Why organisations work with Lauren LoGrasso She brings the operating logic of a working podcast producer to the question of creative leadership, having executive produced two of the highest-charting podcasts of the past five years, Unlocking Us with Brené Brown and We Can Do Hard Things with Glennon Doyle. She speaks to creativity as engagement infrastructure, not as inspiration, drawing on a body of work that has won the Webby, Signal, W3, Hermes Creative, People’s Choice, and Communicator awards through her own show. She gives event audiences a recognisable name from the podcast economy, paired with a keynote performer’s stagecraft as a SAG-AFTRA actor and working musician. Her perspective on self-expression at work is grounded in production craft: what gets people to show up with their fullest contribution, and what systematically silences them. Biography highlights Creator and host of Unleash Your Inner Creative, winner of the Webby, Signal, People’s Choice, W3, Hermes Creative, and Communicator awards. Vice President of Programming and Development at Audacy Podcasts. Executive producer credits on We Can Do Hard Things with Glennon Doyle and Unlocking Us with Brené Brown during her tenure at Cadence13. Named one of Podcast Magazine‘s 22 Unsung Heroes of Podcasting. Featured in People Magazine, Yahoo, and Business Insider; named by CEO Weekly as a top inspiring woman to follow. Singer-songwriter who has collaborated with Grammy-winning producer Jeff Bova, with songs placed in award-winning films. Biography Unlocking Us with Brené Brown launched at number one and was named Apple’s top new podcast of 2020. We Can Do Hard Things with Glennon Doyle did the same a year later. Lauren LoGrasso was an executive producer on both, working at Cadence13 to shape the editorial sensibility that made those shows resonate. The thread running through that work is now the thread running through her keynotes. Unleash Your Inner Creative, the podcast she creates and hosts, has won the Webby, Signal, W3, Hermes Creative, People’s Choice, and Communicator awards. The subject is creativity, but the working question is organisational: why people stop offering their best ideas, and what conditions bring those ideas back into the room. LoGrasso speaks to corporate audiences and university programmes on creative leadership and workplace engagement, with signature talks including “The Key to Creative Leadership” and “The Power of Unleashing Creativity in Your Workplace.” She currently serves as VP of Programming and Development at Audacy Podcasts and continues to perform as a singer-songwriter, with collaborations including Grammy-winning producer Jeff Bova. The substance of her contribution is the connection between self-expression and contribution at work, named by Podcast Magazine as one of 22 Unsung Heroes of Podcasting and consistently profiled by major outlets for the operating model behind her shows. Key speaking topics Creative leadership in the workplace Employee engagement and morale Self-expression and authentic voice at work Podcasting and audio storytelling for brands and leaders Mental health and creative wellbeing Innovation through creative practice Event hosting, moderation, and interview craft Ideal for Heads of People, Culture, and Employee Engagement designing programmes that move beyond wellness benefits. Innovation, marketing, and brand leaders looking to bring creative practice into commercial work. Internal conferences, leadership offsites, and women’s leadership programmes seeking a keynote with stagecraft. Universities and graduate business programmes hosting events on creative careers and purpose-led work. Audience outcomes A working definition of creativity as an organisational condition, not a personality trait. Specific practices for managers who want their teams to surface ideas earlier and more often. A clearer reading of why engagement scores stall in technically high-performing teams. An honest framing of the link between self-expression, mental health, and sustained contribution at work.

Why organisations work with Lawrence Dallaglio He captained one club, Wasps, through the most successful period in its history: five Premiership titles and two Heineken Cups. That is sustained operating leadership at one institution, not a portfolio of short stints. The 2003 England side is one of the most studied teams in modern sport. Dallaglio was the only player on the pitch for every minute of the World Cup campaign. He can describe the mechanics of that team from inside the unit, not through hindsight. He founded and built Dallaglio RugbyWorks into a charity with measurable, third-party-evaluated outcomes for school-excluded young people. That is a specific, hands-on operating story, not a patronage role. He is one of two players to have won the Rugby World Cup in both 15-a-side and 7-a-side formats, a credential that no other speaker on the British circuit holds. Biography highlights 85 caps for England, captain in 1997 and again from 2004. Member of the 2003 Rugby World Cup and Grand Slam-winning side; played every minute of the World Cup campaign. Five Premiership titles and two Heineken Cups with London Wasps as a player and captain. One of two players to have won the Rugby World Cup in both 15-a-side and 7-a-side codes. MBE 2004, OBE 2008 for services to rugby and to charity. Founder of Dallaglio RugbyWorks, working with school-excluded young people aged 12 to 18. Author of It’s in the Blood: My Life, Headline, 2007. Biography The 2003 England side is one of the most analysed teams in international sport. Dallaglio was on the pitch for every minute of that World Cup campaign, in a back row with Richard Hill and Neil Back that other coaches still cite as a benchmark for balance and trust between three players in the same unit. The substance of what he speaks about begins there: how an elite team is actually held together over a long campaign. He played his entire professional club career at London Wasps. Under his captaincy, the club won five Premiership titles and two Heineken Cups. That is unusual in modern rugby, where careers move and loyalty is shorter. He captained England in 1997 and again from 2004 after Martin Johnson retired, and finished his international career with 85 caps. He is one of two players, with Matt Dawson, to have won the Rugby World Cup in both 15-a-side and 7-a-side codes. Dallaglio founded RugbyWorks in 2009 to work with young people excluded from mainstream education. The charity reports working with 4,439 young