Why organisations work with Amy Cappellanti-Wolf She has held the CHRO seat at Dayforce, Cohesity, Symantec and Silver Spring Networks, including taking Silver Spring Networks public on the NYSE in 2013. Her HR career runs from Frito-Lay and The Walt Disney Company through Sun Microsystems and Cisco, so she can speak credibly to consumer, entertainment and enterprise tech leadership teams in their own language. At Dayforce she runs people strategy at an HR technology vendor and acts as “Customer Zero” for the company’s AI-powered HR releases, which gives her an unusually concrete view of where AI lands in real HR operations. She works at board and committee level on talent and rewards, currently as Compensation Committee Chair at Softchoice and as a director or advisor at D-Wave Quantum, Betterworks and Wellist. Recognised externally on people and tech leadership: National Diversity Council Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology, Silicon Valley Business Journal Women of Influence, and the Forbes Human Resources Council. Biography highlights EVP and Chief People Officer, Dayforce, since April 2024. Former CHRO at Cohesity, Symantec and Silver Spring Networks; led people strategy through Silver Spring Networks’ 2013 IPO. Earlier senior HR roles at Cisco Systems (2001 to 2009), Sun Microsystems, The Walt Disney Company and Frito-Lay (PepsiCo). Compensation Committee Chair at Softchoice (TSX: SFTC); board and advisory roles at D-Wave Quantum, Betterworks and Wellist. Forbes Human Resources Council member since 2018; National Diversity Council Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology. Inducted into the Roll of Distinguished Alumni, WVU’s John Chambers College of Business and Economics, in 2019. Biography Few CHROs have stood in the room for a Cisco-era leadership build, a Disney creative organisation, a Symantec security business and a Silver Spring Networks IPO. Amy Cappellanti-Wolf has. That cross-section is what gives her practical authority on what culture and talent actually take when a company changes shape. Her current seat sharpens the point. As EVP and Chief People Officer at Dayforce, she runs people strategy inside an HR technology vendor and uses Dayforce’s own platform as “Customer Zero” for AI-powered HR releases. That gives her a working view of where AI lands in payroll, performance and workforce planning, not as a forecast but as a live deployment. Boards use her where rewards, governance and people risk meet. She chairs the Compensation Committee at Softchoice, sits on the board at D-Wave Quantum, and advises Betterworks and Wellist. Her recognition track record, Forbes HR Council, the National Diversity Council Top 50 in Technology, Silicon Valley Business Journal Women of Influence, sits alongside the operating record, not in place of it. For senior buyers, the practical value is specific. She can talk credibly to a CHRO planning an IPO, a CEO integrating an acquisition, an HR team rebuilding engagement after a restructure, or a board asking what AI in HR really changes. The answers come from having done it, not from observing it. Key speaking topics People strategy through IPO, M&A and divestiture AI in HR and the future of the people function High-performance culture in scaling tech companies Diversity, equity and inclusion as an operating discipline Leadership and talent for enterprise transformation The CHRO as a board-level voice on people risk Ideal for CHROs and senior HR leaders preparing for IPO, M&A or large-scale restructure CEOs and boards weighing the people implications of AI deployment in core operations Compensation and talent committees considering rewards, succession and culture risk Technology, consumer and entertainment leadership teams running concurrent transformations Audience outcomes A clear sense of how to sequence people priorities through IPO, integration and restructure A practical view of where AI changes HR operations now, drawn from a live enterprise deployment Sharper questions for boards and executive teams on culture, rewards and talent risk Concrete language for inclusion outcomes that survive a politically contested environment

Why organisations work with Andrea Loreni He is the only Italian tightrope walker specialised in high-altitude urban crossings. The lived authority is unusual in a leadership-keynote market saturated with frameworks. He set Italy’s record for the highest city tightrope walk in May 2023, crossing 205 metres at 140 metres altitude between Milan’s Bosco Verticale and the UniCredit Tower. Senior audiences recognise the difference between a story and a verifiable feat. His material is built on a degree in Theoretical Philosophy and Zen training under Shodo Harada Roshi at the Sogen-Ji monastery in Okayama. The intellectual scaffolding is real, not decorative. He works the specific tension between fear and decision quality, which sits at the centre of senior leadership but is rarely addressed with credibility outside therapeutic or sports-psychology framings. He is published in Italian on the discipline, with two books from Funambolo