Why organisations work with Nick Hutchinson He has spent seven years studying, at scale, what separates readers who change their behaviour from readers who do not. The pattern recognition is specific and rare. He brings the operating reality of a top 2% global podcast, with named guests including Grant Cardone, Lewis Howes, and Alex Hormozi, into a keynote on what actually transfers from reading to results. His framework in “Rise of the Reader” gives audiences over a hundred concrete reading and implementation habits, not motivational generalities. He built BookThinkers from zero to a seven-figure agency reaching over a million people a month, organically. The credibility on action-from-information comes from having done it. Biography highlights Founder of BookThinkers, a book marketing agency serving mission-driven authors, built organically to a reported reach of over one million people per month. Author of “Rise of the Reader: Strategies For Mastering Your Reading Habits and Applying What You Learn”, published by The Reading Revolution in 2023. Host of BookThinkers: Life-Changing Books, ranked in the global top 2% of podcasts, featuring guests including Grant Cardone, Lewis Howes, and Alex Hormozi. Founder of the BookThinkers Live event series, gathering authors and readers in the personal development community. Featured in Authority Magazine and Kirkus Reviews, and across podcasts including The Chris Voss Show and Laurie Ruettimann’s show. Has personally read more than 400 personal development books, the experience that produced the implementation framework behind his work. Biography Most professionals finish more personal development books than they apply. The shelf gets longer, the podcast queue refills, the behaviour stays the same. BookThinkers was built around this specific gap. The company connects authors with readers who actually want to act on the ideas, and the business case for the agency is that information without implementation does not change anything. The platform now reaches a reported one million people a month, built without paid acquisition, over roughly seven years. The podcast, BookThinkers: Life-Changing Books, sits in the global top 2% and has hosted Grant Cardone, Lewis Howes, and Alex Hormozi. The vantage point is unusual: hundreds of long-form interviews with the authors whose books are most often bought and least often acted on. “Rise of the Reader”, published by The Reading Revolution in 2023, distils that vantage point into a framework. Over a hundred specific habits across reading selection, retention, and implementation. The argument is that reading is a professional discipline, not a leisure category, and that the practical machinery of applying ideas can be taught. For organisations, the relevance is in workforce capability rather than motivation. Teams that read intentionally and act on what they read compound differently. The work he brings to a keynote audience is the operating substance of that compounding, evidenced by the agency he built using the same method. Key speaking topics Reading as a professional discipline Translating personal development content into action Building an audience and a business organically Personal productivity and habit design Self-leadership and continuous learning Author and creator economy operating practice Ideal for L&D and talent development leaders building reading and learning cultures inside their organisations Sales and business development teams whose performance is tied to ongoing self-development Founder communities, entrepreneur networks, and scale-up leadership cohorts Conferences and offsites where the brief is to convert inspiration into specific next actions Audience outcomes A concrete method for selecting books and content that match a defined professional goal A retention and note-taking practice that survives contact with a normal working week A short list of immediate behaviours to test in the week after the session A reframing of reading from leisure habit to professional capability A clearer view of how disciplined consumption of ideas compounds into commercial and career outcomes

Why organisations work with Nora AlMatrooshi She graduated from NASA’s 2021 astronaut candidate programme alongside ten American candidates chosen from more than 12,000 applicants, as the only non-NASA astronaut in her class and the first Arab woman in the programme’s history. That credential is not replicable. Her career connects two sectors that rarely share a vantage point: hydrocarbon infrastructure (projects for ADNOC and Saudi Aramco) and advanced space operations. Audiences in GCC energy, government, and technology sectors get a perspective that spans the full range of UAE industrial ambition. The UAE Astronaut Programme went from concept to operational in under a decade. AlMatrooshi went through the entire process, from open national selection through two years at Johnson Space Center, and can describe what selection rigour and institutional commitment actually produced. Selected from 4,305 applicants through a multi-phase evaluation built to international standards, she speaks from direct experience of what elite technical preparation demands of individuals and the organisations that develop them. Biography highlights First Arab woman to complete NASA’s astronaut candidate programme; graduated March 2024 at Johnson Space Center Selected from 4,305 applicants, UAE Astronaut Programme second batch (2021) Mechanical engineering graduate, UAE University; member, American Society of Mechanical Engineers Former piping engineer, National Petroleum Construction Company – projects for ADNOC and Saudi Aramco; later Technical Specialist at ADNOC First place in the UAE, 2011 International Mathematical Olympiad Gulf Business 100 Most Powerful Arabs, 2022, 2024, and 2025; Arabian Business 100 Most Inspiring Leaders 2024 (ranked sixth) Biography The UAE had no domestic astronauts in 2009. Ten years later, Hazzaa AlMansoori spent eight days aboard the International Space Station. In 2024, Nora AlMatrooshi became the first Arab woman to complete NASA’s full astronaut candidate programme, graduating alongside ten candidates selected from more than 12,000 American applicants. AlMatrooshi was chosen from 4,305 applicants in 2021. Over two years at NASA’s Johnson Space Center, her training spanned ISS operations, spacewalk preparation at the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory, robotics, T-38 jet proficiency, and Russian language. Survival training at Fort Novosel, Alabama was also required. In March 2024, she received her astronaut pin and qualified for future space mission assignments. Before the astronaut programme, she worked as a piping engineer at the National Petroleum Construction Company on projects for ADNOC