people across 101 provisions, with 90% of participants moving into education, employment or training, against 62% for their peers. It has been funded by the Youth Endowment Fund and works with school leaders who report attendance improvements in their cohorts. He was made MBE in 2004 and OBE in the 2008 Queen’s Birthday Honours, the latter explicitly for services to rugby and to charity. His 2007 autobiography It’s in the Blood is unusually direct for a sports memoir. The Daily Telegraph called it “uncontrollably frank”. The book covers his sister Francesca’s death in the 1989 Marchioness disaster, his short and contested first England captaincy, and the long arc back to the 2003 squad. For a corporate audience, the material that travels is the operating discipline behind sustained captaincy at one club, the inside view of the 2003 England unit, and the practical work of building an institution that does measurable good after the playing career ends. Key speaking topics Captaincy and team leadership High-performance culture in elite sport The 2003 England Rugby World Cup campaign Resilience and recovery from setback Charity and social impact through sport Motivation and after-dinner speaking Ideal for Sales conferences and annual kick-offs that need a leadership-anchored keynote with broad recognition Senior leadership offsites focused on team performance and captaincy Sponsorship, hospitality and broadcasting businesses where rugby has clear cultural currency After-dinner and awards audiences where authority and storytelling both matter Audience outcomes A first-hand account of how the 2003 England team operated week to week, not the post-match version Concrete examples of holding a dressing room together across a long campaign and through injury Insight into the operating model behind a charity that produces measurable outcomes for excluded young people A sharper read on what sustained captaincy at one club actually requires over a decade

Why organisations work with Lecyca Curiel A first-person Gen Z voice grounded in anthropological field research, rather than a marketing-agency reading of survey data. Affiliation with WHETSTON, the Dutch strategic foresight house that briefs senior leaders across Europe, gives her work analytical weight beyond the usual “young person on stage” booking. Track record of putting the Gen Z question in front of buyers who are unusually demanding: Walmart international executives, Google marketing managers, the European Parliament Youth Outreach Unit, BDO Norway. Recognised by Het Financieele Dagblad in its 2019 list of 50 most promising young talents in the Netherlands, a credential that signals she was taken seriously inside Dutch business media before the speaking circuit picked her up. Brings an inclusion lens shaped by Indonesian and Dutch Caribbean heritage and a Humanity in Action fellowship, so DEI inside her sessions reads as substance, not decoration. Biography highlights Generation Z researcher and keynote speaker with WHETSTON, the strategic foresight think tank founded by Thimon de Jong. Selected by Het Financieele Dagblad as one of 50 promising young talents in the Netherlands, 2019. Studied Liberal Arts and Sciences with a Cultural Anthropology focus at Erasmus University College, Rotterdam. 2019 Amsterdam Fellow with Humanity in Action; co-author of an action project on inclusive Dutch national remembrance. Speaking clients include Walmart, Google, the European Parliament Youth Outreach Unit, BDO Norway, FRED Leadership Forum, and Institute for the Future. Working anthropologist and documentary filmmaker, with projects on cultural heritage, decolonisation, and intergenerational memory. Biography Generation Z is the first cohort that grew up entirely inside the platforms most companies are still learning to manage. The numbers are familiar to any CHRO. The interpretation of those numbers, almost without exception, is filtered through people who are not part of the cohort. Lecyca Curiel works on the other side of that filter. She joined WHETSTON, the Amsterdam-based strategic foresight think tank founded by Thimon de Jong, after he scouted her at age seventeen following a public talk at the IMC Weekendschool. She has been delivering keynote work and strategic research for the firm since, with clients that include Walmart international executives, Google marketing managers, the European Parliament Youth Outreach Unit, BDO Norway, and FRED Leadership Forum. Het Financieele Dagblad named her one of 50 promising young talents in the Netherlands in 2019. Her academic grounding is in Cultural Anthropology at Erasmus University College, and she works in parallel as a documentary filmmaker on questions of heritage, memory, and decolonisation. As a 2019 Amsterdam Fellow with Humanity in Action she co-led a project on whether Dutch national remembrance is genuinely inclusive. The combination matters in the room. When she discusses what young employees actually want from work, it lands as field observation, not opinion. The argument she brings to leadership teams is narrower and harder than the usual generational keynote. Stereotypes about Gen Z are inexpensive to repeat and expensive to act on. What organisations need, on her reading, is a working model of intergenerational collaboration that makes sense to a 58-year-old executive and a 24-year-old engineer in the same conversation. That is the work she does on stage and in the strategy rooms WHETSTON is invited into. Key speaking topics Generation Z in the workforce Intergenerational collaboration Diversity, equity and inclusion from a Gen Z perspective Mental health across generations Future of work and talent retention Strategic foresight on cultural and demographic change Ideal for CHROs and heads of talent designing retention and engagement strategy for a multigenerational workforce. Boards and executive committees stress-testing assumptions about younger consumers and younger employees. DEI leads moving from awareness programmes to operational change. Leadership development teams building cross-generational management capability. Audience outcomes A clearer, evidence-based picture of what Gen Z employees and consumers actually expect, sourced from inside the cohort. Specific entry points for retention and engagement work in organisations with four or five active generations. A working language for intergenerational conversations that does not collapse into stereotype. A sharper read on where DEI commitments stall between stated policy and daily management.