Edizioni, and has spoken at TED, universities, banks and multinationals. Biography highlights The only Italian tightrope walker specialised in high-altitude crossings, performing since 2006 across Italy, Switzerland, Serbia, Israel, Thailand and Japan. Set Italy’s record for the highest urban tightrope walk in May 2023, between Milan’s Bosco Verticale and the UniCredit Tower (covered by CNN). Set an earlier Italian record in 2011 at Pennabilli, 250 metres at 90 metres altitude. Degree in Theoretical Philosophy; Zen meditation deepened at Sogen-Ji monastery in Okayama, Japan, under Shodo Harada Roshi. Author of “Zen e funambolismo” (2019) and “Breve corso di funambolismo per chi cammina col vento” (2020). TED speaker; collaborates with Giulia Schiavone (University of Milan-Bicocca) on tightrope walking as a discipline of personal transformation. Biography In May 2023, a man walked 205 metres of cable strung 140 metres above central Milan, between the Bosco Verticale and the UniCredit Tower. It was Italy’s highest ever urban tightrope walk. CNN covered it. The walker was Andrea Loreni, the only Italian funambulist who specialises in high-altitude crossings. What makes him useful to corporate audiences is not the spectacle. It is what he has had to learn to make the spectacle survivable. Loreni has a degree in Theoretical Philosophy and trained in Zen meditation at the Sogen-Ji monastery in Okayama, Japan, under Shodo Harada Roshi. His working material is the relationship between fear, attention and decision quality at the moment of action. He has performed cable crossings since 2006, in Turin, Bologna, Rome, Venice, Florence, Genoa, Brescia and Trieste, and abroad in Switzerland, Serbia, Israel, Thailand and Japan. He is also the author of two books on the discipline, published in Italian: “Zen e funambolismo” (2019) and “Breve corso di funambolismo per chi cammina col vento” (2020). With Giulia Schiavone of the University of Milan-Bicocca, he researches the tightrope as a vehicle for transformation, not only performance. The keynote sits at a precise point. Senior leaders are asked to act with composure under conditions where the cost of error is high and personal. Loreni does that for a living, on a 20mm rope above a city, and he has the philosophical training to articulate what makes it work. Key speaking topics Composure and decision-making under extreme pressure Fear, risk and acceptance Zen practice applied to performance Managing imbalance and change Attention and presence in high-stakes moments Personal transformation through discipline Ideal for Senior leadership offsites and executive team gatherings where the agenda includes pressure, composure and decision quality Sales and trading floor audiences accustomed to live decision risk Annual conferences seeking a substantive keynote with lived authority rather than business-school content Leadership development programmes for newly senior leaders Audience outcomes A vivid, credible reframe of fear as something to live with rather than defeat Specific Zen-rooted attentional practice connected to high-stakes performance A new vocabulary for talking about composure, balance and risk in leadership settings A memorable shared reference point that surfaces in subsequent leadership conversations

Why organisations work with Andreas Kuffner He has lived the precise problem most leadership teams describe in abstract terms: eight people, one boat, no room for individual heroics, sixteen years of preparation collapsing or holding in a six-minute window. That is the case he draws on, not a metaphor for it. He pairs that experience with a formal systemic coaching practice (ECA-certified) and a master’s in business engineering, so the language he uses with executives is operational, not inspirational. He works inside corporate change programmes at Allianz, Bayer, Daimler, Deutsche Bank, Lufthansa, Nestle and PwC, advising on team coherence and resilience rather than delivering one-off motivational sets. His framing of resilience is specific: coherence between meaning, self-efficacy and belonging, sustained when results stop confirming the strategy. That is a working model leaders can act on, not a slogan. Biography highlights Olympic gold medallist, men’s eight, London 2012, ending a 24-year German drought in the event Olympic silver medallist, men’s eight, Rio 2016 World champion, men’s eight, Bled 2011; European champion 2014 Recipient of the Silbernes Lorbeerblatt, Germany’s highest sporting honour, awarded twice Certified systemic personal and business coach (European Coaching Association) Master’s degree in business engineering, completed while competing at elite level Advises corporate clients including Allianz, Bayer, Daimler, Deutsche Bank, Lufthansa, Nestle and PwC Biography The German eight had not won Olympic gold for 24 years before the crew Kuffner rowed in took the title in London in 2012. Four years later, the same boat took silver in Rio. The interesting fact is not the medal count. It is what an eight-person crew has to do, technically and psychologically, to put six minutes of