Why organisations work with Justin Hughes His BETTUR (Better Understanding of Reality) model gives teams a structured, named framework for planning, executing, and adapting under conditions of ambiguity and pressure – one tested in military aviation and refined across corporate and public sector organisations on multiple continents. The Business of Excellence (Bloomsbury, 2016) advances a specific argument – that consistent high performance is a systems problem, built around people, capability, and delivery – giving his advisory work an intellectual foundation that separates it from standard high-performance keynote content. His advisory work spans genuinely diverse high-stakes environments: BP’s global safety operations programme, Mercedes Formula 1, the United Nations, and Microsoft – meaning the principles he applies have been stress-tested well beyond the military analogy. As current CEO of a biotech startup operating under real commercial pressure, he holds practitioner credibility that most speakers with a military or aviation background left behind long ago. His diagnostic starting point – that cognitive and motivational biases distort individual and team judgement under pressure in predictable, addressable ways – gives organisations a more honest and specific entry point than generic resilience or leadership development typically provides. Biography highlights Former RAF fighter pilot; served as Executive Officer of the Red Arrows, flying more than 250 displays across three international tours Founder of Mission Excellence, an organisational performance consultancy; strategic adviser to Microsoft, the United Nations, and Mercedes Formula 1 Regular contributor to BP’s global Leading in Operations programme Author of The Business of Excellence (Bloomsbury, 2016), a performance framework built around people, capability, and delivery; endorsed by Paddy Lowe, Executive Director of Mercedes Grand Prix Profiled in the Daily Telegraph, The Independent, Director Magazine, and the London Evening Standard; interviewed on BBC World Talking Business, BBC Breakfast, and GB News MBA with Distinction, London Business School; MSt with Distinction in International Relations, University of Cambridge Biography The Business of Excellence, published by Bloomsbury in 2016, makes a specific claim: consistent high performance is not a talent question. It is a question of systems, behaviours, and the decision-making habits that hold up when conditions deteriorate. Justin Hughes wrote that book after twelve years as an RAF fighter pilot and three as Executive Officer of the Red Arrows. Since leaving the RAF, Hughes has operated in the environments his book describes. As founder of Mission Excellence, he has advised Microsoft, the United Nations, and Mercedes Formula 1 on organisational effectiveness. He is also a regular contributor to BP’s global Leading in Operations programme – a safety-critical context where the gap between intended and actual decision-making carries serious consequences. The practical instrument of that advisory work is the BETTUR model – an acronym for Better Understanding of Reality. It gives organisations a structured approach to planning, executing, and adapting under ambiguity and pressure. The model addresses a specific failure mode: the cognitive and motivational biases that cause individual and team judgement to degrade when information is incomplete and stakes are high. Hughes holds an MBA with Distinction from London Business School and an MSt with Distinction in International Relations from the University of Cambridge. As CEO of NetZeroNitrogen, a biotech company developing alternatives to synthetic nitrogen fertiliser, he retains active operating responsibility alongside his advisory and speaking work. He has been profiled in the Daily Telegraph, The Independent, and Director Magazine, and interviewed on BBC World Talking Business and BBC Breakfast. Key speaking topics Leadership under pressure Decision-making in high-stakes environments High-performance team design Organisational effectiveness and execution Risk and cognitive bias in judgement Performance culture Strategic resilience Ideal for Senior leadership and executive teams building high-performance cultures in complex, high-reliability, or fast-changing organisations Operations, safety, and transformation leaders in sectors where the cost of poor judgement is high – energy, aerospace, financial services, and healthcare CHROs and L&D directors commissioning leadership development that goes beyond standard competency frameworks C-suite and board audiences addressing the gap between strategic intent and operational execution Audience outcomes A named framework – the BETTUR model – for planning, executing, and adapting under conditions of ambiguity, incomplete information, and time pressure A clearer diagnosis of why high-performance intentions break down under operational stress, and what structural factors – not individual failings – drive that gap Practical principles for building teams that maintain standards and accountability without relying on close supervision or ideal conditions A more rigorous understanding of how cognitive and motivational biases affect individual and team judgement, and what processes reduce their impact Directly applicable approaches to debrief discipline, decision protocols, and leadership behaviour in their own organisations

