London and Manchester), The Gut Health Doctor, and the supplement range SMART STRAINS. 2017 BMJ Open Gastroenterology prize; British Nutrition Foundation Drummond Pump Priming Award presented by HRH The Princess Royal; 2020 Young Australian Achiever of the Year in the UK. Regular contributor to The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph and Stylist, with recurring appearances on ITV’s This Morning. Biography Sickness absence linked to digestive complaints, fatigue and low mood is one of the most expensive line items in any large workforce, yet most organisations treat each cause in isolation. The science of the gut-brain axis points to a shared biological root, and the corporate wellbeing market has been slow to catch up with what microbiome research now shows. That is the gap Megan Rossi works in. Since 2015 she has been a Research Fellow at King’s College London, leading studies on prebiotics, probiotics, the low FODMAP diet and dietary fibre. She has secured more than £3 million in research funding and published over 50 peer-reviewed papers, alongside a PhD in gut health from the University of Queensland that was awarded the Dean’s Award for outstanding research. The translation work matters as much as the research. Through four Sunday Times bestselling books published by Penguin, a clinic in London and Manchester, and consumer brands Bio&Me and SMART STRAINS, Rossi has built a public platform that takes microbiome evidence into everyday food choices. The signature idea is the Diversity Diet: 30 different plants per week, with named scientific provenance from the American Gut Project. Rossi and co-founder Jon Walsh were named Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2026 Grocer Gold Awards, where Bio&Me also won SME Brand of the Year. For employer audiences the value is specific. Energy, sleep quality, mental health, IBS-related absence and immune resilience are all areas where current microbiome research has direct, behavioural implications, and where Rossi can speak from her own clinical and academic work rather than a secondary summary of the field. Key speaking topics Gut-brain axis and workplace mental health Microbiome science and the Diversity Diet Nutrition, energy and cognitive performance IBS, bloating and digestive conditions at work Evidence-based workplace wellbeing programmes Prebiotics, probiotics and nutrition myths Ideal for CHROs and heads of wellbeing redesigning health benefits beyond gym subsidies and EAPs Healthcare, pharma and consumer health audiences seeking a credible microbiome voice Employer audiences in financial services, professional services and tech where cognitive performance and stress-related absence are commercial issues Customer-facing health and FMCG brands building science-led product or marketing positioning Audience outcomes A clear, evidence-grounded picture of how gut health affects mood, focus and immune function in working populations. The Diversity Diet as a single, trackable behaviour change individuals can begin the next day. A working separation between microbiome science and the supplement and wellness marketing built around it. Practical guidance on managing IBS, bloating and digestive issues that often go unspoken in workplace health conversations.

Why organisations work with Stacey Ashley Direct experience coaching sitting CEOs on the personal practice of leadership, not the org-chart mechanics around it. A seven-book body of work on leadership published into the executive market, with each title addressing a specific capability gap rather than restating a single thesis. A coach-training programme, The Coaching Leader, that gives client organisations a way to scale her approach beyond the keynote. Recognition from credible third parties: 14 International Stevie Awards, Gold for Thought Leader of the Year at the 2023 Stevie Awards for Women in Business, twice on LinkedIn Top Voices, and Thinkers360 Global Top Voice in 2025. Holds the senior credentials of both the coaching and speaking professions: PCC with the International Coaching Federation and CSP with Professional Speakers Australia. Biography highlights Author of seven Amazon #1 best-selling leadership books, including Confluence, Big Leadership, First Lead Yourself, and The New Leader. 14 International Stevie Awards, including Gold for Thought Leader of the Year, Stevie Awards for Women in Business, 2023. LinkedIn Top Voices, 2018 and 2021; Thinkers360 Global Top Voice and APAC Top Voice, 2025. Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation; Certified Speaking Professional with Professional Speakers Australia; Fellow of CPA Australia and the Institute of Managers and Leaders. Founder of The Coaching Leader, a coach-training programme used to embed coaching capability inside client organisations. Has worked with leadership teams across organisations including ABC, ASX, Accor, Atlassian, Boeing Defence Australia, CSIRO, Engie, Hilton Hotels and SAAB. Biography Most CEOs are not short of advice. They are short of a structured place to think about how they lead, especially when the demands of the role keep expanding. Ashley’s coaching practice is built around that gap. Her core proposition, future proofing CEOs, treats senior leadership as a capability that has to be deliberately developed, not a status that follows from the job. The work has produced a body of writing rather than a single book. Confluence argues that the supply of real leaders is no longer keeping pace with what organisations need from them. Big Leadership extends the case into the CEO role itself. First Lead Yourself focuses on self-leadership as the foundation. The New Leader addresses the move from team member to people leader. You’re On Mute and Power Up cover visible leadership in distributed settings and the energy and wellbeing required to sustain senior roles. Each title is positioned at a specific point in the leadership journey, from individual self-leadership through to the macro question of where the next generation of leaders comes from. Recognition has come from coaching and speaking bodies that screen on substance: 14 International Stevie Awards, Gold for Thought Leader of the Year at the 2023 Stevie Awards for Women in Business, and the Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation. The Coaching Leader, her coach-training programme, gives organisations a way to extend the