and Saudi Aramco, and later as a Technical Specialist at ADNOC. She served as Vice President of NPCC’s Youth Council for three consecutive terms. Her academic record includes placing first in the UAE in the 2011 International Mathematical Olympiad. Gulf Business has included her in its 100 Most Powerful Arabs in 2022, 2024, and 2025. Arabian Business ranked her sixth in its 100 Most Inspiring Leaders in 2024. Her stated ambition is to land on the Moon aboard an Emirati spacecraft. Key speaking topics Human spaceflight preparation and operations National space programmes and strategic capability-building Engineering excellence in high-stakes environments STEM talent development and technical career pathways International collaboration in advanced science and technology Selection and readiness in elite technical environments Ideal for STEM, engineering, and advanced technology conferences Government and public sector leadership events focused on national innovation programmes Energy sector organisations, particularly those with ADNOC and Saudi Aramco connections or GCC operating context Youth, education, and talent development forums where firsthand accounts of competitive entry carry weight Audience outcomes A specific account of what elite technical selection actually looks like, from open national application to NASA programme graduation Understanding of how the UAE built operational space capability from scratch in under a decade Insight into the standards, preparation, and team discipline required in environments where errors are not recoverable A reference point for what STEM pipeline development produces at its most rigorous Perspective on the relationship between national ambition, institutional investment, and individual readiness

Why organisations work with Paolo Petrocelli He runs a flagship cultural institution and can speak to the operating discipline behind cultural ambition, not the slogan version. His work in cultural diplomacy is recognised by named bodies that buyers respect: the World Economic Forum, the Italian Republic, the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates, UNESCO. He bridges Europe and the Gulf at a moment when both regions are rewriting their cultural and economic positioning, and he has executive experience inside that bridge. He is a credible voice on how youth, talent, and creative capital flow internationally, with a track record of building institutions that move those flows in practice. Biography highlights Head of Dubai Opera since 2023. Young Global Leader, World Economic Forum, Class of 2023. Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. Founder and President of EMMA for Peace; co-founder of Opera for Peace. PhD, IULM Milan; Executive MBA, SDA Bocconi; Oxford Executive Leadership Programme, Said Business School. Author of The Evolution of Opera Theatre in the Middle East and North Africa, Cambridge Scholars Publishing; research affiliate at metaLAB at Harvard; Forbes contributor and TEDx speaker. Biography Dubai Opera is the kind of asset a city builds when it wants to be taken seriously on the international stage. Running it is closer to running an embassy than running a theatre. The person commissioning a season is making decisions about national positioning, talent attraction, and the symbolic capital of a place. Petrocelli took over the institution in 2023, after building EMMA for Peace into one of the better-known music-diplomacy platforms operating between Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. The World Economic Forum named him a Young Global Leader the same year. His earlier book on the evolution of opera theatres in the MENA region, published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing, is one of the few serious surveys of cultural infrastructure across a region now investing heavily in it. The credential set is unusual. A PhD in cultural economics from IULM Milan and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi sit alongside an Oxford Executive Leadership certificate from Said Business School and a research affiliation at metaLAB at Harvard. He has held cultural diplomacy roles for the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates and within UNESCO-aligned youth structures. The Italian state has knighted him in the Order of Merit. What makes him commercially distinctive is the combination of operating responsibility and diplomatic standing. Most cultural strategists write about soft power from outside it. He runs one of its more visible instruments while sitting on the platforms that shape policy around it. Key speaking topics Cultural diplomacy and soft power Leadership of mission-driven cultural institutions Culture, creative industries and global development The Gulf, Europe and the new geography of cultural capital Music and the arts in international relations Youth, talent and the future of cultural leadership Cultural strategy for nations, cities and corporates Ideal for Government and city leaders working on cultural positioning, place branding, or soft-power strategy Boards and CEOs of foundations, sponsors, and corporates with serious cultural portfolios Heads of public affairs, communications, and brand who treat culture as strategy rather than sponsorship Senior leaders in international organisations and diplomatic services working on cultural cooperation Audience outcomes A clearer view of why culture has become a strategic asset for nations, cities and major brands A working sense of how cultural institutions actually run, and where ambition fails in execution Specific examples of soft power and music diplomacy as instruments of international standing A read on where the centre of gravity in global culture is shifting, and what it means for talent, capital, and policy