Why organisations work with Lee Rubin He gives leadership teams a named, repeatable framework, the Five Cs (competitors, common goal, communication, chemistry, consistency), so culture work stops being a slogan and becomes a checklist a manager can run on Monday. He has lived both sides of the room: captain of a Big Ten football programme and 16+ years as an HR executive inside Fortune 500 environments including Johnson & Johnson, Sony, and JP Morgan. Audiences hear locker-room stories backed by enterprise people-strategy experience. He addresses the specific failure mode senior leaders see most often, talented individuals who do not function as a team, rather than the generic topic of “culture”. His delivery converts. Bureau and client materials consistently book him for sales kickoffs, leadership offsites, and all-hands events where the goal is alignment before execution, not abstract inspiration. Biography highlights Captain and three-year starting free safety, Penn State Nittany Lions football. 1994 Florida Citrus Bowl Defensive MVP; All-Big Ten Conference selection; Honorable Mention All-American. 16+ years as a Human Resources executive serving Fortune 500 corporations. Author of WIN: Simple Insights to Help You Win the Game of Life and a companion edition for student-athletes. Signature keynote “5 Components of Extraordinary Teams” delivered to clients including Johnson & Johnson, Sony, and JP Morgan. TEDx presenter on team performance. Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications with a Business minor, Penn State University. Biography A football captain learns something a corporate org chart rarely teaches. Talent is not the constraint. The constraint is whether eleven people, eleven directors, eleven engineers, share a goal clearly enough that they can adjust to each other in real time. Lee Rubin spent three years as a starting free safety at Penn State, captained the team, and earned 1994 Florida Citrus Bowl Defensive MVP honours. He then spent 16 years inside Fortune 500 HR functions watching the same dynamic play out in conference rooms. Out of that two-track career came the Five Cs: competitors, common goal, communication, chemistry, consistency. It is the spine of his signature keynote, “5 Components of Extraordinary Teams,” and it gives leaders a working vocabulary for diagnosing why a capable group is not performing as a team. Each component is concrete enough to be acted on the next week, not abstract enough to be ignored. His client list runs from Johnson & Johnson, Sony, and JP Morgan to college athletic departments and professional sports organisations. The range matters. The same framework that helps an enterprise sales team align around a quarterly goal helps a coaching staff align around a season. Buyers booking Rubin are typically wrestling with a specific symptom, post-merger silos, a stalled transformation, a high-turnover quarter, and want a session that produces shared language, not a closing high. He is also the author of WIN: Simple Insights to Help You Win the Game of Life, with a parallel edition written for student-athletes. The books extend the keynote argument: that the habits of high-performing teams, accountability, clarity of role, mutual respect, are the same habits that produce high-performing individuals. Key speaking topics Team performance and the Five Cs framework Building championship culture inside corporate teams Communication and chemistry under pressure Leadership lessons from elite athletics Employee engagement and buy-in Peak performance for individuals and teams Ideal for CHROs and senior HR leaders running culture, engagement, or post-merger integration work Sales leaders preparing kickoffs where alignment matters more than tactics Heads of transformation rebuilding teams after restructuring College and professional sports organisations investing in leadership development Audience outcomes A shared vocabulary, the Five Cs, that managers can use the next day to diagnose team friction Specific tactics for converting individual talent into collective output Renewed clarity on the difference between a group of strong performers and a functioning team Practical communication habits that hold up when a team is under pressure

Why organisations work with Lilah Jones She has run the room she is now coaching. Two decades inside Microsoft, Oracle, and Google Cloud, including a stint as head of corporate sales for North Central U.S., means her advice carries the weight of someone who carried a number. Her Activation Methodology gives leaders a structured way to break decision deadlock, not a pep talk. Audiences leave with a sequenced plan for the next ninety days, owned by named people. She speaks to the operator’s problem during transitions: how to keep a team executing while the strategy, structure, or leadership above them is still being rewritten. She built and led inside a sales organisation that grew Google Cloud from a standing start into one of the largest enterprise franchises in tech, and she draws her examples from that environment rather than from secondary research. Biography highlights Roughly nine years at Google, including a role on Google Cloud’s founding sales team and head of corporate sales for North Central U.S. Earlier enterprise sales and sales-management roles at Microsoft and Oracle. Adjunct faculty at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School, teaching working professionals. Creator of the Activation Methodology, the framework behind The Activated Leader keynote and her eight-week Activated Leader group coaching programme. Has spoken for and worked with organisations including Microsoft, Google, HP, WISE, DePaul University, NIST, Lesbians Who Tech, and Women of Influence. Biography Most leadership programmes assume the bottleneck is skill. Inside large enterprises during a restructure or strategy reset, the bottleneck is usually decisions. Capable managers stop committing because the next layer up is still moving, and entire quarters disappear into preparation that never ships. Lilah Jones spent roughly two decades inside that environment. She joined Google Cloud’s founding sales team and later ran corporate sales for the North Central U.S., after earlier sales and management roles at Microsoft and Oracle. The through-line of that career is selling and managing while the surrounding business is being rebuilt, which is the same condition most of her clients now face. The work she does today turns that operator experience into a method. Her Activation Methodology, taught through The Activated Leader keynote and an eight-week group coaching programme, is built around a single move: getting leaders