synchronised output on the water when one micro-deviation ends the race. That problem is closer to what senior leadership teams face than the usual sports-keynote framing suggests. Coherence under pressure is a measurable thing, not a mood. It can be designed, rehearsed and rebuilt when it breaks. Kuffner spent 16 years inside that discipline at the highest level, and he now works with corporate teams on the same mechanics. His credentials outside the boat matter for that reason. A master’s degree in business engineering, completed alongside Olympic training. Certification as a systemic personal and business coach through the European Coaching Association. Active consulting work with Allianz, Bayer, Daimler, Deutsche Bank, Lufthansa, Nestle and PwC on team development, change and resilience. The vocabulary is operational, and the engagements run beyond the stage. What he offers a leadership team is a working language for performance that does not collapse the first time results turn against the strategy. Resilience as a structural property of how a team is held together, not a personal virtue. That is the conversation a boardroom needs when the next quarter looks harder than the last. Key speaking topics Resilience and team coherence under sustained pressure High-performance team development Leadership through change and setback Composure and decision-making in elite environments Building trust and collective discipline in senior teams Corporate culture and value creation Ideal for Executive committees and senior leadership teams navigating restructure or sustained performance pressure CHROs and people leaders rebuilding team trust after acquisition, reorganisation or repeated change cycles Boards and operating committees seeking a working model of team coherence rather than a motivational input Audience outcomes A specific working model of team coherence drawn from elite rowing and applied to corporate operating teams A clearer view of resilience as a structural condition of the team, not a personality trait of its members Concrete language for how meaning, self-efficacy and belonging hold performance together when results turn A frame for distinguishing motivation from discipline in how leaders respond to setbacks

Why organisations work with Andreas Welsch Two decades inside SAP, including a vice president role connected to its Global AI Center of Excellence, give him a working knowledge of enterprise AI at the scale Fortune 500 boards actually operate. His AI Leadership Handbook is built on 60+ named interviews with AI leaders and offers a practitioner framework rather than commentary on the market. The 9 Steps to Successful AI Projects gives leadership teams a sequence to challenge stalled programmes against, covering ownership, strategy alignment, cross-functional delivery and governance. His What’s the BUZZ? podcast, running since 2021 with hundreds of AI executives, keeps his material grounded in what is currently working inside enterprises, not what was true 18 months ago. Named LinkedIn Top Voice, Thinkers360 Top 10 in AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI, and DataIQ Data & AI Leader of the Year Finalist 2025, which signals he is taken seriously by the audiences that book him. Biography highlights Founder and Chief AI Strategist, Intelligence Briefing Former Vice President at SAP, with leadership roles connected to its Global AI Center of Excellence and Business AI go-to-market function Author of AI Leadership Handbook and The HUMAN Agentic AI Edge Host of What’s the BUZZ? AI in Business podcast since 2021 Adjunct Professor at West Chester University of Pennsylvania; Editorial Board member, Journal of AI, Robotics, and Workplace Automation LinkedIn Top Voice; Thinkers360 Top 10 in AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI; DataIQ Data & AI Leader of the Year Finalist 2025; PEX Network Top 30 AI Leader 2025 Biography Enterprise AI has moved past the question of whether to invest. The harder question now is why most programmes never leave pilot. Welsch’s work answers it from the operator’s seat. Over two decades at SAP, including a vice president role connected to its Global AI Center of Excellence, he watched Fortune 500 organisations buy capability and fail to convert it into operating advantage. That experience is the substrate of the AI Leadership Handbook, his best-selling book drawn from 60+ interviews with AI leaders. The book sets out a practitioner sequence, The 9 Steps to Successful AI Projects, that leadership teams use to challenge stalled programmes against ownership, strategy alignment, cross-functional delivery and governance. Through Intelligence Briefing, the advisory he founded after SAP, Welsch now works with senior teams on agentic AI specifically: where autonomous systems sit on the org chart, how accountability survives when decisions are delegated to machines, and what workforce design looks like when AI agents are colleagues rather than tools. His second book, The HUMAN Agentic AI Edge, makes that argument in book form. His What’s the BUZZ? podcast, running since 2021, keeps