Why organisations work with Rachel Harris She has built a seven-figure UK accounting firm with multiple regulated divisions, not advised on one. Her commentary on growth comes from an operator with payroll, clients and audit obligations. She runs a financial education platform with an audience over 150,000, which gives her unusual fluency in translating commercial detail for a non-specialist room. She sits as a Director and Trustee of AAT, which signals institutional credibility inside the UK accounting profession, useful for any audience of practice owners or professional services leaders. Her bursary scheme, the first of its kind in UK accounting, gives her a substantive position on widening access to professional services careers, beyond generic DEI talking points. She was named Accountancy Personality of the Year 2023 by PQ Magazine and Breakout Star of the Year by Accounting Excellence, two named industry awards from credible bodies. Biography highlights Founder and director of striveX, a UK accounting firm with regulated divisions in tax, audit, mortgages and HR. Founder of @accountant_she, a financial education platform with a combined audience exceeding 150,000. Accountancy Personality of the Year 2023, PQ Magazine. Breakout Star of the Year 2023, Accounting Excellence Awards. Director and Trustee of the Association of Accounting Technicians. Credentials: MBA, CMgr, MCMI, MAAT. TEDx speaker. Media contributor on ITV This Morning, BBC Radio 5 Live, LBC and Times Radio. Biography The accounting profession has a structural credibility problem with small business owners. Founders need commercial advice, but most accountants are trained in compliance, and most growth advisors have never run a regulated firm. Rachel Harris built striveX to close that gap, and now uses the experience as the basis of her work with founders elsewhere. striveX is one of the UK’s fastest-scaling accounting practices, with divisions across tax, audit, mortgages and HR. It is a regulated, multi-disciplinary firm with clients, staff and operating constraints, not a consultancy or a content business dressed up as one. The operator perspective is what audiences buy. Alongside the firm, she runs @accountant_she, a financial education platform with an audience above 150,000. The dual track matters. She has translated commercial substance into language that lands in a non-technical room, which is rarer than the credential stack of professional services speakers suggests. Her work is recognised inside the profession: Accountancy Personality of the Year 2023 from PQ Magazine, Breakout Star of the Year 2023 from Accounting Excellence, and a Director and Trustee role at the AAT. Her bursary scheme, the first corporate bursary fully funding students through AAT levels 2 to 4, started with one placement and expanded to five in its second year. It is a concrete commitment to widening entry into a profession that has not historically welcomed outsiders, and it gives her a credible position on access that is grounded in something she has built. Key speaking topics Scaling a service business beyond the founder Practice and professional services growth Building a financial brand online Entrepreneurship and operating discipline Personal finance for business owners Widening access in professional services Ideal for Founders and owners of professional services firms scaling past the first hire. Accountancy and finance audiences: practice managers, partners, AAT and ICAEW member networks. Conferences for small business owners, entrepreneurs and creator-led businesses commercialising an audience. Leadership audiences in financial services or professional services HR considering widening-access programmes. Audience outcomes A concrete account of how a UK service firm grew from a single founder to a multi-division, seven-figure operation, with the decisions made along the way. A working model for combining a regulated professional services firm with a public-facing personal brand without the two undermining each other. A perspective on widening access to professional services careers grounded in an operating bursary, not an aspirational diversity statement. A view of how to translate financial substance for a non-specialist audience, useful for any leader who has to talk to staff, customers or media about numbers.

Why organisations work with Rashim Mogha Two decades inside the rooms where women’s leadership advancement is decided. Senior roles at Oracle, Amazon Web Services, VMware, Automation Anywhere, and Skillsoft, building teams that supported over $2 billion in business. Few speakers on this topic carry that operational depth. Her work is built on a published, repeatable framework. The #1 Amazon bestseller Fast-Track Your Leadership Career gives HR teams and emerging leaders a specific template covering sponsorship, brand-building, and the unwritten rules of internal promotion. She treats women’s leadership development as a pipeline and retention question, which lands with executives who are accountable for the actual numbers. That framing avoids the trap of positioning DEI as a values exercise sitting outside business outcomes. Her LinkedIn Learning courses have reached over 250,000 professionals globally. That scale gives her a working understanding of which leadership content actually shifts behaviour across geographies and seniority levels. The credentials are named and external. Woman of the Year at the Women in IT Awards Silicon Valley, Top 20 Thought Leader by Thinkers360, Top 100 DEI Leader by Mogul, and induction into the Alameda County Women’s Hall of Fame. Biography highlights Founder and CEO of eWOW (empowered Women of the World), launched in November 2018; podcast audiences in more than 50 countries Author of the #1 Amazon bestseller Fast-Track Your Leadership Career and its companion Guided Journal; reached #1 on Amazon within eleven hours of release LinkedIn Learning instructor with courses including Succeeding as a First-Time Tech Manager, Women Transforming Tech: Finding Sponsors, and Cloud Concepts: Determining Your Cloud Strategy; over 250,000 learners globally Senior leadership roles at Oracle, Amazon Web Services, VMware, Automation Anywhere, and Skillsoft, building teams supporting over $2 billion in business Forbes Business Council member; contributor to Forbes, Association for Talent Development (ATD), and Thrive Global Recognitions include Woman of the Year (Women in IT Awards Silicon Valley), Silicon Valley Woman of Influence, Top 20 Thought Leader (Thinkers360), Top 100 DEI Leader (Mogul), and induction into the Alameda County Women’s Hall of Fame Biography American women hold 52 percent of professional-level jobs. They hold roughly 20 percent of executive leadership positions in US high-tech industries. The gap between those numbers is what Rashim Mogha has worked inside for two decades, first at Oracle, AWS, and VMware, then as founder of eWOW. Her #1 Amazon bestseller Fast-Track Your Leadership Career codified what she learned inside those companies. It treats career advancement as an integrated strategy. Sponsorship and personal brand are framed as concrete corporate moves, drawn from her own promotion path. The book hit number one on Amazon within eleven hours of release. eWOW, which she founded in November 2018, scaled the method beyond a single book. Its podcast reaches audiences in more than fifty countries. Her LinkedIn Learning courses, including Succeeding as a First-Time Tech Manager and Women Transforming Tech: Finding Sponsors, have been taken by more than 250,000 professionals globally. Few speakers on women’s tech leadership combine that operational depth with that audience reach. Her credibility with executive audiences sits in the specifics. Woman of the Year at the Women in IT Awards Silicon