Why organisations work with Justin King A first-hand, decade-long account of running a FTSE 100 retailer through competitive attack, recession and the shift to online, with named results: 36 consecutive quarters of like-for-like growth, tripled underlying profit, and an 85 per cent total shareholder return by the time he stepped down. The “Making Sainsbury’s Great Again” playbook talked through by the CEO who wrote it, with concrete decisions on price, fresh food, colleague engagement and the Paralympic sponsorship that reset the brand. An active cross-portfolio operating perspective from the Chair seats at Allwyn Entertainment, Dexters and Itsu Grocery, plus the recent OVO Energy chairmanship through the sector’s difficult patch, so the material is current rather than retrospective. A credible record on purpose-led commercial leadership, evidenced through Sainsbury’s Comic Relief partnership of £1 for every £10 donated, the first dedicated Paralympic sponsorship of London 2012, and Made by Sport, the charity he founded in 2019 that raised over £6m for community organisations before transferring to Sported. A leadership framework, the ten Cs, that has been pressure-tested against a real CEO seat rather than developed in a classroom, and is delivered with the candour of someone who has had to defend results to a board. Biography highlights CEO of J Sainsbury plc, 2004 to 2014, ten years that took the business from third place and falling sales to 36 consecutive quarters of like-for-like growth and an 85 per cent total shareholder return. Chair of Allwyn Entertainment and Dexters; Non-Executive Chair of Itsu Grocery; recent Chair of OVO Energy. Non-Executive Director of Marks and Spencer plc, January 2019 to September 2025; member of the PwC Public Interest Body, 2015 to 2022. Vice Chairman and Senior Adviser at Terra Firma Capital Partners, 2015 to 2021; interim Chairman of the Manor Racing F1 team during its 2014-2015 restructuring. Member of the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and its audit committee, with Sainsbury’s the first dedicated Paralympic sponsor of London 2012. Founder of Made by Sport, 2019 to 2023, raising over £6m for community sport organisations. CBE for services to the retail industry, 2011 Birthday Honours; Honorary DBA, University of Bath, 2009; Most Admired Business Leader, Management Today; Britain’s Most Impressive Businessman, IPSOS-MORI Captains of Industry Report. Biography Sainsbury’s was the third-place supermarket with falling sales when Justin King took the CEO seat in March 2004. The City viewed the appointment as the company’s last chance to remain independent. Within six months he had launched “Making Sainsbury’s Great Again”, a recovery plan built on fresh food, colleague engagement and a re-priced shelf. The plan’s headline target, a £2.5 billion sales uplift, was hit three months early. Over his ten years as CEO, the business delivered 36 consecutive quarters of like-for-like growth, tripled underlying profit from £252m to £756m, and returned 85 per cent to shareholders. The brand was rebuilt around the first dedicated Paralympic sponsorship of London 2012, and the long-standing Comic Relief partnership of £1 for every £10 donated. Sainsbury’s regained second place in UK grocery and he stepped down in 2014 with the longest unbroken growth run of any major UK supermarket CEO of the era. He arrived at Sainsbury’s with three decades in consumer businesses behind him, including senior roles at M&S Food, Asda and Häagen-Dazs UK. After leaving the CEO seat he held the Vice Chairman and Senior Adviser role at Terra Firma Capital Partners from 2015 to 2021, sat on the PwC Public Interest Body from 2015 to 2022, and served as a Non-Executive Director of Marks and Spencer from January 2019 until September 2025. He chaired the Manor Racing F1 team through its 2014-2015 restructuring. He is Chair of Allwyn Entertainment, Chair of Dexters, and Non-Executive Chair of Itsu Grocery, with adviser seats at Snappy Shopper and Rezolve. He chaired OVO Energy through the post-energy-crisis period to August 2025. The purpose thread runs through the record: he founded Made by Sport in 2019, which raised over £6m for community sport organisations before the campaign was handed to Sported in 2023. He was appointed CBE in the 2011 Birthday Honours for services to retail, named Most Admired Business Leader by Management Today, and topped the IPSOS-MORI Captains of Industry Report. The University of Bath conferred an Honorary DBA in 2009, and he served on the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Group from 2010 to 2012. Key speaking topics Retail leadership and the long-cycle turnaround Consumer behaviour and brand reinvention Customer and colleague-led growth Purpose-led commercial leadership and responsible business Boardroom decision-making under competitive pressure Sponsorship and purpose, drawn from London 2012 Cross-portfolio non-executive leadership Ideal for FTSE and large-cap consumer business leadership teams managing a multi-year turnaround Retail, hospitality and consumer goods boards weighing strategy against operational execution Chief executives, COOs and store or operations directors in customer-facing sectors Boards and leadership teams looking to embed purpose into commercial performance rather than treat it as a side function Audience outcomes A working view of how a CEO sequences price, range, colleagues and brand through a decade-long recovery rather than a single reset. Specific lessons from London 2012, the Comic Relief partnership and Made by Sport on how purpose can shift commercial performance. A frank account of what holds boards together when results are slow, competitors aggressive and shareholders impatient. A leadership lens, the ten Cs, applied to the audience’s own operating questions during Q&A.