from analysis to commitment with a clear, sequenced plan and named owners. The named keynotes around it, including Courage as a Carry-On and Manage Your Blindspots, address the adjacent problems of feedback, self-advocacy, and the personal cost of stalled decisions. She also teaches, as adjunct faculty at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School, and has worked with organisations including Microsoft, Google, HP, WISE, DePaul University and NIST. The audience she is most useful to is the layer of senior managers and directors who are expected to drive a transition without the authority to redesign it. Key speaking topics Leading through transitions and restructures Executive decision-making under uncertainty Sales leadership and high-performing commercial teams Psychological safety and feedback culture Career transitions for senior operators Transformation execution inside large enterprises Ideal for CROs, CCOs and sales leadership running through reorganisation, integration or new go-to-market models Heads of leadership and executive development designing programmes for director and VP populations CHROs and transformation leads running enterprise-wide change where middle-layer execution is the constraint Women in leadership networks and senior-women development programmes inside large organisations Audience outcomes A named method for moving a stalled leadership team from review to commitment within a defined window. Specific language for separating the decisions that need more analysis from the ones that have been ready to make for weeks. A clearer view of how feedback culture and psychological safety either accelerate or quietly block execution. Concrete examples from inside Google Cloud, Microsoft and Oracle of how senior leaders behave when their own ground is shifting.

Why organisations work with Lior Arussy He has the documented Mercedes-Benz USA case: a dealer network that moved from ninth to first in customer satisfaction, with 25,000 employees engaged through 80 full-day programmes. His method treats customer experience as an execution problem, not a brand or service problem. The deliverable is behavioural change at the frontline, tied to revenue and retention. He brings a published intellectual track. Seven books, including Next Is Now (Simon & Schuster) on building organisations for continuous change, and 300+ articles, with regular contributions to Harvard Business Review and Chief Executive. He has run more than 200 corporate transformations through Strativity, with clients including Mercedes-Benz, Royal Caribbean, Thomson Reuters, HSBC, SAP, FedEx, and Johnson & Johnson. The reference base is unusually deep for a CX speaker. His Generative AI keynote work addresses what the technology does to customer expectations and to the operating model of customer-facing teams. It is positioned as a strategic conversation, not a tooling demo. Biography highlights Founder and CEO of Strativity Group, a global customer experience and strategy execution consultancy operating across multiple countries. Author of seven books, including Next Is Now (Simon & Schuster, 2018), Passionate and Profitable (Wiley, 2005), and Customer Experience Strategy. 300+ published articles, with regular contributions to Harvard Business Review and Chief Executive media. Led the Mercedes-Benz USA customer experience transformation, taking the dealer network from ninth to first in customer satisfaction. Named to the Global Gurus customer service and customer experience rankings; recipient of the CRM Magazine “Influential Leaders” award. MBA, Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Previously held executive positions at Hewlett-Packard. Biography Most customer experience programmes do not fail at the strategy stage. They fail when an engaged steering committee meets a frontline that has been trained to comply with policy rather than own a customer outcome. Arussy has spent two decades closing that gap inside large organisations. He founded Strativity Group in 2003 and has since led more than 200 corporate transformations across customer experience, employee engagement, and strategy execution. The Mercedes-Benz USA work is the cleanest illustration: a dealer network that moved from ninth to first in customer satisfaction after 25,000 employees were engaged through 80 full-day programmes. A European logistics client he advised moved from 3% to 44% annual organic growth in two years. The work is consistently anchored in measurable commercial change, not in survey scores or brand language. The published track behind the consulting is substantial. He has written seven books, including Next Is Now (Simon & Schuster, 2018) on building organisations that thrive under continuous change, and Passionate and Profitable (Wiley, 2005) on why customer strategies typically fail. He has published more than 300 articles, including in Harvard Business Review, and contributes regularly to Chief Executive media. His current keynote work extends into the implications of generative AI for customer expectations and the operating model of customer-facing teams. For a senior buyer, the value is access to a CX practitioner who has done the work at scale and writes about it with the directness of someone who has watched it succeed and fail in real organisations. The references run from Mercedes-Benz and Royal Caribbean to HSBC, SAP, and Johnson & Johnson. Key speaking topics Customer experience as commercial growth strategy Strategy execution and behavioural change at the frontline Customer-centric culture and employee engagement The generative AI-empowered customer Leading continuous change and organisational reinvention Personal agency and ownership in transformation Ideal for Chief Customer Officers, CXOs, and Chief Marketing Officers leading enterprise-wide CX programmes. CEOs and COOs evaluating the gap between customer strategy and operating reality. Transformation and change leaders responsible for embedding new behaviours across large, distributed workforces. Boards and leadership teams in retail, financial services, automotive, hospitality, logistics, and B2B technology. Audience outcomes A practitioner’s account of what separates CX programmes that move revenue from those that move only dashboards. A clearer picture of how generative AI is reshaping customer expectations and the work of customer-facing teams. The five steps from Next Is Now applied to the audience’s own change environment. Named case material from Mercedes-Benz, Royal Caribbean, and other Fortune 500 transformations. A direct challenge to the policy-and-consistency model of customer service, with the alternative framed in operational terms.