the material fresh by putting him in regular conversation with named AI leaders inside Accenture, IBM, NVIDIA, PwC, SAP and Siemens. Thinkers360 ranks him in their top 10 globally on AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI; DataIQ named him a Data & AI Leader of the Year finalist in 2025. Key speaking topics Enterprise AI strategy and operating advantage Agentic AI and autonomous systems in the enterprise AI governance and responsible adoption Generative AI for business outcomes Workforce design for the AI-ready organisation AI leadership and executive readiness Change management for AI programmes Ideal for Boards, CEOs and executive committees commissioning enterprise-wide AI strategy CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and Chief AI Officers responsible for moving AI from pilot to operating model CHROs and people leaders redesigning roles around AI capability Industry conferences and leadership summits in technology, financial services, manufacturing and professional services Audience outcomes A sharper read on why most enterprise AI programmes stall and what changes when they do not Familiarity with The 9 Steps to Successful AI Projects as a diagnostic for their own programme A working position on agentic AI: where it belongs in the operating model and where it does not Specific governance questions to take back to the board on accountability, data privacy and risk A view of what other Fortune 500 AI leaders are actually doing now, from Welsch’s podcast research

Why organisations work with Andrew Bannon The Self-Developer philosophy is structurally unavailable elsewhere in English: Bannon holds sole authorisation from its creator, Jens Corssen, making this engagement genuinely exclusive rather than merely differentiated from comparable self-leadership speakers. He addresses the specific failure point that most leadership development misses – the gap between insight and habitual behaviour – using a named, four-tool framework that leaders can apply immediately and return to independently. His delivery in both English and German makes him one of very few speakers able to bring rigorous self-leadership content consistently to DACH and internationally operating European organisations without dilution across language boundaries. His position on the CAS Senior Management Programme at the University of St. Gallen signals that the methodology meets the expectations of senior executive audiences – not a motivation seminar, but a substantive leadership development intervention. Engagements leave teams with a shared internal language – the four Self-Developer tools – which makes individual behavioural development operational at team and leadership cohort level. Biography highlights Sole globally authorised trainer to teach Jens Corssen’s Self-Developer philosophy; holds personal certification from Corssen active since 2013 Lecturer on the CAS Senior Management Programme, University of St. Gallen (Institute of Business Administration, IFB-HSG) MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, Henley Business School / University of Reading BA in Economics, University of Surrey Corporate delivery for Siemens, Bosch, Hilti, Lufthansa, Roche, and Lilly Adapted and performed the English-language audiobook The Way of the Self-Developer (co-credited with Jens Corssen, ISBN 9783000435706) Delivers in English and German; Munich-based for over two decades Biography Leadership performance rarely breaks down because leaders lack knowledge. Under sustained pressure – restructuring, fast-paced change, complex stakeholder demands – it breaks down because default behaviour takes over. Reactive patterns replace intentional ones. Avoidance displaces accountability. The Self-Developer philosophy, developed by German psychologist Jens Corssen, was built to address exactly this: a structured four-tool framework for interrupting automatic behaviour and restoring conscious choice. Andrew Bannon is the only trainer globally authorised by Corssen to teach this methodology in English. Since 2013, he has delivered the Self-Developer philosophy to management teams and executive cohorts across Europe – at organisations including Siemens, Bosch, Hilti, Lufthansa, Roche, and Lilly – and as a module lecturer on the CAS Senior Management Programme at the University of St. Gallen. His academic grounding combines economics at the University of Surrey with an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. The four tools – Self-Awareness, Self-Responsibility, Self-Confidence, and Self-Conquest – give leaders a repeatable internal framework rather than a motivational prompt. Bannon’s specific contribution is making this framework operational for international audiences: he delivers in English and German, brings two decades of experience embedded in German-speaking corporate culture, and adapted the methodology for English-speaking audiences in the audiobook The Way of the Self-Developer, co-credited with Corssen. The methodology has been tested across both open executive education at the University of St. Gallen and deep corporate programmes