Why organisations work with Kaihan Krippendorff He runs Outthinker, a peer network of more than 90 chief strategy, innovation, growth and transformation officers from Fortune 500 and large private companies. His keynote material comes out of what those sitting executives are working on, in more than 500 conversations a year. The toolset is documented, not just described. The Outthinker IDEAS process, the 9Ps of Strategy and the Outthinker Playbook of five disruptor strategies come as client workbooks, drawn from a wider set of 36 patterns adapted from The 36 Stratagems. The method produces decisions a board will act on. A day and a half on the 9Ps at a major US television network produced seven strategic themes that became the company’s formal priorities. At one of the three largest technology companies, 250 leaders were trained in the IDEAS process and roughly 1,250 ideas were narrowed to 25 pitches to senior executives. Proximity, co-authored with Robert Wolcott of Kellogg and Chicago Booth, argues that production and service delivery are moving ever closer to the moment of demand. Thinkers50 named it one of the most important new ideas in business that year, and Malcolm Gladwell’s Next Big Idea Club named it a must-read. Driving Innovation from Within (Columbia Business School Publishing) sets out his IN-OVATE framework and the seven blockers that stop internal ideas reaching a market test. His research attributes 70% of society’s most transformative innovations to people working inside large established organisations. Biography highlights Founder of Outthinker, a peer network of more than 90 chief strategy, innovation, growth and transformation officers from Fortune 500 and large private organisations. Former McKinsey consultant. Senior fellow at Wharton; teaches at NYU School of Professional Studies and Florida International University. Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering; doctorate in economics and business. Author of six books including Outthink the Competition, Driving Innovation from Within, and Proximity (with Robert Wolcott, Columbia Business School Publishing, 2024). Recognised by Thinkers50 and Global Gurus as one of the top 20 management thinkers globally in strategy and innovation. Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2019, shortlisted for its Innovation Award in 2019 and its Strategy Award in 2023. Host of three podcasts: Outthinkers, The Chief Strategy Officer Podcast, and Strategy at Scale. Harvard Business Review contributor, with 2026 sector by-lines in IndustryWeek, TotalRetail, StrategicCHRO360, Advisor Magazine and Industrial Equipment News. Has presented on AI and intelligent manufacturing at SXSW and AMT events. Biography Outthinker is a peer network of more than 90 chief strategy, innovation, growth and transformation officers from Fortune 500 and large private companies. Kaihan Krippendorff convened it to pressure-test where their industries are actually moving, before the shift is visible in anyone’s numbers. More than 500 conversations a year with sitting CXOs feed the research. He trained at McKinsey. The client work since has run through BNY Mellon, Microsoft, Walmart, GE, Northwestern Mutual, SHRM and Macmillan, among others. He is a senior fellow at Wharton and teaches at NYU School of Professional Studies and Florida International University. His published work carries the same emphasis. Outthink the Competition sets out the strategic patterns market entrants use that incumbents rarely consider. Driving Innovation from Within, published by Columbia Business School Publishing, gives that problem a framework: IN-OVATE names the seven blockers that stop internal ideas reaching a market test. Proximity, written with Robert Wolcott of Kellogg and Chicago Booth, argues that AI and on-demand production are collapsing the distance between supply and demand. That argument has since been tested in specific sectors. Writing in IndustryWeek in September 2026, he pressed manufacturers to customise AI to their own plants instead of bolting it onto existing workflows. His parallel is electrification: early factories ran electric motors inside operating models still built for steam. An Outthinker survey of more than 400 managers, published in StrategicCHRO360, found only 23% expected their organisation to reinvest the time AI frees into innovation. Key speaking topics Strategy under accelerating disruption Business model innovation Corporate innovation and internal entrepreneurship AI and the proximity economy Outside-in strategic foresight Chief strategy officer practice Growth strategy for Fortune 500 organisations Ideal for CSOs, chief innovation officers, and chief growth officers running strategy refresh cycles Boards and executive teams reassessing competitive position in an industry under structural change Corporate transformation leads building internal innovation pipelines Audience outcomes Which assumptions behind the current strategy have already expired, and where the evidence for that sits A working vocabulary, from the IDEAS process, the 9Ps of Strategy and the Outthinker Playbook, for generating non-obvious strategic options A read on AI and on-demand technology as a change in where value gets created, applied to their own produce-then-deliver cycle The seven blockers of innovation named in the IN-OVATE framework, and a view on which are active in their own organisation Sharper questions for the next strategy offsite, informed by what sitting CSOs in the Outthinker network are working on

Why organisations work with Karen Eber She has run culture and learning inside two of the largest professional environments in the world, GE and Deloitte, so her storytelling work is built around how decisions actually get made in a 90,000-person organisation. Her Perfect Story method is grounded in neuroscience, including how attention, empathy, and trust are formed in the brain during a story, giving leaders a defensible reason to invest in communication craft beyond presentation polish. She works fluently across storytelling for leadership, storytelling for change, and storytelling with data, which means a single engagement can serve a town hall, a board update, and a sales conversation. Her book carries genuine third-party validation: Axiom Business Book Award Silver Medal, International Book Awards winner, and Next Big Ideas Club selection, signalling editorial quality rather than self-published reach. Biography highlights Author of The Perfect Story: How to Tell Stories that Inform, Influence, and Inspire, HarperCollins Leadership / Harper Horizon. TED speaker: “How your brain responds to stories, and why they’re crucial for leaders”. Former Head of Culture and Head of Leadership Development at General Electric. Former Chief Learning Officer / Head of Leadership Development at Deloitte. Guest lecturer at London Business School, MIT, and Stanford. Featured in Fast Company, Forbes, Inc., Entrepreneur, NPR, CNBC, Quartz, and Business Insider. Biography Most internal communication inside large organisations is information transfer in slide form. Strategy is announced, change is rolled out, performance is reported, and almost none of it changes how a manager behaves on a Tuesday morning. Karen Eber’s work begins from that problem. She spent two decades inside the kind of environment where this matters most. At General Electric she led Culture and Leadership Development across a global workforce. At Deloitte she ran leadership development for the firm. Those roles required her to land complex messages, on diverse audiences, in cultures that were already crowded with corporate noise. Her book The Perfect Story sets out a practical neuroscience-based method for how leaders find, shape, and deliver stories that hold attention and shift behaviour. It has been recognised with an Axiom Business Book Award Silver Medal, an International Book Awards win, and a Next Big Ideas Club “Must-Read” selection. Her TED talk on the neuroscience of leadership storytelling extended the argument to a public audience. What buyers tend to remember from her sessions is that the craft is teachable. She separates storytelling from charisma, breaks down the brain mechanics of attention and trust, and gives senior people specific tools they can use the same week, whether the audience is a board, a sales team, or a hundred frontline managers reading a town hall transcript on a phone. Key speaking topics Storytelling for leadership and influence Storytelling with data Culture change and communication Executive presence and communication craft Neuroscience of attention, trust, and persuasion Employee engagement and internal communication Ideal for CHROs, Chief Learning Officers, and Heads of Leadership Development designing executive communication and culture programmes. Chief Communications Officers and internal communication leaders responsible for change narratives and town hall content. Sales and marketing leadership teams who need to convert data into narrative buyers act on. Senior leadership teams preparing for major strategy, restructure, or integration announcements. Audience outcomes A working neuroscience-based model for how stories hold attention and create trust. Specific techniques for turning data and strategy slides into narratives that move an audience. A clearer separation between what is rhetoric, what is communication craft, and what is leadership behaviour. Tools senior leaders can apply immediately to town halls, board updates, and customer conversations.