approach into their own management cohorts. What makes Ashley useful in a board or executive setting is that she works the practical edge of leadership: the meetings, the conversations, the decisions, the moments when composure becomes a strategic variable. The frameworks are built for application, and the writing is structured to be picked up by someone with twenty minutes between meetings. Key speaking topics Future proofing CEOs Self-leadership and executive presence Coaching as a leadership capability Leading through change and transformation Leadership energy, wellbeing and sustainability Visible and credible leadership in hybrid settings Building high-performing executive teams Ideal for CEOs and managing directors moving into larger or more complex portfolios C-suite teams and direct reports working through restructure or transition CHROs and chief people officers building a coaching capability inside the organisation Senior leadership cohorts on executive development programmes Audience outcomes A clearer view of what senior leadership actually requires of them, beyond the job description A practical method for self-leadership under sustained pressure The vocabulary and habits of a coaching leader, not just a directing one A sharper read on personal credibility and presence in senior settings A starting point for embedding coaching capability across their own teams

Why organisations work with Dror Gill Coaches leadership teams through the practical decisions of generative AI adoption: tool selection across ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Claude, prompt design, hallucination control, and workflow redesign for real business processes. Brings engineering credibility most generative AI speakers cannot match: 37 granted patents, a 2021 Technology and Engineering Emmy for perceptual video encoding at Beamr, and three decades inside companies shipping production technology. Runs hands-on workshops, not lecture sets. Executives leave with prompts, chatbots, and analyses they built themselves during the session. Demonstrates what is possible at the frontier with live builds, including a signature session in which he creates a startup from scratch using ChatGPT alone, covering ideation, business model, investor deck, and go-to-market. Updates his material continuously. The pace of model and tooling change makes most static keynote decks stale within months; he rebuilds against the current state of the field. Biography highlights 2021 Technology and Engineering Emmy Award (National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences) for content-adaptive video encoding at Beamr. Co-inventor on 37 granted patents in video and image processing. First employee and long-serving CTO, VP Product, and VP Marketing at Beamr (NASDAQ: BMR). IBM Research Lab in the mid-1990s, pioneering media streaming and voice-over-IP, including collaboration with Sun Microsystems on the Java Media Framework. Founder of Gamdala, a generative AI consultancy advising executives on adoption, prompt engineering, and workflow integration. B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Speaking engagements at DLD Munich, AI Global Summit Italy, IBM, Samsung, Microsoft for Startups, and Amdocs. Biography The current generative AI conversation inside most companies sits between two failure modes. Either the technology is treated as a productivity gimmick to be tolerated, or it is over-promised as a strategy in itself. Neither produces operating advantage. The work of turning general-purpose models into specific, repeatable improvements in how a business actually functions sits in between. That work needs someone fluent in both the underlying technology and the practical question of what executives can do on Monday. Dror Gill is that profile. He spent three decades inside companies shipping production technology, most recently as the long-serving CTO of Beamr (NASDAQ: BMR), where he led the development of the perceptual video encoding technology that won the 2021 Technology and Engineering Emmy. He is a co-inventor on 37 granted patents. Earlier, he was at IBM Research in the mid-1990s pioneering streaming over IP and voice-over-IP, and at Emblaze Semiconductor chairing the Wireless Multimedia Forum. Today he runs Gamdala, a generative AI consultancy. The shift is consistent: he is again working at the frontier of a general-purpose technology, only now the audience is executives rather than engineers. His sessions are workshop-led. Participants leave having built prompts, chatbots, and analyses themselves. His signature live build creates a startup from scratch using ChatGPT alone, covering ideation, business model, investor deck, and go-to-market inside a single session. What makes his keynote work uncommon is the engineering pedigree behind the executive coaching. He has shipped the kind of technology he now teaches leaders to deploy. The Technion degree, the Emmy, and the patent record are not credentials worn for show. They are the reason the operating advice translates. Key speaking topics Generative AI adoption for executives Prompt engineering and hallucination control ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Claude in business workflows Generative AI for product, marketing, and operations AI in education and corporate learning Live demonstrations of generative AI for business creation Workflow redesign around large language models Ideal for CEOs, COOs, and executive committees seeking to move generative AI from pilots to operating use. CHROs and learning and development leaders designing AI fluency programmes for senior managers. Product and engineering leadership teams evaluating where to embed generative AI in customer-facing and internal workflows. Founders, investors, and innovation teams who want a working understanding of the current state of the tools, not last year’s. Audience outcomes A clearer view of which generative AI tools fit which business problems, and where each one breaks. Practical prompt patterns participants use in their own work the same week. A working sense of how to control hallucination, including chain-of-thought prompting and verification techniques. Awareness of what is now possible end-to-end with generative AI, demonstrated live rather than described in slides. Confidence to lead an organisational conversation on generative AI adoption without needing a translator.