with global organisations – evidence that it holds across seniority, sector, and language. For leadership cohorts navigating high-pressure periods of change, the Self-Developer tools give behavioural development real operational traction. Key speaking topics Self-leadership and behavioural change The Self-Developer philosophy and four-tool framework Personal accountability in leadership Mindset and inner dialogue under pressure Resilience and self-management Intercultural leadership in European and DACH contexts Growth mindset in organisations Ideal for Senior leaders and C-suite executives navigating organisational change or cultural transformation Leadership development programme participants at upper-management and executive level CHROs and L&D leads seeking behavioural change frameworks that operate across language and cultural contexts Executive education audiences in DACH-region and internationally operating European organisations Audience outcomes A shared language for self-leadership: the four Self-Developer tools (Self-Awareness, Self-Responsibility, Self-Confidence, Self-Conquest) Practical ability to distinguish between objective circumstance and subjective interpretation when under pressure Methods for interrupting reactive behavioural patterns and replacing them with conscious, intentional choice Clearer understanding of how avoidance and procrastination erode leadership confidence over time A repeatable inner framework that supports sustained performance during periods of change and uncertainty

Why organisations work with Andrew Bryant He authored the McGraw-Hill book that defined self-leadership for a generation of corporate practitioners, and his research has been cited in more than 200 academic papers and dissertations. His 2026 Wiley book Potential-ize introduces the IGNITE Framework, a six-element model for leaders who need to combine human judgement with AI capability rather than be displaced by it. He has coached senior leaders inside Singapore Airlines, Microsoft, SAP, Deutsche Bank, and Nokia, so the work is tested against real operating pressure, not a coaching practice that lives only in workshops. He carries the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the Professional Speakers Association of Australia and has chaired the speaker associations of both Singapore and Spain, which means executional reliability on stage is a known quantity. The President of Singapore has formally recognised his work twice, in 2018 and 2020, for self-leadership programmes that produced measurable outcomes with disadvantaged teenagers and women leaders. Biography highlights Founder of Self Leadership International, established 1999, with clients in over 40 countries. Co-author of Self-Leadership (McGraw-Hill, 2012) with Dr. Ana Lucia Kazan, a defining text in the field. Author of five books, including The New Leadership Playbook (2022) and Potential-ize: How Leaders Unlock Human Potential in the Age of AI (Wiley, 2026). Certified Speaking Professional, Professional Speakers Association of Australia, 2009. Past President of Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (2015 to 2016) and Professional Speakers Association Spain (2021 to 2023). Acknowledged twice by the President of Singapore, in 2018 and 2020, for community leadership programmes. Biography Self-leadership is the practice of intentionally influencing your own thinking, feeling and actions toward a defined objective. That definition, written by Andrew Bryant and Dr. Ana Lucia Kazan in their 2012 McGraw-Hill book, is now cited in more than 200 academic papers. It is also the operating idea behind a coaching and keynote practice that has run for more than twenty-five years. The argument is simple. Leaders who cannot regulate their own attention, energy and reactions cannot reliably lead anyone else through change. Bryant founded Self Leadership International in 1999 and built the methodology out of work with named global organisations, including Singapore Airlines, Microsoft, SAP, Deutsche Bank and Nokia. He came to the work as a physiotherapist to elite athletes, which is where the interest in performance under pressure began. The 2022 follow-up book, The New Leadership Playbook, translated the underlying research into twelve concrete leadership conversations that teams actually need to have. His 2026 Wiley book, Potential-ize: How Leaders Unlock Human Potential in the Age of AI, extends the work into the live boardroom question. The IGNITE Framework, six elements covering Inspire, Guide, Nurture, Integrate, Transform and Evaluate, is built for leaders who need to combine human judgement with AI capability without losing either. It is the same intellectual line, applied to the workforce conversation that buyers are having now. That upstream logic also anchors his work on workplace mental health: building the self-regulation that prevents burnout, rather than paying for wellness programmes after the damage is done. Bryant carries the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the Professional Speakers Association of Australia and has chaired the