Why organisations work with Karl Dickson He has refereed at the level where every call is reviewed in slow motion by millions, including the 2023 Rugby World Cup final on the touchline, and translates that into how leaders hold a decision when it is being second-guessed in real time. He brings a rare dual perspective: a Premiership winner with Harlequins and a current PGMOT international official, so he can speak credibly to both the player under instruction and the official making the call. His material on communication is grounded in a discipline where being unclear costs you the room within seconds, useful for executives whose audiences increasingly behave the same way. He addresses public mistakes head-on. Refereeing offers no place to hide a wrong decision, and the recovery skill he teaches is directly applicable to leadership populations who fear visible error. Biography highlights 169 appearances for Harlequins as a scrum-half between 2009 and 2017 Replacement in the 2011 to 2012 Premiership final, won by Harlequins against Leicester Tigers Called into the senior England squad during the 2012 Six Nations and South Africa tour Member of the RFU Professional Game Match Officials Team since 2017 Quarter-final referee at Rugby World Cup 2023 (Wales v Argentina) and assistant referee for the final (South Africa v New Zealand) Six Nations referee, including the opening fixture of the 2024 Championship (France v Ireland) Biography Most leadership content treats decision-making under pressure as a mindset. In elite refereeing it is a practised skill, made under load, on camera, with no opportunity to consult, and with the entire stadium reacting before the decision has finished being made. Karl Dickson works at exactly that level. He refereed a Rugby World Cup quarter-final in 2023 and stood as assistant referee in the final between South Africa and New Zealand. He arrived at officiating from inside the game. Eight seasons at Harlequins, 169 appearances as a scrum-half, and a Premiership title in 2012 give him a player’s reading of the moment. England squad call-ups in 2012 and a near-cap mark the upper edge of that career. Few officials at his level have lived the other side of the decision so recently. His speaking work draws directly from that dual experience. He talks about the discipline of being decisive when the right answer is not yet obvious, the communication craft of holding a room of thirty professional athletes to a call they disagree with, and the recovery skill required when the replay shows you were wrong. Those are not metaphors for leadership. They are the same problems senior teams face when a market moves, a stakeholder pushes back, or a strategy turns out to have been mistimed. What he gives a corporate audience is a working operator’s view of public judgement. Premiership and Six Nations seasons run year-round; the 2024 Six Nations opener, France v Ireland in Marseille, was his. He is not retired. He is mid-career at the top of his sport, and the material is current. Key speaking topics Decision-making under pressure Communication in high-stakes environments Composure and confidence in public roles Resilience after visible mistakes High-performance team dynamics Leadership lessons from elite sport Ideal for Senior leadership teams preparing for high-scrutiny moments: results announcements, regulatory hearings, restructure communications Sales, customer-facing, and front-line management populations whose decisions are visible and contested Executive development programmes focused on judgement, communication, and presence Annual conferences where the audience benefits from a credible voice on pressure and recovery Audience outcomes A clearer picture of what trained composure looks like, drawn from a domain where it is a job requirement Practical communication discipline for moments when an audience is sceptical, hostile, or impatient A more honest framework for handling visible mistakes, separating the error from the recovery Renewed confidence that decisiveness can be developed, not just born into

Why organisations work with Keith Ferrazzi He works at the level above leadership development: the operating system of the senior team itself, where most strategy execution actually breaks down. Twenty years of applied research at Ferrazzi Greenlight, including the dataset behind Never Lead Alone, gives him a defensible model of what the top 15 percent of teams do differently. He named and codified co-elevation, a vocabulary CEOs and CHROs already use to describe peer accountability without formal authority. Five New York Times bestsellers, including Never Eat Alone and Never Lead Alone (USA Today bestseller, Forbes Top 10 Business Books of 2024), give him reach and credibility with senior audiences before he walks on stage. His sessions are diagnostic rather than inspirational: leadership teams typically leave with a read on their own performance against the teamship shifts and a starting point for what to change. Biography highlights Founder and chairman of Ferrazzi Greenlight, a research and consulting firm focused on executive team performance and the future of work. Founder of the Radical Innovators Collaborative, a peer network of Fortune 500 CIOs and CHROs working inside live enterprise transformation. Author of five New York Times bestsellers, including Never Eat Alone, Leading Without Authority, Competing in the New World of Work, and Never Lead Alone. Never Lead Alone (HarperCollins, 2024): USA Today bestseller and one of Forbes’ Top 10 Business Books of 2024. Former Chief Marketing Officer of Deloitte and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Named a Global Leader of Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum. Regular contributor to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fortune, Inc., and the Wall Street Journal. Biography Most senior teams are designed to report, not to collaborate. Members are accountable to the CEO, not to each other, and that asymmetry shows up the moment the organisation tries to move at speed. This is the problem Ferrazzi Greenlight has been studying for two decades, and it is the territory Keith Ferrazzi has made his own. The work began with relationships. Never Eat Alone, published in 2005, became a business classic by treating networking as a discipline of generosity rather than transaction. Three books later, the focus has shifted from individual influence