Valley. Top 20 Thought Leader by Thinkers360. Forbes Business Council member. Inducted into the Alameda County Women’s Hall of Fame. For organisations focused on the leadership pipeline rather than the talking points, that combination of operational record and external recognition is rare. Key speaking topics Women’s leadership advancement in technology Sponsorship and career advancement strategy Diversity as a talent pipeline question Leadership development for technical professionals Mindful leadership Cloud strategy and digital transformation for business leaders Future of work and corporate learning at scale Ideal for CHROs and Chief People Officers responsible for stronger leadership pipelines for women in technology Heads of DEI and Talent looking to move beyond awareness toward measurable promotion outcomes Women’s networks and ERGs inside technology, financial services, and professional services organisations L&D and learning leaders designing executive development programmes for emerging women leaders Audience outcomes The distinction between mentorship and sponsorship, and the specific moves required to convert one into the other Practical language for asking for promotion and stretch assignments A diagnostic for what is actually stalling a woman’s advancement at her current level Two operational levers HR and senior leaders can pull to shift promotion outcomes inside the next twelve months

Why organisations work with Raven Baxter She brings the credibility of a working scientist with a doctorate in the science of learning, which means her communication advice rests on evidence about how people actually absorb technical content, not marketing instinct. She has hosted Pfizer’s flagship podcast Science Will Win across two seasons, giving her demonstrated experience translating drug discovery and oncology research for general audiences inside a regulated commercial environment. Her body of work, including viral hip-hop science videos and TEDx talk “You Don’t Look Like a Scientist,” gives her unusual reach into communities most science communication never touches. She founded Fervae, the first social media management platform built specifically for working scientists, which positions her as a builder of the infrastructure science communication has been missing, not only a practitioner. Her recognitions, Forbes 30 Under 30 in Science, Fortune 40 Under 40 in Health, Ebony Power 100, signal credibility across science, health, and culture audiences in a way few single speakers can claim. Biography highlights Founder and CEO of Fervae, a social media management platform for scientists, announced at Science Talk 2026. President and Executive Director of The Science Haven, a 501(c)(3) advancing STEM equity through programmes including Stellar Dreams, an astronomy education partnership with Celestron, CuriosityStream, and NASA. Host of Pfizer’s Science Will Win podcast (Seasons 5 and 6) and host of NASA’s International Space Station Research and Development Conference; creator-host of The Science of Life with Dr. Raven Baxter. Keynote and distinguished-lecture platforms including the National Science Teaching Association national conference, Princeton’s Amplifying Voices Distinguished Lecture, Virginia Tech’s Kelly Lecture on science and misinformation, and the opening keynote of the California Science Education Conference. Forbes 30 Under 30 in Science (2022), Fortune 40 Under 40 in Health (2020), Ebony Power 100 (2022), AAUW Woman of Distinction (2022). Ph.D. in Curriculum, Instruction, and the Science of Learning, University at Buffalo, with a dissertation on culturally responsive science communication. Biography Most science communication still treats audiences as a problem to be managed: simplified, talked down to, or routed through a press release. The result is that technical organisations are surprised, repeatedly, by how little of their work is understood outside their own walls. Raven Baxter’s career has been built on closing that gap with method, not charisma alone. Trained as a molecular biologist at Buffalo State College and as a learning scientist at the University at Buffalo, she earned her doctorate with a dissertation on culturally responsive science communication, anchoring her practice in research about how technical content actually lands. She went on to host Pfizer’s Science Will Win across two seasons, taking drug discovery and oncology research to audiences a regulated pharmaceutical company could not reach through conventional channels. She has since hosted NASA’s International Space Station Research and Development Conference and taken the question of scientific misinformation to stages including Virginia Tech’s Kelly Lecture and the California Science Education Conference, where the brief is not simplification but trust. She is now Founder and CEO of Fervae, a social media management platform built specifically for working scientists, announced at Science Talk 2026. Alongside Fervae, she leads The Science Haven, a 501(c)(3) advancing STEM equity, and serves as Director of Development and Partnerships and Chair of the Ethics Consortium at the Association of Science Communicators. The recognitions track her dual reach across science and culture: Forbes 30 Under 30 in Science, Fortune 40 Under 40 in Health, the Ebony Power 100, the AAUW Woman of Distinction Award, and the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence. Her TEDx talk “You Don’t Look Like a Scientist” is her clearest single statement of why representation matters to the credibility of science itself. Key speaking topics Science communication and public trust in evidence Identity and belonging in STEM Misinformation and scientific credibility Health and biomedical communication Culturally responsive communication and education Building infrastructure for science communicators Ideal for Heads of communications, public affairs, and corporate affairs at pharma, biotech, and healthcare organisations Chief diversity officers and CHROs in science-led and technical industries University and research institution leaders responsible for public engagement and outreach Foundations and nonprofits investing in STEM education, equity, and workforce pipeline Audience outcomes A clearer view of why technical credibility and cultural credibility have to live in the same person for science to be trusted across audiences. Specific examples of how working scientists and communicators are using digital platforms to reach communities that traditional outreach has missed. A working sense of what culturally responsive science communication looks like in practice, drawn from her own research and field work. A more honest read of where institutional science communication is falling short, and what infrastructure has been missing.