Why organisations work with Lisa Nichols She speaks to the part of a workforce that engagement surveys cannot reach: the private doubt, fatigue, and self-protection that quietly drains performance during change. Her credibility is lived, not theoretical. She built a multi-million dollar enterprise from public assistance, and she uses that arc to make resilience feel concrete to senior teams who have heard every framework. She has been trusted by Google, Amazon, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, and NBC for workforce and leadership development sessions, which is a useful signal for enterprise buyers vetting cultural fit. She is one of the most recognised motivational voices of her generation, with reach through The Secret, Oprah, The Today Show, and a Broadway debut at the Samuel J. Friedman Theater. That recognition fills rooms and earns attention before she opens her mouth. Her work translates well into multi-format engagements: keynote, executive coaching circles, and emerging-leader programmes through Motivating the Masses, so a single booking can extend into a programme. Biography highlights New York Times bestselling author of No Matter What! and author of Abundance Now (HarperCollins, 2016). Featured teacher in The Secret (2006), the global self-help film that introduced her to a mass audience. Founder and CEO of Motivating the Masses, Inc., a personal and business development training company. Founder of the Motivating the Teen Spirit Foundation, focused on teen mental health, self-esteem, and dropout prevention. Broadway debut in December 2024 with the one-woman show When My Soul Speaks at the Samuel J. Friedman Theater, directed by Emmy winner Nick Nanton. Recipient of the Humanitarian Award from the country of South Africa, The Ambassador Award, and the LEGO Foundation’s Heart of Learning Award. Biography Public assistance and a baby wrapped in towels because the diapers had run out. That is where Lisa Nichols started in 1994. The arc from that night in a small apartment to a CEO’s chair, a New York Times bestseller list, and a Broadway stage is the source material she draws on when she speaks to leadership teams about resilience. She came to a global audience through The Secret, the 2006 film that sold tens of millions of copies and put a small group of teachers in front of a mass readership. Her own book, No Matter What!, followed and reached the New York Times bestseller list. Abundance Now, published by HarperCollins in 2016, took the same lived material into a more practical framework for personal and professional change. The corporate work sits underneath that public profile. Through Motivating the Masses, the training company she founded and runs, Nichols has delivered leadership and engagement programmes for Google, Amazon, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, and NBC. The brief is usually the same: a workforce facing change, a culture that needs reigniting, or a leadership cohort that has the strategy but not the conviction. In December 2024, Nichols took the same material to Broadway, performing When My Soul Speaks for one night at the Samuel J. Friedman Theater under Emmy winner Nick Nanton. Eleven vignettes covered abusive relationships, poverty, single motherhood, and the late-arriving private wins. It is the same story she tells corporate audiences, told in the form most people only see on television, and it is part of why her name still draws a room. Key speaking topics Resilience and personal conviction Employee engagement through change Inclusive and values-based leadership Self-leadership for emerging leaders Storytelling for organisational influence Women’s leadership and advancement Ideal for CHROs and culture leads designing engagement, wellbeing, or DEI programmes that need a credible lived voice rather than a frameworks-only speaker. Senior leadership offsites where conviction, accountability, and personal resilience are the agenda, not the warm-up. Emerging-leader and high-potential cohorts inside large enterprises. Women’s leadership networks and ERG flagship events looking for a recognised voice with a corporate track record. Audience outcomes Leaders leave with a sharper sense of how their own conviction shows up to their teams in periods of change. Cohorts leave with practical language for resilience and self-trust they can use in difficult conversations the next week. Engagement and wellbeing programmes gain a vocabulary that lands across seniority levels, not only at the top. Audiences leave with a story arc they remember, which is what makes the rest of the programme stick.