Why organisations work with Duncan Wardle His Theory of Creativity™ is a named, commercially tested framework – not a philosophy but a practical toolkit developed and stress-tested across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Disney Parks before being applied with post-Disney clients including Apple, the NBA, Coca-Cola, and NBCUniversal. He treats creativity as a repeatable operational habit rather than a talent or a culture programme – giving leadership teams a concrete, tool-based answer to the question of how to make innovation everyone’s job, not a department’s. Specific tools within the framework – the “What If” method and the “Rivers of Thinking” model – address the cognitive and structural barriers that prevent established organisations from generating genuinely new ideas. These are actionable instruments audiences can use immediately, not post-event reading lists. He is one of the few speakers in this space who built an innovation function from the inside of a major global brand, rather than studying one from outside – a distinction that matters to senior audiences who have heard the Disney case study told at second hand. Author of The Imagination Emporium: Creative Recipes for Innovation (2024), a practitioner resource designed to be used independently by organisations after an engagement, extending the shelf life of the session beyond the room. Biography highlights VP of Innovation and Creativity at The Walt Disney Company; previous VP roles include VP Global Public Relations and VP International Marketing and Sales, with postings across London, Paris, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Mumbai, and Shanghai Founded Disney’s Creative Catalyst Team, responsible for embedding innovation across Imagineering, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Disney Parks Founder and CEO of iD8 & innov8, a design thinking consultancy; clients include Apple, Coca-Cola, NBA, PepsiCo, IBM, NBCUniversal, and Spotify Author of The Imagination Emporium: Creative Recipes for Innovation (Benbella Books, 2024) Contributor to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Fast Company; member of the Fast Company Executive Board Multiple TEDx speaker, including “The Theory of Creativity” (TEDxAUK) and “Creating Relationship Magic” (TEDxBocaRaton) Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration, Edinburgh Napier University (2014); White House American Citizen Award (2008); Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award; 2022 Nordic Business Forum Speaker Contest Winner Teaches Innovation Masterclasses at Yale and Harvard Biography Duncan Wardle joined The Walt Disney Company as an intern in the London office in 1987. Over the following 30 years he progressed through VP roles in global public relations, international marketing and sales, and ultimately VP of Innovation and Creativity – the function he built from scratch, founding Disney’s Creative Catalyst Team and deploying it across Imagineering, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Disney Parks. His central argument is that creativity is not a talent distributed unevenly across the workforce. It is a capability that corporate structures systematically suppress – and one that can be restored with the right tools. The framework he developed inside Disney, the Theory of Creativity™, includes specific instruments: the “What If” method, used by Walt Disney himself to pivot the company from an animation studio to an entertainment and theme park pioneer, and the “Rivers of Thinking” model, which identifies the expertise-driven habits that stop large organisations from generating genuinely new ideas. Since founding iD8 & innov8, Wardle has applied these methods with clients including Apple, Coca-Cola, the NBA, PepsiCo, and NBCUniversal – demonstrating that a toolkit built for an entertainment brand translates across sectors where creative problem-solving is structurally harder. His 2024 book, The Imagination Emporium: Creative Recipes for Innovation, packages the methodology as a practical resource organisations can use independently. He also contributes to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Fast Company, and teaches Innovation Masterclasses at Yale and Harvard. His formal recognition includes a White House American Citizen Award (2008), an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University (2014), a Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award, and the 2022 Nordic Business Forum Speaker Contest. He is a multiple TEDx speaker, with talks including “The Theory of Creativity” and “Creating Relationship Magic.” Key speaking topics Innovation strategy and the Theory of Creativity™ Design thinking and creative problem-solving Organisational barriers to creative thinking Customer experience innovation Human creativity and competitive advantage in the age of AI Building innovation culture at scale Creative leadership and entrepreneurial thinking Ideal for C-suite and senior leadership teams responsible for growth and competitive strategy Chief Innovation Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, and transformation leads Large organisations seeking to embed innovation beyond a dedicated function Conference audiences in technology, consumer, media, and professional services sectors Audience outcomes A named set of practical innovation tools – including the “What If” method and the “Rivers of Thinking” model – that teams can apply immediately A framework for identifying and removing the cognitive and structural barriers that block creative thinking in established organisations Clarity on how to separate the creative process from the operational process, and why the two must be managed differently An understanding of why human creativity is not threatened by AI – and how to build it as a source of commercial competitive advantage Concrete methods for making innovation a daily habit rather than a quarterly initiative