Why organisations work with Ravin Jesuthasan He gives boards and executive teams an actual blueprint for moving from jobs to skills, not a slide about why it matters. The Work Without Jobs framework, developed with John Boudreau, is the reference text on the subject and is taught inside MIT Sloan and Kellogg. His day job is doing this work. As Mercer’s Global Leader of Transformation Services, he advises some of the largest employers in the world on workforce redesign, so the keynote is built on live engagements, not theory. He sits where AI, automation and human capital actually intersect. His four-step framework for applying automation to work, from Reinventing Jobs, has become a standard tool for HR and operations leaders trying to decide what to automate, what to augment, and what to leave alone. He brings institutional authority that buyers can verify. World Economic Forum Steering Committee on Work and Employment, Thinkers50 Radar, FT Book of the Month, fifteen pieces in HBR and MIT Sloan Management Review. His material is built for the CHRO and the CEO in the same room. Many future-of-work speakers pitch to one or the other. He frames the work redesign question as a board-level operating decision, which is how it now needs to be sold internally. Biography highlights Global Leader of Transformation Services at Mercer. Executive Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer of Executive Education, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Author of five books including Work Without Jobs (MIT Press, 2022) and The Skills-Powered Organization (MIT Press, 2024). Wall Street Journal bestseller; Financial Times Book of the Month, October 2024. Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2020; shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Talent Award 2023. World Economic Forum Steering Committee member on Work and Employment. Over 200 published articles, including 15 in Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review; regular Forbes contributor. CFA charterholder and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). Biography The job, as a unit of organisational architecture, is starting to look obsolete. Roles are static, skills inside them decay in months rather than years, and AI is now capable of doing chunks of work that used to define entire functions. Most large employers know this. Very few know what to replace the jobs-based model with. This is the territory Ravin Jesuthasan has spent two decades mapping. As Global Leader of Transformation Services at Mercer, he advises multinational employers on how to rebuild their workforce architecture around skills and tasks rather than fixed job descriptions. The same body of work runs through Work Without Jobs, written with John Boudreau and published by MIT Press in 2022, and its 2024 follow-up, The Skills-Powered Organization, written with Tanuj Kapilashrami and named Financial Times Book of the Month in October 2024. The institutional credentials match the intellectual claim. He sits on the World Economic Forum’s Steering Committee on Work and Employment, holds an Executive Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer appointment at the Kellogg School of Management, and was named to the Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2020 before being shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Talent Award in 2023. He has written more than 200 articles, including fifteen pieces for Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review, and contributes regularly to Forbes. For boards now being asked how AI will reshape headcount, productivity and capability, his contribution is not a forecast. It is an operating model: a structured way of deciding what work gets deconstructed, which tasks get automated or augmented, and how the organisation acquires the skills it will actually need next year, not the jobs it posted last year. Key speaking topics The skills-powered organisation Reinventing jobs through automation and AI The future of work and the work operating system Workforce transformation and human capital strategy Human-AI collaboration in the enterprise The future of the Chief People Officer role Sustainable digital transformation Ideal for CHROs and Chief People Officers rebuilding the workforce model around skills and AI. CEOs and boards making capital-level decisions on AI, automation and headcount. Transformation, operations and strategy leaders responsible for redesigning how work gets done. Executive teams preparing for skills-based talent markets and post-jobs operating models. Audience outcomes A working definition of the skills-powered organisation and how it differs from a jobs-based model. A four-step method for deciding what to automate, what to augment, and what to leave to humans. A board-ready argument for treating work design as a strategic operating decision, not an HR programme. Specific case examples from global employers already deconstructing jobs into tasks and skills.

Why organisations work with Richard Gerver He has a verifiable case study that most leadership speakers do not. Grange Primary School moved from near-failure to a nationally referenced model of learning under his leadership, recognised by the National Teaching Awards in 2005. His books are read by operating audiences, not just educators. Change: Learn to Love It, Learn to Lead It and Simple Thinking are published by Penguin and Wiley/Capstone, respectively, and held shelf positions in business charts. LinkedIn Learning commissioned him to build Smart Thinking and Developing Mental Toughness for a global business audience. The courses have reached learners at scale across multiple languages. He worked closely with Sir Ken Robinson on human potential and creativity, and is cited in Robinson’s The Element. That intellectual lineage gives his leadership works a depth most motivational speakers cannot claim. He has been named UK Business Speaker of the Year on more than one occasion, including a confirmed 2011 win cited in his University of Derby honorary doctorate commendation. Biography highlights Headteacher of Grange Primary School, Derbyshire, where he developed the “Grangeton” model and led a documented institutional turnaround. National Teaching Awards Head Teacher of the Year, 2005. Honorary Doctor of Education, University of Derby, 2016. Author of Creating Tomorrow’s Schools Today (Bloomsbury Education), Change: Learn to Love It, Learn to Lead It (Penguin) and Simple Thinking (Wiley/Capstone). LinkedIn Learning instructor: Smart Thinking and Developing Mental Toughness. Foreword by Sir Ken Robinson on his first book; later cited in Robinson’s The Element. Biography Grange Primary School was on the verge of failure when Richard Gerver took it over. Within two years, the school was being studied as a national model, with a curriculum built around a pupil-run virtual town called Grangeton. The work earned him the National Teaching Awards Head Teacher of the Year in 2005 and shaped the rest of his career. He has spent the two decades since translating that experience for business audiences. Change: Learn to Love It, Learn to Lead It, published by Penguin, argues that leaders fail at change because they manage