Why organisations work with Lisa Walden She translates over a decade of qualitative research on generational sociology into culture decisions a CHRO can actually defend at board level, not survey commentary. Two published books, including The Future of Work is Human and the Wiley “For Dummies” field guide on managing millennials, give her arguments a public, citable spine. She tackles the contested ground of hybrid work, return-to-office friction and Gen Z expectations without retreating into either nostalgia or hype. Her work on trust and psychological safety reads as operational, not therapeutic: barriers named, ingredients specified, applied across in-person, virtual and hybrid teams. She customises through pre-event interviews with client teams, so the keynote lands on the organisation’s specific cultural tension rather than a generic future-of-work narrative. Biography highlights Co-founder of Good Company Consulting, a workplace culture and future-of-work advisory firm. Co-author of The Future of Work is Human: Transforming Company Culture for a Post-Pandemic World (with Hannah L. Ubl). Co-author of Managing Millennials for Dummies, part of Wiley’s “For Dummies” series. Advisor to organisations including BMW, Siemens, HP, Syntellis, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and Texas A&M University System. Over a decade of qualitative research on generational dynamics and employee experience. Speaker on culture, trust, hybrid work, AI and human judgement, and cross-generational collaboration. Biography Five generations now share the same payroll, and the cultural assumptions each one brought to work have stopped quietly cohabiting. Trust expectations differ. Communication norms differ. The unwritten contract between employer and employee, the one that held through most of the late twentieth century, no longer carries the room. This is the territory Lisa Walden has spent more than a decade studying as a generational sociologist and workplace strategist. As co-founder of Good Company Consulting, Walden advises organisations on how to redesign culture for a workforce that no longer agrees on what work is for. Her clients include BMW, Siemens, HP, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Syntellis and Texas A&M University System. The work focuses on the connective tissue of an organisation: trust, psychological safety, communication norms, and the specific operating shifts that make a hybrid or multigenerational workforce coherent rather than fractious. Her two books anchor the public argument. The Future of Work is Human, co-authored with Hannah Ubl, sets out a post-pandemic culture playbook built around compassionate leadership and person-first management. Managing Millennials for Dummies, published in Wiley’s “For Dummies” series, gave her the early platform on generational management and remains a working reference for HR and people leaders. What distinguishes her on a stage is the refusal to default to either the wellness register or the technology register when discussing culture. She treats generational difference as a design input for operating decisions, not a personality theme, and she addresses the friction points that senior teams usually avoid in public: return-to-office disagreement, Gen Z expectations of managers, and what AI adoption does to the human texture of a team. Key speaking topics Future of work and post-pandemic culture Multigenerational workplace dynamics Trust and psychological safety Hybrid and remote work design Employee engagement and motivation Human-centred AI adoption Leadership communication across generations Ideal for CHROs, people leaders and heads of culture redesigning post-pandemic operating norms. Executive teams confronting return-to-office friction and hybrid policy disagreement. Boards and CEOs of organisations with significant Gen Z and millennial workforces. Leadership development and talent programmes inside large, multi-generational employers. Audience outcomes A clearer view of where generational friction is actually costing the organisation, and where it is noise. A working vocabulary for trust and psychological safety that managers can apply on Monday. Specific operating moves for hybrid and in-person team design, not policy slogans. A way to talk about AI adoption that treats human judgement as a capability, not a leftover. Confidence to make culture decisions defensible to both a board and a Gen Z hire.

Why organisations work with Liz Wiseman She runs two distinct, primary-research-backed frameworks, Multipliers and Impact Players, that name behaviours leaders can change on Monday morning, not abstractions they have to translate. Her Accidental Diminisher diagnostic gives senior leaders a mirror most are not expecting: the well-intentioned habits, rescuing, idea-spraying, pacesetting, that quietly shrink their teams. The Impact Players research, drawn from 170 executives across ten countries, isolates the behaviours of the contributors managers actually depend on, which CHROs use to recalibrate performance criteria and promotion decisions. Seventeen years inside Oracle, including VP of Oracle University, mean she frames leadership in operating terms a senior corporate audience recognises immediately. Named the top-ranked leadership thinker by Thinkers50 in 2019 and recipient of the Thinkers50 Talent Award in 2023, with continued presence on the ranking. Biography highlights CEO of The Wiseman Group, Silicon Valley leadership research and executive development firm. Author of Multipliers (New York Times bestseller), Rookie Smarts (Wall Street Journal bestseller), and Impact Players (Wall Street Journal bestseller). Thinkers50 Leadership Award winner (2019); Thinkers50 Talent Award winner (2023). Former Vice President of Oracle University and global leader for Human Resource Development across a 17-year Oracle career. Contributor to Harvard Business Review and Fortune; guest lecturer at Brigham Young University and Stanford University. Advises and speaks for clients including Apple, Disney, Google, Microsoft, Nike, Salesforce, and Tesla. Biography The leader who is the smartest person in the room is often the reason no one else in the room is contributing. Liz Wiseman’s research into what she calls Multipliers and Diminishers, published in Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter, isolates