speaker associations of both Singapore and Spain. The President of Singapore acknowledged his community work formally in 2018 and again in 2020. The credentials are useful as proof of seriousness, but the more practical point for a buyer is that he is one of the very few speakers who can credibly claim to have shaped the leadership category he speaks on. Key speaking topics Self-leadership Leadership in the age of AI Executive presence and personal effectiveness Workplace mental health and resilience Psychological safety and high-performing teams Leading change and restructure Human potential and talent development Ideal for CEO, COO and senior leadership teams under pressure to deliver during restructure or AI adoption. CHROs and Heads of Leadership Development building self-leadership capability across mid and senior cohorts. Boards and executive committees commissioning offsites on resilience, composure and decision quality. Audience outcomes A working definition of self-leadership that leaders can apply to their own behaviour the next day, not just discuss in the abstract. The IGNITE Framework as a structured way to think about unlocking team potential alongside AI capability rather than against it. A direct view of how composure under pressure compounds into team performance and retention. Specific leadership conversations, drawn from the twelve plays in The New Leadership Playbook, that managers can run with their own teams. Named tools from Bryant’s Self-Leadership Resilience Stack, including the Evening Review and the View from Above, for regulating pressure before it compounds into burnout.

Why organisations work with Andrew Grant His central argument – that the organisational push to innovate faster actively undermines the creative capacity required for innovation – inverts the standard case most leadership teams are making internally, and is backed by three decades of research across more than 40 cultures. The Innovation Climate Indicator (iCLi) and Dynamic Polar Positioning (DPoP) tool give leadership teams validated instruments to assess their actual innovation readiness – scored diagnostic outputs, not a conceptual model to discuss. His books draw on the concept of “creativogenic cultures” – the specific conditions under which creativity can survive organisational pressure – giving the cultural argument cross-cultural evidence that few other innovation speakers can produce. Clients including Google, Goldman Sachs, Boeing, Disney, PwC, and Salesforce have engaged Tirian at C-suite and country manager level, not just for conference keynotes – the repeat and depth of engagement reflects the consultancy proposition, not the speaker circuit. As a facilitator for Duke University Corporate Education and consistently the top-rated speaker at YPO (9.6/10) and APEC CEO Summit, Grant operates credibly across executive development, board-level strategy conversations, and large-scale conference formats. Biography highlights Founder and director of Tirian Innovative Solutions, an international innovation and culture consultancy Co-author of Who Killed Creativity?…And How Do We Get It Back? (Wiley, 2012), an international bestseller, and The Innovation Race: How to Change a Culture to Change the Game (2016) Developer of the Innovation Climate Indicator (iCLi) and Dynamic Polar Positioning (DPoP) tool – validated instruments for assessing innovation readiness and leadership ambidexterity TEDx speaker; opening keynote at the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Global Leadership Conference; keynote speaker at the APEC CEO Summit, Danang Educator and facilitator for Duke University Corporate Education; top-rated YPO global facilitator (9.6/10) Featured in Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, the Wall Street Journal, BBC, Reuters, and ABC TV; clients include Google, Goldman Sachs, Boeing, Disney, PwC, and Salesforce Biography Most organisations treat innovation and creativity as interchangeable – investing in sprints, programmes, and processes designed to produce new output faster. Andrew Grant’s research, conducted across more than 40 cultures over three decades, points to a different problem: the management behaviours used to accelerate innovation are measurably suppressing the creative thinking that makes innovation possible. His co-authored book Who Killed Creativity? names the specific culprits – seven “creativity killers” that emerge under organisational pressure – and maps the conditions required to reverse the decline. Grant founded Tirian to convert that research into tools leadership teams can actually use. The Innovation Climate Indicator (iCLi) profiles a team’s innovation readiness against validated criteria. The Dynamic Polar Positioning (DPoP) tool helps organisations surface the leadership paradoxes – between speed and stability, exploration and execution – that determine whether a creative culture can be sustained under commercial pressure. The output is a management conversation grounded in data, not a framework to be filed after the conference. His second book, The Innovation Race, extends the