it as a project rather than a behaviour. Simple Thinking, published by Wiley/Capstone, attacks the bureaucratic clutter that senior teams build around their own decisions. Both books found shelf space in mainstream business sections, not just education. His thinking sits in the lineage of Sir Ken Robinson, who wrote the foreword to his first book and cited him in The Element. He has worked with UNESCO, the British Council, Skanska and the Welsh Government, and was commissioned by LinkedIn Learning to build two courses, Smart Thinking and Developing Mental Toughness, that have reached a global business audience. The University of Derby awarded him an Honorary Doctor of Education in 2016, citing his ability to humanise complex organisational issues through a leadership philosophy built on communication, empowerment and impact. He has been named UK Business Speaker of the Year on more than one occasion. Key speaking topics Human leadership and behaviour change Organisational transformation Resilience and mental toughness Curiosity, creativity and innovation Future skills and human potential Change management Executive development Ideal for CEOs and executive teams are asking why a recent transformation programme has stalled CHROs and L&D directors rebuilding leadership development for a fatigued workforce Senior leaders preparing a workforce for restructure, integration, or operating-model change Boards looking for an outside voice on the human side of strategic execution Audience outcomes A sharper view of why most change programmes fail at the leader’s own behaviour, not at the strategy Specific tools for stripping complexity out of decisions and communication Confidence that resilience and mental toughness can be built deliberately, with examples from sport and education A reframing of curiosity as an organisational capability, not a personal trait Renewed clarity on what senior leaders should personally commit to during a period of change

Why organisations work with Richard Sennett A longitudinal sociological lens almost no other living speaker offers. Five decades on the same questions about what work does to people, running from The Hidden Injuries of Class (1972) through The Corrosion of Character (1998) to Building and Dwelling (2018). Reframes employee engagement as a question of craft. The Craftsman (2008) advanced the thesis that “making is thinking” and treats the desire to do a job well for its own sake as a workplace asset organisations either nurture or destroy. A serious framework for cooperation as a workplace skill. Together (2012) argues that cooperation is a craft learned through structured practice, and shows why short-term teams and constant reorganisation erode the conditions that make it possible. Direct involvement in shaping how cities and labour are governed. Sennett wrote the mission statement for UN Habitat III, helped organise COP26 work on cities and climate, and chaired the LSE Cities programme. Credentials at a level few corporate speakers reach: the Hegel Prize, the Spinoza Prize, the Centennial Medal from Harvard, an OBE for services to design and Fellowship of the British Academy. Biography highlights Centennial Professor of Sociology at the London School of Economics; former University Professor of the Humanities at New York University. Author of The Hidden Injuries of Class, The Fall of Public Man, The Corrosion of Character, The Craftsman, Together, Building and Dwelling and The Performer. Founding director of the New York Institute for the Humanities (with Susan Sontag and Joseph Brodsky); former President of the American Council on Work; founder and chair of Theatrum Mundi. Senior Advisor to the United Nations Council on Urban Initiatives; wrote the mission statement for UN Habitat III; helped organise COP26 work on cities and climate. OBE for services to design (2018); Fellow of the British Academy; Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature; recipient of the Hegel Prize, the Spinoza Prize and the Centennial Medal from Harvard. Senior Fellow at the Center on Capitalism and Society, Columbia University; Honorary Professor at UCL’s Bartlett School of Architecture and Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose. Biography The promise of flexible capitalism was that workers would gain real control of their own time and direction. The Corrosion of Character, published in 1998, showed in granular ethnographic detail what actually happened to dismissed IBM executives, Boston bakers and a barmaid turned advertising executive. The book established a thesis that has only sharpened with time: an economy built around “no long-term” produces people who struggle to sustain identity and craft over a working life. That argument matured over two decades into a trilogy on what Sennett calls Homo Faber, or “man the maker.” The Craftsman (2008) advanced a single thesis: making is thinking. It treated the desire to do a job well for its own sake as a workplace capacity organisations either nurture or destroy. Together (2012) extended the argument into the social. Cooperation is a craft, Sennett argued, learned through structured practice and degraded by short-term teams and constant reorganisation. Building and Dwelling (2018) carried the same lens into urbanism, distinguishing the ville (the built city) from the cité (how people actually live in it). Sennett’s intellectual lineage runs directly through David Riesman, John Rawls and Hannah Arendt at Harvard, where he took his PhD in 1969. Few living sociologists carry that depth of connection to the most serious thought of the twentieth century into corporate and policy conversations of the present. In 2024 he published The Performer: Art, Life, Politics, the opening volume of a new trilogy on performance, narration and image-making. Key speaking topics The future of work in flexible capitalism Craftsmanship and the conditions for good work Cooperation as a workplace skill Character and the personal consequences of “no long-term” employment Urbanism and the ethical city Public culture and authority in modern organisations Ideal for CHROs and senior people leaders moving past trend diagnostics into the deeper drivers of engagement and workforce design. Executive teams contending with the cultural costs of reorganisation, short-term teams and high turnover. Boards, CEOs and strategy leaders commissioning long-horizon work on the human foundations of organisational change. City leaders, urbanists and real-estate strategists working on the ethics and design of public space. Audience outcomes A vocabulary for what short-termism and perpetual reorganisation actually do to character and craft inside organisations. The “making is thinking” framework, which puts employee skill and the conditions for good work at the centre of strategic conversation. Cooperation reframed as a workplace craft, built through specific practices and degraded by structures many organisations now treat as normal. The ville/cité distinction as a tool for thinking about the human and built dimensions of any large environment, from offices to city districts. A historical lens on flexible capitalism that sets present-day workforce challenges in their actual fifty-year arc.