the specific habits that determine which one a manager becomes, often without realising. The Accidental Diminisher diagnostic that accompanies the work is now used by leadership teams across global corporations. Before The Wiseman Group, she spent seventeen years inside Oracle, latterly as Vice President of Oracle University and global head of Human Resource Development. That operating background runs through the work. Her frameworks are written for executives who have to act on them, not academics describing them. Impact Players, drawn from interviews with 170 executives across ten countries and surveys of 350 managers, asks a different question: what distinguishes the individual contributors that senior leaders actually rely on in high-stakes moments? The findings reshape how CHROs think about promotion, performance criteria, and the behaviours organisations should be selecting for. She was named the top-ranked leadership thinker on the Thinkers50 list in 2019 and received the Thinkers50 Talent Award in 2023. She contributes to Harvard Business Review and Fortune, and lectures at Brigham Young University and Stanford. Her client roster, Apple, Disney, Google, Microsoft, Nike, Salesforce, Tesla, reflects an unusual fact: organisations with deep internal leadership capability still bring her in. Key speaking topics Multiplier leadership and the Diminisher effect Accidental Diminisher behaviours in senior leaders Impact Players and high-contribution mindsets Leveraging collective intelligence inside teams Rookie Smarts and learning agility under uncertainty Talent identification, promotion, and performance criteria Executive development and leadership capability building Ideal for CHROs redesigning leadership development, promotion criteria, or performance frameworks CEOs and senior leadership teams reviewing how they get more from existing talent Heads of talent and L&D building enterprise leadership programmes Leadership offsites for executive committees and senior management cohorts Audience outcomes Recognition of the specific Diminisher behaviours senior leaders default to under pressure A working vocabulary for the team behaviours that drive disproportionate impact Diagnostic tools, including the Accidental Diminisher profile, that leaders can apply to their own management style Criteria for identifying and developing high-contribution individual contributors A revised view of where untapped capacity sits inside the existing workforce

Why organisations work with Louie Gravance He authored core content for “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service” at the Disney Institute, the programme that taught Disney’s service operating model to outside corporate clients. Buyers get the curriculum source, not a second-hand interpretation of it. His post-Disney consulting work has produced named, large-scale service campaigns for Bank of America, ING Financial, Choice Hotels, Nikon and Microbac Technologies. The work has a commercial track record outside theme parks. He treats service as stagecraft. His frameworks (the P.L.A.N. model, the Ten Skills of the Service Superhero, the Seven Secrets for Crafting WOW Service Experiences) give frontline managers something to teach on Monday, not a philosophy to absorb. He continues to work inside live guest operations, including the Ollivanders Wand Experience at Universal Orlando’s Diagon Alley. The content is sharpened on a working stage, not refined in a slide deck. The book Service is a Superpower: Lessons Learned in a Magic Kingdom (Mascot Books, 2020) gives organisations a takeaway that travels into the team after the keynote ends. Biography highlights 25-plus years at the Walt Disney Company, including curriculum design at the Disney Institute in Orlando. Lead designer on Disney’s “Approach to Quality Service” programme for external corporate clients. Architect of multi-million-dollar service campaigns for Bank of America, ING Financial, Choice Hotels, Nikon, Microbac Technologies and the American Council of Independent Laboratories. Author, Service is a Superpower: Lessons Learned in a Magic Kingdom (Mascot Books, 2020). Opening team member for Harry Potter’s Diagon Alley at Universal Orlando from 2014; continues to perform at the Ollivanders Wand Experience. Recipient of Disney’s Partners in Excellence Award and the Spirit of Disney Award. Biography The hardest part of a service strategy is not writing it. It is the moment when a brand promise meets a tired employee at the end of a long shift. Disney’s operating answer to that problem was not a slogan. It was a curriculum, and Louie Gravance helped build it. Inside the Disney Institute in Orlando, Gravance was part of the team that turned the theme park’s service model into “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service,” the programme that exported the company’s frontline practice to outside corporates. That work sat on top of a longer Disney career: live entertainment design, cast training, and the daily craft of running guest experiences at scale. He spent over 25 years inside the company. The post-Disney work moves the same operating logic into industries where service is the product but the theatre is harder to see. His campaigns include Bank of America’s “Spirit” initiative, alongside named programmes for ING Financial, Choice Hotels, Nikon, Microbac Technologies and the American Council of Independent Laboratories. The book that distils this practice, Service is a Superpower: Lessons Learned in a Magic Kingdom (Mascot Books, 2020), is structured around what he calls the Ten Skills of the Service Superhero. He has not left the operational stage. Since 2014 he has been part of the team behind the Ollivanders Wand Experience inside Universal Orlando’s Diagon Alley, where the content he teaches to corporate clients is tested on real guests, several times a day. Specific tools (P.L.A.N., the Ten Skills of the Service Superhero) that translate brand intent into frontline behaviour. A method for handling difficult customer interactions without scripting employees into rigidity. A clear separation between service performance and customer service technology, with the human craft restored to the centre. A model for treating employee engagement as the precondition for service quality, not a parallel HR programme.