to what happens between peers at the top of an organisation. Leading Without Authority introduced co-elevation as the mechanism. Never Lead Alone, a USA Today bestseller and a Forbes Top 10 Business Book of 2024, sets out ten specific shifts that distinguish the highest-performing teams in his research dataset. The same logic now sits behind the Radical Innovators Collaborative, a peer community Ferrazzi convenes for Fortune 500 CIOs and CHROs working through AI-driven transformation. The credibility behind that work is operational, not academic. Ferrazzi was Chief Marketing Officer of Deloitte and then of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, after Yale and Harvard Business School. He was named a Global Leader of Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum and contributes regularly to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fortune, and the Wall Street Journal. What he brings to a senior audience is not a talk on collaboration in the abstract. It is a diagnostic frame for the team in the room: where peer accountability is real, where it is theatre, and which of the teamship shifts would change the most about how the organisation actually executes. Key speaking topics Executive team performance Teamship and co-elevation Leading without authority Peer-to-peer accountability Future of work and radical adaptability Organisational collaboration across silos AI and the redesign of team operating models Ideal for CEOs and executive committees are rebuilding how the top team works together CHROs and chief people officers leading culture and leadership transformations Boards and senior leadership offsites focused on execution speed Transformation leads inside organisations, breaking down functional silos Audience outcomes A clear read on where their own senior team sits against the teamship shifts that distinguish the top performers in Ferrazzi’s research. Specific behaviours that move accountability from vertical to peer-to-peer without dismantling the reporting line. A working vocabulary of co-elevation that senior teams can use to call out unhelpful patterns in real time. A view of how AI-native ways of working are changing what a high-performing leadership team looks like.

Why organisations work with Keith Wyche He has actually run the P&L. Former President of Cub Foods and ACME Markets, former President of US Operations at Pitney Bowes, and a retired Walmart Vice President. His view on change comes from someone who has signed off on it. He sits on corporate boards today. As an Independent Director at The Brink’s Company since 2022, and now at Internet Sciences, he speaks to senior leaders from inside their own governance world. His argument on trust has an operating record behind it. Uncommon Leadership sets out how leaders rebuild credibility through integrity and people-centred performance, which carries more weight from someone who led large-scale operations than from a podium. He reached the most senior ranks of corporate America, recognised twice over by Black Enterprise and Savoy. That lived authority changes how a room of executives hears him on culture and accountability. Biography highlights Retired Vice President, Community Engagement and Support, Walmart Inc. (2020 to 2024); earlier played a hands-on role in Walmart’s shift from brick-and-mortar retail to omni-channel e-commerce Former President of Cub Foods and ACME Markets (SuperValu); former President, US Operations, Pitney Bowes Management Services Independent Director, The Brink’s Company (NYSE: BCO), and Internet Sciences, Inc. (appointed 2026) Author of Uncommon Leadership (2026), Diversity Is Not Enough (2021 NAACP Image Award nominee), Good Is Not Enough (2009 NAACP Image Award nominee), and Corner Office Rules Named to the Top 100 African American Executives list by Black Enterprise and Savoy National media on leadership and careers, including NBC’s Today Show, Fox Business, and USA Today Biography Cub Foods was a multi-billion dollar grocery business when Keith Wyche was recruited to run it, one of two SuperValu banners he led as President before joining Walmart. That operating record, built across Pitney Bowes, SuperValu, and a long Walmart career, is what everything else rests on. At Walmart he moved from running operations to helping shift the retailer from brick-and-mortar stores toward an omni-channel, e-commerce business. He then led Community Engagement and Support until he retired in 2024. He now sits as an Independent Director on the board of The Brink’s Company, appointed in 2022, and joined the board of the technology firm Internet Sciences in 2026. The board seats change the room he speaks into. He is in the same governance conversations as the senior leaders he addresses, which is why his read on change and accountability carries weight with a C-suite audience. His fourth book, Uncommon Leadership, published in 2026, grew out of a conversation with his teenage grandson about the run of leaders losing public trust. It follows Good Is Not Enough and Diversity Is Not Enough, both NAACP Image Award nominees. The new book makes a blunt case: strong results do not create followership, and leaders who want to be followed earn it through integrity and how they treat people. Key speaking topics Leadership integrity and rebuilding organisational trust People-centred leadership and accountability Change, resilience, and transformation management Leading through restructure and disruption Career progression, visibility, and personal brand for senior talent Board-level perspective on leadership and organisational performance Ideal for Executive leadership teams and boards setting the tone on culture and accountability CHROs and senior HR leaders rebuilding leadership credibility during change Leadership conferences and senior executive communities across corporate and association audiences High-potential and emerging leaders being prepared for senior executive roles Audience outcomes A frank account of what it takes to keep people committed through restructure and change How trust and accountability get rebuilt after they erode, drawn from real leadership failures and recoveries he has seen and led Specific career and visibility moves, from building sponsors to reading company culture, for leaders aiming at executive roles A board-level read on how culture, performance, and integrity connect at the top of an organisation