Why organisations work with Fredrik Haren His formula IDEA = P(K+I) – a person combining existing knowledge with new information – converts creativity from an abstract value into a model that managers can act on; this is the foundation of how he runs workshops, not just a rhetorical device The Idea Book has been deployed as an internal training tool by HP, Ericsson, Volvo, China Mobile, and GE – demonstrating that his framework translates from conference platform to in-organisation application His research base is genuinely cross-cultural: 25 years of field interviews across 75 countries, including fieldwork in North Korea and Mongolia, gives him material that no Western-campus-based creativity theorist can replicate He holds the Global Speaking Federation’s International Ambassador Award – given to fewer than 15 speakers globally since 2001 and, at the time of his award, never previously to a non-native English speaker based in Asia – a peer-verified credential, not a self-declared one His most recent book, The World of Creativity (Capstone/Wiley), entered for The Business Book Awards 2026, signals that his thinking continues to develop rather than recycle the same material Biography highlights Author of 10 books including The Idea Book, listed among the 100 Best Business Books of All Time Recipient of the International Ambassador Award from the Global Speakers Federation – awarded to fewer than 15 speakers globally since 2001 One of approximately 30 Global Speaking Fellows (CSPGlobal) worldwide Speaker of the Year, Sweden (2007); founder of interesting.org 2,000+ speeches delivered across 75 countries and 6 continents over a 25-year career Clients include KPMG, Grant Thornton International, HP, IKEA, BMW, Ericsson, GE, Volvo, and American Express Biography Fredrik Haren’s starting point is a question most organisations avoid asking directly: if you need a new idea tomorrow, where does it come from? His formula – IDEA = P(K+I), meaning a person combining existing knowledge with new information – strips creativity of its mystique and reframes it as something organisations can design for. The Idea Book, first published in 2004, applied that thinking in a concrete format: 150 pages of frameworks combined with 150 blank pages for working. It became an internal training tool at HP, Ericsson, Volvo, China Mobile, and GE, and was listed among the 100 Best Business Books of All Time. His most recent book, The World of Creativity (Capstone/Wiley), draws on 25 years of field research – interviews with thousands of people across 75 countries including North Korea – to map how creativity is both universal and shaped by culture. That fieldwork is the differentiator. Where most speakers on innovation draw from research or theory, Haren’s material comes from direct observation across markets and contexts that Western organisations rarely access. It gives global conference audiences – whose reference points span multiple continents – a framework that holds across cultures rather than one that travels badly. His credentials within the professional speaking community are a useful proxy for depth: Certified Speaking Professional, one of approximately 30 Global Speaking Fellows worldwide, and recipient of the Global Speakers Federation’s International Ambassador Award – given to fewer than 15 speakers since 2001 and, at the time of his award, the first to a non-native English speaker based in Asia. Key speaking topics Business creativity and idea generation Innovation as a repeatable organisational process Cross-cultural creativity and global mindset Creativity in the age of AI Building creative capability in organisations Future skills and the innovation-ready workforce Ideal for Global conference audiences spanning multiple nationalities where a single Western-centric perspective will not land CHROs and Learning & Development leads seeking to build creative capability beyond individual talent acquisition Senior leadership teams of multinationals where innovation is a stated priority but no reliable process exists to support it Innovation and transformation executives accountable for sustaining competitive differentiation Audience outcomes A working model – IDEA = P(K+I) – for understanding how ideas are generated and how to apply it in their own context Practical techniques for stimulating idea generation individually and with teams, applicable on return to the office A cross-cultural perspective on how creative practice differs across markets – relevant for any organisation operating across geographies A reframe of creativity from personal talent to organisational skill, with direct implications for how teams are developed A clearer read on how AI changes – and does not change – the fundamentals of human creativity

Why organisations work with Furkan Karayel She speaks to engineering leaders as a former engineer. Ten years across multinational tech firms in Ireland gave her a working vocabulary for the room. Inclusive Intelligence, her book, gives line managers a behavioural framework rather than a values statement. It is the artefact she leaves with leadership teams. She lectures on the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Master’s programme at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology. The academic grounding sits alongside the practitioner experience. She has been recognised by named bodies including the WomenTech Global Awards and the International Diversity Leadership Awards, and sits on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Biography highlights Founder and Managing Director, Diversein.com Author, Inclusive Intelligence: How to be a Role Model for Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace Associate lecturer, EDI Master’s programme, Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology Board member, Women For Election Ireland Speaker of the Year, WomenTech Global Awards Member, Harvard Business Review Advisory Council Biography Most inclusion programmes inside technology companies are designed by people who have never written production code. That gap shows up in the language, the metrics and the interventions. Furkan Karayel started her career as a software systems test engineer in Athlone, then spent a decade across multinational tech firms in Ireland in DevOps, automation, integration and support roles. She founded Diversein.com when she realised that, in her words, the action piece behind the diversity vocabulary was missing. The work that followed is documented in