Why organisations work with Lucy Adams A people strategy argument built from running HR at the BBC through the Savile crisis, executive pay-off scandals and the move to Salford, not from a consultancy slide deck. A clear, named thesis from HR Disrupted: treat employees as adults, as consumers and as humans, and rebuild HR practice around those principles rather than legacy process. Practical credibility with HR audiences: Disruptive HR runs ongoing training programmes, a membership community and toolkits, so the keynote is connected to a method leaders can adopt afterwards. A track record of reducing management layers and cost at scale, useful for organisations rethinking structure as well as culture. Direct experience of leading the people function through repeated public crisis, relevant to boards considering reputational and workforce risk together. Biography highlights CEO and founder of Disruptive HR, established 2014. Former Director of HR and executive board member at the BBC. Previously Group HR Director at Serco plc and at law firm Eversheds. Author of HR Disrupted: It’s Time for Something Different (Practical Inspiration Publishing, 2nd edition 2021) and The HR Change Toolkit. Co-host of the Disruptive HR podcast. Led HR through the BBC’s move to MediaCityUK in Salford and the opening of the multi-media newsroom in Broadcasting House. Biography Conventional HR was built for stable organisations, predictable careers and a workforce that did what it was told. That world has gone, but most of the apparatus, the annual appraisal cycle, the nine-box grid, the competency framework, the compliance-led policy stack, is still in place. Adams’ work starts from that mismatch and argues the function has to be rebuilt around how people actually work, not how organisations would like them to. The credibility behind the argument is operational. Adams was Director of HR at the BBC from 2009, sitting on the executive board through a period that included the move to Salford, the opening of the multi-media newsroom in Broadcasting House, executive pay-off scandals and the Savile crisis. She reduced the corporation’s management layer by more than 30%. Before the BBC she was Group HR Director at Serco plc and at the law firm Eversheds. In 2014 she founded Disruptive HR, an agency that now runs training, keynotes and a membership community for HR leaders and senior executives. The method is set out in HR Disrupted: It’s Time for Something Different, published by Practical Inspiration and now in its second edition, with a follow-up volume, The HR Change Toolkit, focused on implementation. The thesis: treat employees as adults, as consumers and as humans, and design people practice accordingly. What separates the work from most “future of work” commentary is that it speaks to the people who own the operating model. The audience is HR directors, COOs and CEOs deciding what to keep, what to discard and what to rebuild in the function that ultimately decides whether strategy gets delivered through people or in spite of them. Key speaking topics Modern HR and people strategy Leading change in complex organisations Employee engagement and the new social contract Leadership through crisis and public scrutiny Culture and organisational reinvention Future of work and workforce design Ideal for CHROs and senior HR leaders rebuilding the people function CEOs and COOs reviewing how the operating model is delivered through people Boards and executive teams navigating reputational or workforce crisis Leadership conferences focused on culture, engagement and change Audience outcomes A clear view of which inherited HR practices are creating drag and which are worth keeping. A named framework for redesigning people practice around adults, consumers and humans rather than legacy process. Practical reference points from running HR through sustained organisational crisis at a public institution. A sharper line between people strategy and the broader business strategy it is meant to deliver.

Why organisations work with Madison Butler She works inside the people function as a practitioner, not as an outside commentator. Her perspective comes from running employee experience as Chief Experience Officer at GRAV and as a fractional people ops consultant. She has built a structural intervention into her own industry. The Black Speakers Collection was created to close the speaker pay gap for Black speakers, and is now a working directory used by meeting planners. Her book “Let Them See You” (Wiley, 2025) gives buyers a published thesis on authenticity at work that they can hand to a leadership team before the keynote. She speaks credibly on mental health, trauma and psychological safety in workplace settings without softening the operational implications for managers. Named a LinkedIn Top Black Voice and a DivInc Austin Rising Star, with sustained media presence in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider and Rolling Stone. Biography highlights Author, “Let Them See You: Empowering Change Through Authenticity” (Wiley, 2025) Founder, Black Speakers Collection, a directory created to address pay equity for Black speakers Founder, Blue Haired Unicorn, an HR and DEI consultancy advising on psychological safety and culture design Chief Experience Officer at GRAV, based in Austin, Texas Named a LinkedIn Top Black Voice; named DivInc Austin Rising Star, 2021 Featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Yahoo and Rolling Stone Biography The employee experience is the part of the company most leaders do not own. HR runs onboarding, operations runs the systems, leadership sets the tone, and the actual lived experience falls between them. Butler works in that gap. As Chief Experience Officer at GRAV and through her consultancy Blue Haired Unicorn, she designs how a workforce actually moves through the organisation, from joining to leaving. Her published thesis sits in “Let Them See You: Empowering Change Through Authenticity”, released by Wiley in 2025. The argument is that performative culture work fails because it asks people to keep their full selves out of the building. Butler treats authenticity as an operating condition for trust, engagement and retention, not as a value statement. The Black Speakers Collection is her clearest demonstration of how she thinks. Faced with persistent pay inequity for Black speakers in the bureau industry, she built a directory rather than writing a position piece. It is now used by meeting planners as a working resource, profiled by PCMA and Prevue Meetings. Her media presence reflects the breadth of her audience. The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Yahoo and Rolling Stone have carried her commentary on workplace culture, mental health and inclusion. LinkedIn named her a Top Black Voice; DivInc named her Austin Rising Star in 2021.