Why organisations work with Robert B Tucker He has spent four decades inside the innovation practice of large companies, with named research underpinning each book: 50+ innovator interviews behind Winning the Innovation Game, 23 vanguard companies behind Driving Growth Through Innovation. His Forbes column and his international bestseller Managing the Future give him an unusually wide read on what is actually shifting in markets, technology and customer behaviour, not what is trending in the innovation press. He brings named frameworks the room can use afterwards: the seven I-Skills, the D.I.T.O. method, the seven navigational mindsets. Each maps to a specific leadership decision. His client work spans Nokia, IBM, American Express, Nestle and the economic development ministries of Singapore, Dubai and Morocco, so he speaks to commercial and public-sector audiences with equal grounding. He treats innovation as a portfolio and capability question, not a creativity exhortation, which is what senior leaders need when the board is asking why pilots are not producing returns. Biography highlights President of The Innovation Resource, Santa Barbara; consultant and keynote speaker since 1986. Former adjunct professor, UCLA. Author of Managing the Future: 10 Driving Forces of Change (international bestseller, translated into 13 languages, endorsed by Andy Grove of Intel), Driving Growth Through Innovation, Innovation Is Everybody’s Business (John Wiley), Winning the Innovation Game, and Build a Better Future: 7 Mindsets for Navigating the Age of Acceleration. Forbes contributor on innovation trends; published in Strategy & Leadership, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Journal of Business Strategy, Harvard Management Update. Recipient of the BrandLaureate Brand Personality Award from the Asia Pacific Brands Foundation for contributions to innovation. Featured on PBS, Bloomberg and CNBC’s The Business of Innovation series. Biography Innovation as a corporate function is now mature; innovation as a corporate discipline often is not. Robert B Tucker has spent forty years documenting the difference. His first book, Winning the Innovation Game, was built on interviews with more than fifty leading innovators in 1986, before innovation had a department or a budget line. The argument then, and now, is that companies which produce repeatable growth treat innovation as an operating practice, not a posture. That argument runs through his later work. Driving Growth Through Innovation studied 23 vanguard companies and isolated the practices that separated them from peers who talked the same language but produced different results. Innovation Is Everybody’s Business, published by John Wiley, sets out the seven I-Skills he sees as the practical competence behind those practices. Managing the Future, an international bestseller endorsed by Intel’s Andy Grove and translated into thirteen languages, broadened the lens to the macro forces leadership teams have to read. His most recent book, Build a Better Future, addresses what he calls the Age of Acceleration: a period in which climatological, geopolitical, technological and social shifts compound faster than most planning cycles can absorb. The book introduces the D.I.T.O. framework and seven navigational mindsets aimed at senior leaders deciding where to place capital, talent and attention. Tucker is president of The Innovation Resource in Santa Barbara, a former UCLA adjunct professor, and a Forbes contributor on innovation trends. His client work, from IBM, Nokia, American Express and Nestle to the economic development ministries of Singapore, Dubai and Morocco, gives him a working brief on what innovation discipline looks like when the operating reality is complex and the upside is contested. Key speaking topics Innovation as a managed discipline Strategic foresight and the Age of Acceleration Driving growth through innovation portfolios Innovation skills for individual contributors and leaders The seven navigational mindsets for senior leaders Future trends and market disruption Building a culture that produces innovation outcomes Ideal for CEOs, CSOs and corporate strategy teams wrestling with where the next growth wave actually comes from Heads of innovation, R&D and transformation responsible for converting pilots into operating advantage Boards and senior leadership teams setting long-range direction under accelerating change Public-sector and economic development leaders shaping national or regional innovation agendas Audience outcomes A clearer view of which innovation practices separate vanguard companies from peers that talk the same language A named framework, the seven I-Skills, that maps innovation behaviour to individual and team capability The D.I.T.O. method and the seven navigational mindsets as a working reference for senior decisions under acceleration A read on the macro forces that change the assumptions underneath strategy, capital allocation and talent A more honest internal conversation about which innovation activity is producing returns and which is theatre

Why organisations work with Sandra Navidi She wrote the book on how the financial elite actually operates. SuperHubs maps the people, institutions and personal networks that move capital and policy, and gives a board a working model of where systemic risk concentrates rather than a list of headlines. She is a member of Columbia University’s Center on Capitalism and Society, founded by Nobel laureate Edmund Phelps, which gives her line of sight to academic research on capitalism, innovation and inequality alongside her practitioner work. Her second book, Future IQ, treats AI as a workforce and strategy question, not a technology demo. That makes her unusually well placed to take a board through the macro and the AI conversation in a single session. Bilingual delivery in English and German, paired with two decades of n-tv commentary, gives DACH and transatlantic audiences a speaker who works natively in both regulatory and cultural contexts. A licensed attorney in New York and Germany with prior roles in investment banking, fund counsel work and macro advisory at Roubini Global Economics. The credential stack maps directly to the rooms she is asked to speak in. Biography highlights Founder and CEO of BeyondGlobal, a New York-based strategic advisory firm. Author of SuperHubs, a Bloomberg Best Book of the Year and 2018 Axiom Business Book Awards Silver Medal winner. Author of Future IQ: Your Success Strategies in the Age of Artificial Intelligence and Die DNA der USA: Wie tickt Amerika. Member of the Center on Capitalism and Society, Columbia University. LinkedIn Top Voice (Executive Blue Badge) and long-standing n-tv (RTL) expert commentator on business and politics. Co-host of the Biz and Beyond podcast with Ulrich Reitz, interviewing senior decision-makers and international experts. Biography The 2008 financial crisis exposed something most risk frameworks had missed. The shocks did not travel through markets in the abstract; they travelled through a small, interlocking network of bankers, regulators, central bankers and policy figures who knew each other personally. SuperHubs, written with a foreword by Nouriel Roubini, is the book that mapped that network and named it. It was selected as a Bloomberg Best Book of the Year and won a Silver Medal in the 2018 Axiom Business Book Awards. Sandra Navidi spent the years before that book inside the rooms she went on to describe. She worked as an investment banker, as general counsel at Muzinich and Co., as a Deloitte consultant, and then as a director of research strategies at Roubini Global Economics, where she briefed clients on macroeconomic and geopolitical risk. She is admitted to the bar in New York and Germany, holds an LL.M. in banking, corporate and finance law from Fordham, and is a member of Columbia University’s Center on Capitalism and Society, founded by Nobel laureate Edmund Phelps. Her second book, Future IQ, takes the same network thinking into the AI conversation. It treats AI as a workforce and capital-allocation problem, not a technology demonstration, and asks how individuals, organisations and economies stay relevant when machine intelligence absorbs more of the cognitive work. It is the bridge between her macro authority and the questions boards are now being asked by their own people. Through BeyondGlobal she advises corporates, financial institutions and ultra-high-net-worth clients; through n-tv (RTL) and the Biz and Beyond podcast she keeps a working line into German and European business audiences. The result is a speaker who can move between Washington-style macro analysis, frankfurt-style risk culture and a Silicon Valley AI brief inside the same keynote, in either English or German. Key speaking topics Systemic risk and the architecture of global finance Geopolitics, sanctions and transatlantic exposure AI as a strategy and workforce question Macroeconomic volatility and capital allocation Future-proofing leadership and human capital US political and economic intelligence for European boards Ideal for Boards and executive committees of banks, asset managers and insurers CEOs, CFOs and CROs in globally exposed corporates Family offices and private wealth platforms with cross-border allocation decisions DACH and transatlantic leadership audiences requiring bilingual delivery Audience outcomes A working mental model of where systemic risk concentrates in the global financial system, named by institution and actor. A clearer read on how geopolitical fracture, sanctions and US policy shifts reach their own balance sheet. A practitioner view of AI as a capital and workforce question, not a tooling debate. A briefing on what US business and political dynamics mean for European strategy in the next cycle.