Inclusive Intelligence, a book written for line managers rather than chief people officers. It treats inclusion as a leadership behaviour, observable and learnable, not a values position. The framework has carried into her teaching on the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Master’s programme at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, where she lectures alongside her commercial work. Her credentials sit across academic, commercial and civic categories. She holds a seat on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, serves on the board of Women For Election Ireland, and was named in the EUClid Network’s Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise. Named awards include Speaker of the Year at the WomenTech Global Awards and the Diversity and Inclusion Role Model in Business honour from the International Diversity Leadership Awards. For technology businesses that have already invested in DEI and want a more useful conversation than the one they have been having, Karayel offers a practitioner’s argument rooted in the realities of engineering culture. Key speaking topics Inclusive leadership in technology organisations Women in tech retention and progression Cultural intelligence across multilingual teams Bias-free decision-making for line managers Authentic leadership development Female founder and entrepreneur enablement Ideal for Engineering and product leadership teams inside multinational tech businesses CHROs and heads of DEI under pressure to convert programme spend into behavioural outcomes Women-in-tech networks and ERGs seeking content with technical credibility Conferences serving founders, female entrepreneurs and STEM professionals Audience outcomes A behavioural definition of inclusion managers can apply on Monday Specific practices for reducing bias inside engineering and product decisions A clearer view of why technical women leave, and what changes the equation Language for inclusive leadership grounded in lived practitioner experience

Why organisations work with Greg Orme A book-length, award-winning thesis behind every keynote. The Human Edge won Business Book of the Year 2020 and gives senior audiences a single, memorable framework, the four “superpowers”, they can apply to their own teams the next morning. London Business School pedigree as a builder, not just a teacher. He founded LBS’s Centre for Creative Business and ran executive programmes there for seven years, so the content has been pressure-tested on senior cohorts before it reaches a client stage. Recognised by peers in the people function. HR Magazine named him among its Most Influential Thinkers in 2022, which matters to CHROs sponsoring leadership and capability work. Translates the AI conversation into something a workforce can act on. Where most AI speakers describe the technology, Orme tells leadership teams what human behaviours their organisation now has to develop deliberately. Biography highlights Author of The Human Edge: How Curiosity and Creativity are Your Superpowers in the Digital Economy (Pearson, 2019), named Business Book of the Year 2020 and translated into Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese. Author of The Spark: How to Ignite and Lead Business Creativity (FT Publishing, 2014). Founding CEO of London Business School’s Centre for Creative Business; programme director and lecturer at LBS for seven years. Named to HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinkers 2022. Forbes contributor writing on leadership, creativity and the digital economy. Clients include Microsoft, Accenture, BMW, EY, Sky, Virgin Media O2, ING, Novo Nordisk, the International Olympic Committee and the World Economic Forum. Biography The arrival of generative AI has forced a question that most leadership development programmes were not built to answer. If machines can now write, summarise, analyse and code, what exactly should an organisation expect from its human workforce? Greg Orme’s work is a direct response to that question. His book The Human Edge, published by Pearson and named Business Book of the Year 2020, argues that four human capabilities, consciousness, curiosity, creativity and collaboration, become more commercially valuable as routine cognitive work is absorbed by technology. The thesis has travelled. The book has been translated into Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese, and the framework now sits behind his keynote and executive education work. That work has institutional roots. Orme founded London Business School’s Centre for Creative Business and spent seven years there as a programme director and lecturer, building and running executive education for senior cohorts. He holds an LBS MBA. HR Magazine named him among its Most Influential Thinkers in 2022, a recognition that matters in the people function where his content is most often commissioned. What separates him from other voices in the AI conversation is the audience he is talking to. He is not selling tooling, and he is not forecasting. He is telling leadership teams what their organisations have to develop in their people, deliberately and at scale, so that an AI strategy produces advantage rather than displacement. Key speaking topics Human capability in the age of AI Leadership in the digital economy Creativity and innovation as organisational disciplines Curiosity and learning culture Purpose-driven leadership Influence and storytelling for senior leaders Ideal for CHROs and chief people officers redesigning leadership and learning around AI. Executive committees setting the human capability agenda alongside a digital or AI strategy. Senior leadership offsites where the brief is to reset behaviours, not roll out tools. Boards and partner groups in professional services confronting AI’s impact on talent value. Audience outcomes A shared vocabulary, the four superpowers, for what the organisation now needs from its people. A clearer view of where AI raises the value of human judgment and where it erodes it. Specific behavioural prompts senior leaders can model in their own teams the following week. A sharper sense of which leadership development investments still pay back in an AI-enabled organisation.