Why organisations work with Kevin Green A career arc that has tested his own frameworks in three different operating environments: professional kitchens, classroom education and corporate keynote delivery. The 3P Framework (Purpose, Passion, Potential) gives audiences a single, repeatable structure for moving from feeling stuck to taking action, useful for leaders managing people through reinvention. A teaching style built on practical demonstration, not abstraction. He came up running real kitchens and competing on Food Network’s Chopped, and brings that operator instinct to the stage. Strong fit for student and early-career audiences as well as corporate teams, with documented work with the University of Tennessee, Tennessee Department of Education and Pellissippi State Community College. Biography highlights Founder of Kevin Green Elevates, a keynote and workshop practice focused on leadership alignment and personal execution. Competitor on Food Network’s Chopped. Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Lipscomb University, Nashville. Built and ran Chef Kevin Culinary, a personal chef business spanning private dinners, cooking classes and culinary education. Speaking clients and partners include the University of Tennessee, Tennessee Department of Education, Pellissippi State Community College and Toastmasters. Reported keynote speaker for the IASP 2026 Global Conference, with a talk titled “Do It Scared”. Biography Most teams do not lack effort. They lack alignment. Priorities pile up, ownership drifts, and people work hard on the wrong things. That is the problem Kevin Green built his keynote practice around, drawing on a career that has crossed kitchens, classrooms and corporate rooms. His operator background is unusual for a speaker on this topic. He trained as a chef, ran his own personal chef business in Knoxville, Tennessee, taught culinary arts to teenagers, and competed on Food Network’s Chopped. Each of those environments forced him to translate intent into clean, repeatable execution under pressure, and that is the frame he brings to leaders. His core teaching tool is the 3P Framework, Purpose, Passion, Potential. It gives audiences a simple structure for separating what they actually want from what they have inherited, and then for moving from clarity into action. He uses it with college students choosing direction, with early-career professionals at crossroads, and with corporate teams trying to get priorities, roles and expectations into the same shape. He is known for energy on stage and for breaking complex ideas into language a working audience can use the next morning. Clients include the University of Tennessee, the Tennessee Department of Education and Pellissippi State Community College, and he was named to open the IASP 2026 Global Conference with a keynote titled “Do It Scared”. Key speaking topics Purpose, passion and potential as a personal operating framework Leadership and team alignment Personal execution and follow-through Resilience and self-leadership at career crossroads Authentic working life and identity at work Presence, body language and vocal delivery Ideal for Corporate leadership offsites and all-hands events focused on execution and ownership Sales kick-offs and culture days where energy and clarity matter as much as content University and college audiences, including career services, student life and athletic departments Early-career and high-potential cohorts navigating career direction Audience outcomes A clearer personal answer to what they are working towards and why A simple framework, the 3P method, that survives the trip back to the desk A sharper read on where their own priorities, roles and expectations are out of alignment Renewed momentum, with concrete actions to take in the days after the event Practical language for talking about presence, voice and how they show up at work

Why organisations work with Kevin Lane Keller He authored the framework most senior marketers were trained on. The Customer-Based Brand Equity model, his 1993 Journal of Marketing paper, is the reference point that brand equity conversations still anchor to. He co-authors the standard MBA marketing textbook. Marketing Management with Philip Kotler is in its 16th edition and sits on the syllabus of most top business schools, which means his vocabulary is already shared by the room. He has advised brand strategy at Accenture, American Express, Disney, Ford, Intel, Nike, P&G, Samsung, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and Google, so the case material is current rather than historical. He treats the tension between short-term performance marketing and long-term brand building as a capital allocation question, not a creative one, which lands with CFOs and CEOs as well as CMOs. He brings the academic credibility of 135+ peer-reviewed papers and a Tuck professorship without retreating into theory; the work has been pressure-tested in expert witness testimony for Amazon, Meta, Mercedes-Benz, and the NFL. Biography highlights E. B. Osborn Professor of Marketing, Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College. Author of Strategic Brand Management, 5th edition, co-authored with Vanitha Swaminathan, widely referred to as the “bible of branding.” Co-author with Philip Kotler and Alex Chernev of Marketing Management, 16th edition. Originator of the Customer-Based Brand Equity (CBBE) model, 1993 Journal of Marketing. Former Executive Director of the Marketing Science Institute, 2013 to 2015. Previously held tenured marketing posts at Stanford Graduate School of Business, UC Berkeley, and UNC Chapel Hill. Biography The argument over what brand investment is actually for has moved from the marketing function to the boardroom. Finance leaders want a defensible link between brand spend and enterprise value. Marketing leaders are negotiating between short-term performance metrics and the longer arc of customer preference. Keller’s work is the framework most of those conversations are still built on. His 1993 Journal of Marketing paper introduced the Customer-Based Brand Equity model, which redefined brand value as what customers know, feel, and recognise about a brand rather than as a balance-sheet residual. The CBBE pyramid remains a standard reference for measuring brand strength inside organisations like Accenture, American Express, Disney, Nike, P&G, and Samsung, all of which have drawn on his counsel. He