Why organisations work with Shil Shanghavi His methodology has been stress-tested against the hardest possible conditions. Shanghavi manages a severe stutter and has built his entire framework from the requirement to communicate fluently under pressure. When he teaches communication, there is no abstraction – the techniques work because they had to. He turns a soft skill into a data problem. The SpeakerLab AI platform he developed measures pace, structure, eye contact, jargon, repetition, and narrative flow, giving organisations a means to track communication development in the same way they would any other performance metric. The music-based delivery technique is genuinely novel. His method of using musical time signatures and rhythm to manage presence, pacing, and fluency is not borrowed from conventional coaching. It is proprietary, demonstrably effective, and unmatched by other communication speakers in the market. His coaching background shapes the quality of practical output. As Head of Speaker Coaching for TEDxPerth, he works with speakers whose performance is publicly scrutinised against one of the most demanding spoken-word formats in the world. That standard transfers to boardroom and conference work. Cross-cultural reach is operationally demonstrated. He has delivered keynotes and workshops to audiences across more than 70 countries, which means his frameworks have been tested for cultural transference, not just constructed for a single market. Biography highlights Head of Speaker Coaching at TEDxPerth and presentation mentor for IMPACT 100 WA Creator of SpeakerLab, an AI-powered platform that measures and analyses communication performance Author of Broken Words (2026), a memoir on fluency and communication built around speaking engagements in nineteen cities Subject of SHIL, an award-winning short film documentary (2021) chronicling his communication journey LinkedIn Top Voice for Public Speaking Has delivered keynotes and workshops to audiences across more than 70 countries Developed a proprietary communication technique using musical time signatures to manage fluency and stage presence Biography The most persistent failure in leadership development is not a shortage of smart people. It is a shortage of leaders who can make their thinking land. Communication breakdowns are rarely about content; they are about trust, presence, and the ability to make an audience believe that the person speaking has actually lived what they are saying. That problem sits at the centre of Shil Shanghavi’s work. Shanghavi built his communication framework from necessity. Managing a severe stutter since childhood, he developed a proprietary technique rooted in musical time signatures: using rhythm, pace, and structure drawn from progressive house music to achieve fluency and presence on stage. What began as a personal survival mechanism became a coaching methodology, tested over decades of practice and sharpened in his role as Head of Speaker Coaching for TEDxPerth, one of the most demanding public speaking environments in the world. His contribution to the field extends beyond technique. Shanghavi developed SpeakerLab, an AI platform that analyses communication performance across dimensions including eye contact, pacing, structure, jargon, and narrative coherence – translating what most coaches treat as intuition into measurable, actionable data. For organisations that have tried conventional presentation training and found it evaporates within weeks, the ability to quantify progress changes what improvement looks like in practice. His work spans more than 70 countries, with clients that include senior executives, leadership teams, and TEDx speakers preparing for high-scrutiny stages. He is a LinkedIn Top Voice for Public Speaking and the subject of SHIL, a 2021 documentary tracing his path from communication fear to the global stage. His 2026 memoir, Broken Words: Finding Fluency as a Global Speaker Who Stutters, follows nineteen speaking engagements from Nairobi to Singapore and puts the mechanism on the page: the breathing patterns behind a fluent keynote, and the days the speech system collapses in front of a paying audience. Key speaking topics Storytelling as a leadership and trust-building discipline Communication under pressure and high-stakes environments AI and measurement in communication development Executive presence and authentic leadership communication Building organisational culture through narrative Cross-cultural communication and global audiences Overcoming communication fear and building confidence Ideal for CHROs and L&D leads commissioning leadership communication programmes Senior executive and C-suite teams preparing for high-visibility engagements Conference organisers seeking a keynote that combines personal narrative with practical communication frameworks Organisations embedding authenticity and trust as cultural values at senior level Audience outcomes A practical framework for structuring stories in professional contexts – pitches, presentations, and leadership communications Familiarity with the SpeakerLab AI approach to measuring and improving communication performance Techniques for managing pressure, presence, and fluency in front of audiences of varying sizes and seniority A reframed understanding of authenticity as a practical communication tool, not a personality trait Confidence in applying storytelling principles to business communication across digital and in-person formats