Why organisations work with Griselda Togobo She brings an engineer’s and chartered accountant’s bias for measurement to inclusion work, which is unusually rare in the field and lands credibly with operational and finance audiences. She has run a 20,000-member women’s professional network (Forward Ladies, now Novi) for over a decade, so her view of where female and minority talent gets stuck is grounded in pipeline data, not anecdote. Her client list, Boeing, Shell, HSBC, NatWest, Sage, Cambridge University, Oxford University, indicates senior buyers in technically demanding, male-dominated environments hire her back. Her style is direct and based in psychology rather than moral pressure, which is the only register that survives in rooms where DEI is now politically contested. Biography highlights MPhil, Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management, Wolfson College, University of Cambridge. Chartered Accountant (ACA); former management consultant at Deloitte LLP. CEO of Forward Ladies (now Novi), a 20,000-member women’s professional network since 2014. Author, Unstoppable Women: Female Entrepreneurs’ Stories to Inspire and Motivate. Founder of Advancing Futures, a non-profit on education and economic empowerment in Ghana. Board member, Northern School of Contemporary Dance; Fellow of the Girls’ Schools Association. Biography The hard part of inclusion inside large organisations is not policy. It is what senior leaders do in the small moments: who they sponsor, who they interrupt, whose ideas they credit, and how they decide who is “ready” for the next role. Togobo’s work sits exactly there. She came to that work through an unusual route. She trained as an electrical and electronic engineer in Ghana, took an MPhil at Cambridge in Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management, then qualified as a chartered accountant at Deloitte LLP. That technical and financial grounding shapes how she briefs executives. She uses data and behavioural psychology rather than moral argument, which travels better in operations, finance and engineering audiences than the standard DEI register does. Since 2014 she has led Forward Ladies, now relaunched as Novi, growing it into a 20,000-member professional development network for women across the UK. That platform gives her a continuous read on where mid-career women actually stall, which feeds the diagnostic work she does inside client organisations including Boeing, Shell, HSBC, NatWest, Sage, ASDA and Yorkshire Water. Her own writing extends the same theme. Unstoppable Women, published in 2022, profiles female entrepreneurs as case studies in commercial decision-making rather than personal struggle. Outside her commercial practice she founded Advancing Futures to support girls’ education in Ghana and sits on the board of the Northern School of Contemporary Dance. Key speaking topics Inclusive leadership inside FTSE-100 organisations Women in STEM and the senior pipeline Behavioural psychology of bias in promotion and sponsorship Building and sustaining women’s professional networks Female entrepreneurship and scale-up leadership Cross-cultural leadership and the global workforce Ideal for CEOs and executive committees who have run DEI programmes and are not seeing pipeline movement. CHROs and heads of talent designing succession and sponsorship into senior leadership. Engineering, energy, financial services and industrial businesses with gender-imbalanced senior cohorts. Boards reviewing inclusion strategy in markets where DEI language is now politically contested. Audience outcomes A clearer view of which leadership behaviours actually move representation, and which are theatre. A working diagnostic for where female and minority talent stalls inside their own organisation. Language for inclusion that holds up in finance, engineering and commercial audiences. A more honest read on the gap between stated DEI commitments and how senior leaders behave in week-to-week decisions.