co-authors Marketing Management with Philip Kotler and Alex Chernev, now in its 16th edition, and Strategic Brand Management with Vanitha Swaminathan, now in its 5th. Both textbooks are core curriculum at most top business schools, which means most CMOs in the room were trained inside his vocabulary. He has held tenured positions at Stanford, Berkeley, and UNC before Tuck, and served as Executive Director of the Marketing Science Institute. Keller’s current work focuses on how brands hold their position when AI reshapes media buying, customer experience, and pricing simultaneously. He addresses the tension senior teams face directly: how to keep building the brand asset when every dashboard rewards the campaign. Why organisations work with Kim Campbell She has held the top job. Few speakers can describe cabinet decision-making, defence policy, and the politics of succession from inside the Prime Minister’s office of a G7 country. She was the first woman to serve as Defence Minister of any NATO member state, which gives boards a substantive perspective on gender, authority, and security policy that does not collapse into commentary. She built a working leadership institution from scratch: the Peter Lougheed Leadership College at the University of Alberta, where she served as Founding Principal from 2014 to 2018. She has spent two decades inside the leading global networks for former heads of government and democratic reform, including Club de Madrid, where she was Secretary General, and the World Movement for Democracy, where she chaired the steering committee. She is a Companion of the Order of Canada, the country’s highest civilian honour, recognising lifetime contribution rather than a single role. Biography highlights 19th Prime Minister of Canada and the first woman to hold the office. First woman to serve as Defence Minister of any NATO member state. Former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada; passed reforms to gun control and the law of sexual assault. Canadian Consul General in Los Angeles, 1996 to 2000. Taught at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, 2001 to 2004. Founding Principal, Peter Lougheed Leadership College, University of Alberta, 2014 to 2018. Secretary General of Club de Madrid, 2004 to 2006; founding member of the organisation. Chair, Council of Women World Leaders, 1999 to 2003. President, International Women’s Forum, 2003 to 2005. Companion of the Order of Canada (2008); Order of British Columbia (2012). Author of Time and Chance: The Political Memoirs of Canada’s First Woman Prime Minister. Biography Most discussions of leadership skip the part that matters most to boards: what happens when authority meets resistance, and the leader is held accountable for the result. Kim Campbell has lived that sequence. She became Canada’s 19th Prime Minister in June 1993, lost the autumn election in one of the heaviest defeats in Canadian political history, and then spent the following three decades doing the harder work of building the institutions that produce the next generation of leaders. Before the premiership she ran two of the most demanding portfolios in any cabinet. As Minister of Justice and Attorney General she carried gun control reform and a substantive overhaul of sexual assault law through Parliament. As Minister of National Defence in 1993 she became the first woman to hold that role in any NATO country, attending the alliance’s defence ministers’ meetings during a period of rapid post-Cold War repositioning. The post-government work is what gives her current perspective its weight. She served as Canadian Consul General in Los Angeles, taught at the Harvard Kennedy School from 2001 to 2004, and chaired the Council of Women World Leaders. As a founding member and later Secretary General of Club de Madrid, she sits inside the world’s principal network of former heads of government working on democratic reform. She chaired the World Movement for Democracy’s steering committee from 2008 to 2015. Her most concrete recent project is institutional. From 2014 to 2018 she was Founding Principal of the Peter Lougheed Leadership College at the University of Alberta, designing and launching an undergraduate leadership programme intended to compete with the best in the world. She is a Companion of the Order of Canada and a recipient of the Order of British Columbia. Key speaking topics Political leadership and executive decision-making Democratic institutions and the conditions for legitimacy Gender, authority, and women in political leadership Defence and security policy Climate change as a governance and stability problem Leadership formation and the design of leadership programmes Canadian and international politics Ideal for Boards and executive committees stress-testing strategy against political risk Government, civil service, and public sector leadership programmes Audiences building or sponsoring leadership development institutions Conferences on women’s leadership where the brief calls for first-hand executive experience Audience outcomes A first-hand account of how cabinets, central government, and party politics actually decide A substantive view on gender and political authority from the first woman to lead a G7 country A working framework for what makes leadership legitimate when institutions are under strain A grounded read on democratic backsliding from someone who has worked inside the leading reform networks for two decades

Why organisations work with Lars Sudmann He brings Fortune 500 operating weight to leadership work. A former P&G CFO and Business Unit Strategy Leader speaks to executive committees in their own language. His self-leadership framework, drawn from his TEDx talk that has crossed 1.9 million views, gives senior leaders a usable model for the personal habits that determine whether strategy actually lands. The Spaghetti Principle, the thesis of his book on innovation, gives organisations a structured way to run more experiments without losing strategic discipline. He is a 6-time Belgian and 2-time European Champion of Public Speaking. Executive presence and communication craft are not a sideline; they are a discipline he can teach. As Council Director at The Conference Board, he convenes CFOs and strategy leaders across Europe and the Gulf, so the room he walks into is one he already understands. Biography highlights Former CFO Belgium and Business Unit Strategy Leader at Procter & Gamble. Principal of Sudmann & Company, advising Fortune 500 leadership teams on strategy execution and change. Council Director at The Conference Board (Strategy & Transformation, Finance Transformation, Gulf councils). Lecturer on leadership and innovation at RWTH Aachen, Braunschweig University, and Lüneburg University. Author of “Innovation that Sticks: Reach Success as a Leader in your Field with the Spaghetti Principle”. Multiple TEDx talks on self-leadership and innovation, with combined viewership in the millions. 6-time Belgian and 2-time European Champion of Public Speaking. Featured in BBC, Fast Company, Inc., The Washington Post, and Manager Magazin. Biography Most leadership content treats execution as a structural problem. Sudmann treats it as a personal one. His TEDx talk on self-leadership, now past 1.9 million views, argues that the daily behaviour of senior leaders is what determines whether strategy moves through the organisation or stalls in the slide deck. The argument carries weight because of the chair he sat in. Sudmann was CFO Belgium at Procter & Gamble and led business unit strategy inside the same group. He has run the numbers, owned the plan, and watched what actually happens when a leadership team is asked to change while still hitting the quarter. That experience now shapes Sudmann & Company, his consulting and training practice, and his role as Council Director at The Conference Board, where he convenes strategy and finance leaders across Europe and the Gulf. He lectures on innovation and leadership at RWTH Aachen, Braunschweig, and Lüneburg, and his book “Innovation that Sticks” sets out the Spaghetti Principle: a disciplined way to run small experiments and keep only what holds. The communication craft is its own credential. Six Belgian and two European public speaking titles mean a Sudmann keynote is not a polished version of corporate decks. It is built to land, with senior audiences, on the first hearing. Why organisations work with Laura Gassner Otting She names a problem CHROs and talent leaders see every quarter but rarely have language for: the high-performer who hits the number, then quietly checks out. Wonderhell gives that pattern a vocabulary leadership teams can act on. She writes from operator experience, not theory. She built and sold a national executive search firm, served as a Clinton White House appointee on the launch of AmeriCorps, and has advised leaders across corporate, political, and nonprofit settings. Her work travels across audience seniority. The same framework speaks to high-potential talent in early career, to senior leaders rethinking what success means at the next stage, and to founders running into the wall their own ambition built. She brings genuine media reach. Wonderhell debuted at #2 on the Wall Street Journal bestseller list, Limitless debuted at #2 on the Washington Post list, and she is a regular contributor to Good Morning America, Harvard Business Review, and Oprah Daily. Biography highlights Wall Street Journal bestselling author of Wonderhell (Ideapress, 2023) and author of Limitless (2019), which debuted at #2 on the Washington Post bestseller list. Presidential appointee in the Clinton White House, working on the launch of AmeriCorps. Founder and former CEO of the Nonprofit Professionals Advisory Group, a national executive search firm she sold in 2015. TEDxCambridge speaker, “Stop Asking ‘How Can I Help?'”, with millions of views to date. Contributor and featured expert across Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fast Company, Good Morning America, the Today Show, and Oprah Daily. ABC News on-air contributor on careers, leadership, and ambition. Biography Most organisations track the moment a top performer joins. Few track the moment they hit their stretch goal and start to drift. That gap, the space between visible achievement and invisible disengagement, is the territory Laura Gassner Otting works in. Her bestselling book Wonderhell, a Wall Street Journal bestseller published by Ideapress in 2023, gave language to a pattern senior leaders had seen for years without being able to describe. Success, for ambitious people, is not a finish line. It is a doorway into a harder version of the same question: what now, and was it worth it. Her earlier book Limitless, which debuted at #2 on the Washington Post list in 2019, framed the upstream problem of how high performers define success in the first place. The argument has weight because it sits on top of a real career. She left law school to join a southern governor’s presidential campaign and ended up as a presidential appointee in Bill Clinton’s White House, working on the launch of AmeriCorps. She later founded and ran the Nonprofit Professionals Advisory Group, a national executive search firm, which she sold in 2015. Her TEDxCambridge talk, “Stop Asking ‘How Can I Help?'”, has been viewed millions of times. She is an ABC News contributor and writes regularly for Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fast Company, and Oprah Daily. Inside organisations, her work shows up where talent strategy, executive development, and culture intersect, especially with the people any business can least afford to lose: the ones who already won, and are now quietly wondering what they are running toward. Key speaking topics High-performer retention and engagement The psychology of ambition and success Leadership development for emerging and senior leaders Career decision-making and purpose alignment Culture and talent strategy in mission-driven organisations Confidence and voice in leadership Sales performance through meaningful client connection Ideal for CHROs, CPOs, and talent leaders trying to retain high performers past their first big win High-potential leadership programmes and executive development cohorts Sales kickoffs and revenue leadership offsites focused on motivation and meaning Mission-driven organisations and nonprofit boards rethinking purpose and engagement Audience outcomes A shared vocabulary for the discomfort that follows achievement, so teams can talk about it before people quietly leave. A sharper personal definition of success that holds up against external metrics and pressure. Practical decision-making cues for when to push, when to pause, and when to redefine the goal. Renewed clarity for senior leaders on what their highest performers actually need from them next.