Why organisations work with Harry Ife He speaks from the operational floor of UK construction, a sector where DEI and employability conversations are usually held about site managers rather than by one. Twice awarded the NHBC Pride in the Job quality benchmark, in 2021 and 2022, giving him credibility with operational leadership that a pure training specialist rarely has. Runs The I.F.E Foundation, a registered UK entity sponsoring schooling at Uwani Secondary School in Enugu, Nigeria and direct-support schemes in London, so his DEI argument is backed by his own delivery record. Works regularly with the University of Westminster, University of East London, City University London and University of Greenwich, which gives him a direct read on how students from underrepresented backgrounds experience the transition into professional life. Useful for internal audiences who tune out generic DEI training: his material is built around self-advocacy, mentorship and career mechanics rather than awareness. Biography highlights Senior construction professional working in build management and the delivery of mixed-use developments. NHBC Pride in the Job Award winner, 2021 and 2022. Founder of The I.F.E (Independence For Everyone) Foundation, UK company number 15038338. Guest speaker and lecturer at the University of Westminster, University of East London, City University London and University of Greenwich. Corporate speaking clients include Mimecast, where he has presented for the global DEI function. Holds a BA in Business Management, an MSc in International Management, and an NVQ Level 7 in Senior Construction Management. Biography Construction is one of the clearest tests of whether an organisation’s DEI commitments survive contact with an operational environment. The policies are written centrally. The behaviour that decides whether a twenty-five-year-old from an underrepresented background stays or leaves is set on site, in offices, and in the first few conversations with a line manager. That is the ground Harry Ife works on. A senior construction professional specialising in build management and mixed-use developments, he has been recognised with the NHBC Pride in the Job Award in both 2021 and 2022, the industry’s main quality benchmark for site managers. He speaks to corporate and educational audiences from that vantage point rather than from a consulting or academic one. His public work is built around self-advocacy, mentorship and employability for early-career professionals, with particular focus on the experience of ethnic minority entrants into industries where they remain underrepresented. He has taken this into corporate DEI functions, including Mimecast, and into university audiences at Westminster, East London, City University London and Greenwich. Alongside his construction career he founded The I.F.E (Independence For Everyone) Foundation, which sponsors education at Uwani Secondary School in Enugu, Nigeria, and runs the Christmas in a Card initiative for low-income households in London. For a buyer, the useful point is that his speaking content and his delivery record are the same argument. Key speaking topics Self-advocacy in the workplace Early-career progression in underrepresented industries Mentorship and career mechanics Diversity, equity and inclusion in construction and engineering Employability and future skills Rehabilitation and second-chance employment pathways Ideal for CHROs, DEI leads and early-careers teams in construction, engineering, property and other trade-heavy sectors University careers services and student-experience teams running employability programmes Corporate ERG and employee-network events where the audience has heard the standard DEI talk before Foundations, CSR teams and charity partners working on youth employability Audience outcomes A sharper picture of where DEI intent actually breaks down for early-career talent on site and in the office. Concrete language for self-advocacy that junior professionals can use in real situations rather than in a training setting. A working view of what effective mentorship looks like from both sides of the relationship. An operational rather than theoretical frame on DEI in construction, engineering and similar industries.

Why organisations work with Huy Nguyen Trieu Two decades inside tier-one banks (Citi, Royal Bank of Scotland, Société Générale) paired with co-founding CFTE, a capability platform that has reached more than 200,000 professionals across 130 countries, gives him a view neither pure bankers nor pure technologists can offer. His work names the specific mechanisms by which AI is reshaping institutions, drawing on frameworks developed at CFTE including the AI Capability Engine, the Performance Hexagon, the CDE Innovation Prism and the SHIME skills model. Boards and policymakers use him to pressure-test AI strategy against what is actually deployable, including a strategy briefing for the senior leadership of a top-five global financial institution and a full-day executive programme for a major central bank with over 100 senior leaders. Author of “The AI-fication of Jobs” (2024) and co-author of “The Fintech Job Report” (2022), both of which set out workforce impact in numbers executives can use for planning. Council Member of the ADI Foundation, Industry Fellow at Imperial College Business School, and former member of the World Economic Forum’s Fintech Advisory Board, so his work holds up in front of regulators and sovereign actors as well as operators. Biography highlights Co-founder, Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE), reaching more than 200,000 professionals across 130 countries. Council Member, ADI Foundation, contributing to sovereign blockchain infrastructure including national stablecoins and digital public infrastructure. Former Managing Director at Citi, with earlier roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and Société Générale; founding partner of Supercharger, one of Asia’s largest fintech accelerators; former CEO of Ukibi, a venture-backed US technology start-up. Graduate of MIT and École Polytechnique; first Fintech Resident at Oxford Saïd Business School; Industry Fellow at Imperial College Business School; former member of the World Economic Forum’s Fintech Advisory Board. Author of “The AI-fication of Jobs” (2024); co-author of “The Fintech Job Report: Technology is eating Finance” (2022). Commentary on AI in financial services featured in international business media including the Financial Times, Bloomberg and CNBC. Biography Most banks have been running digital transformation programmes for a decade. The harder question now reaches further than banking. Governments, central banks and financial institutions all face the same problem: translating AI from pilots into operating capability that holds up under regulation and talent constraints. That is the terrain Huy Nguyen Trieu has worked on from both sides. He spent years at Citi, finishing as a Managing Director, with earlier roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and Société Générale. Before banking he was CEO of Ukibi, a venture-backed US technology start-up, and was later a founding partner of Supercharger, one of Asia’s largest fintech accelerators. The mix means he reads an institution’s P&L the way an operator does and reads a technology bet the way an investor does. He co-founded CFTE, the Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship. It now reaches more than 200,000 professionals across 130 countries and works with governments, central banks and financial institutions on AI capability at scale. CFTE’s frameworks, including the AI Capability Engine, the Performance Hexagon, the CDE Innovation Prism and the SHIME skills model, are the spine of that work. He was the first Fintech Resident at Oxford Saïd Business School and is an Industry Fellow at Imperial College Business School. He also serves as a Council Member of the ADI Foundation, contributing to sovereign blockchain infrastructure for emerging markets. Recent engagements illustrate the scope. He delivered a keynote on the third wave of AI in the presence of H.E. the President of the Republic of Cyprus. Other engagements include a strategy briefing for a top-five global financial institution and a full-day executive programme for a major central bank with more than 100 senior leaders. His book “The AI-fication of Jobs” (2024) explains why AI breaks the historical assumption that new technology creates more jobs than it destroys. Key speaking topics Fintech and the future of financial services AI in banking and capital markets Digital business models in regulated industries Platform economics and hyperscalable finance Future of work in financial services Digital assets and tokenisation Venture capital and fintech investment trends Ideal for Governments and central banks building AI capability across regulated sectors Bank and insurer boards setting AI and fintech strategy CEOs, COOs and CIOs of financial institutions running transformation agendas Heads of innovation, strategy and HR grappling with workforce impact of AI Audience outcomes A clearer read on which fintech and AI shifts are structural and which are overstated. Specific examples of business-model change from inside banks, fintechs and big tech, not generic case studies. A workforce view: which roles in finance shrink, which expand, and what skills leaders should build now. A sharper frame for board-level conversations on AI risk, digital assets and platform strategy.

Why organisations work with James Lyne He runs the world’s most respected cybersecurity training and research institution, so the material he brings into a boardroom reflects what SANS instructors and researchers are seeing in live incidents, not a curated deck of last year’s case studies. Twenty years of frontline work across red teaming, malware reverse engineering, incident response and intelligence support. He speaks to boards, regulators and technical teams in the same briefing and holds credibility with all three. Live demonstration is his signature. He hacks IoT devices, runs social engineering against willing volunteers and walks audiences through real ransomware. Leaders leave with a felt sense of the risk, not a slide on it. Founder of CyberStart, which put 400,000-plus students through hands-on cyber challenges before closing after nine years. That gives him a specific, tested view on the talent gap most organisations are trying to solve. TED main-stage, NBC Nightly News, BBC, CNN, Bill Maher, John Oliver. The booking converts into a communications asset as well as a keynote. Biography highlights Chief Executive Officer, SANS Institute, appointed from the Office of the CEO after years of strategic and operational leadership inside the organisation. Certified SANS Instructor specialising in offensive operations, with more than two decades in cybersecurity across offensive, defensive and forensic work. Former Global Head of Security Research at Sophos, where he led public threat research and commentary via the Naked Security platform. Founder of CyberStart, a gamified cyber skills programme that ran nine years and engaged over 400,000 students in more than 200 hands-on challenges. TED main-stage speaker on everyday cybercrime, plus TEDx talks including Hacking With Words and Smiles. Recipient of the SANS Difference Makers Award for contribution to the UK cybersecurity community. Media regular across NBC Nightly News, CNN, BBC News, Real Time with Bill Maher and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. Biography Most cybersecurity briefings for senior audiences fail in the same way. They are either too abstract to act on, or too technical to follow. Lyne built his career working the gap between those two failure modes, first as Global Head of Security Research at Sophos, then as a long-standing Certified Instructor at SANS Institute, and now as its Chief Executive Officer. Twenty years on the frontline shapes the material. He has reverse engineered malware, red teamed high-security organisations, supported intelligence efforts against adversaries and sat inside the response to major breaches. That work is the reason his keynotes do not rely on slides. He demonstrates. Hacking an IoT device on stage, walking a room through a live phishing capture, pulling apart a ransomware sample in real time. The threat stops being theoretical. Lyne’s argument as CEO of SANS is that human expertise, curious and mission-driven, is the decisive advantage in cybersecurity, including against AI-enabled attackers. That belief sits behind CyberStart, the gamified cyber skills programme he founded, which ran for nine years and pulled over 400,000 students through hands-on challenges in cryptography, forensics and ethical hacking. It is also why leadership teams book him when they want their people to leave a session with a sharper instinct, not a longer reading list. The media footprint reinforces rather than replaces the substance. TED main-stage on everyday cybercrime, appearances on NBC Nightly News, CNN, BBC, Bill Maher and John Oliver, and a SANS Difference Makers Award for his contribution to the UK cyber community. Boards get a speaker who can hold a technical room and translate for a non-technical one in the same afternoon.