argument through cross-cultural evidence, examining which societies and organisations have built genuinely enduring innovation capacity – and why. Developed in collaboration with Dr. Gaia Grant, whose PhD research at the University of Sydney Business School provides the academic foundation, the book identifies cultural prerequisites that most innovation investment bypasses entirely. Clients including Google, Goldman Sachs, Boeing, and PwC have engaged Tirian at C-suite level to work through those prerequisites in practice. Grant has delivered the argument at the APEC CEO Summit, the YPO Global Leadership Conference, and through Duke University Corporate Education. His sessions consistently receive the highest ratings at international forums – a pattern most visible in leadership teams navigating the specific tension between the urgency of digital change and the creative culture their strategies ultimately depend on. Key speaking topics Innovation culture and creativogenic conditions The creativity-innovation paradox Leadership behaviours that enable or block creative thinking Organisational culture diagnosis and transformation Innovation readiness assessment and diagnostics Collaborative intelligence in competitive environments AI adoption and the leadership paradoxes of digital change Ideal for CEOs and senior leadership teams investing in innovation capability and not seeing returns on that investment CHROs and culture leads responsible for diagnosing the conditions that either enable or suppress creative thinking Strategy and transformation leads managing the tension between innovation acceleration and organisational stability Corporate learning and development functions building innovation leadership programmes for senior executive cohorts Audience outcomes A specific diagnosis – through the iCLi and DPoP tools – of where their organisation currently sits on the creativity-to-innovation continuum Understanding of the four key innovation paradoxes that shape leadership decision-making under pressure, and how to navigate them without defaulting to either extreme A reframe of what innovation investment should target – cultural conditions rather than programme outputs – that shifts how senior leaders plan and measure culture change Identification of the specific leader behaviours that either enable or shut down creative thinking in teams under pressure Clarity on the distinction between creativity and innovation – and why conflating them is one of the most common reasons innovation programmes underperform

Why organisations work with Andrew McNeill He has run leadership under genuine national pressure, including UK Government assurance of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic torches and a Director role on the Building Safety Programme established after the Grenfell Tower fire. His method is published and codified. Organisational Mindfulness: A How-to Guide is one of the few practitioner books that treats mindfulness as an organisational intervention rather than an individual wellbeing benefit. He sits inside the institutional architecture of the field as Co-Director of BAMBA, the UK’s mindfulness accreditation body, and as Projects Advisor to the Mindfulness Initiative, the charity that grew out of the parliamentary All-Party group. He speaks to leadership groups, not wellbeing audiences. The work focuses on team functioning, psychological safety, and decision quality under pressure, with operational examples from running multi-billion pound programmes. Biography highlights Twenty years in senior leadership, most recently as a Director in the UK Civil Service responsible for major national programmes. Led UK Government assurance for the Olympic and Paralympic torches, London 2012. Served as Director on the Building Safety Programme set up after the Grenfell Tower fire. Co-founder of LxLeaders, a leadership consultancy working with senior teams. Author of Organisational Mindfulness: A How-to Guide (2019). Co-Director of BAMBA, the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches, and Projects Advisor at the Mindfulness Initiative. Biography The Olympic and Paralympic torch relays for London 2012 were a continuous national event under media and security scrutiny. Andrew McNeill ran the UK Government’s assurance of them. A few years later, after the Grenfell Tower fire, he served as a Director on the Building Safety Programme established to respond to it. Both roles required senior leadership inside conditions where the cost of a wrong decision was public and immediate. That operational record is the spine of what he now does with private and public sector leadership teams. He is the co-founder of LxLeaders, a consultancy that works with senior groups on team functioning, psychological safety, and self-leadership under pressure. Alongside the consultancy, he has built a position inside the field itself. He is Co-Director of BAMBA, the UK’s mindfulness accreditation body, and lead Projects Advisor at the Mindfulness Initiative, the charity that emerged from the UK Parliament’s All-Party Parliamentary Group on Mindfulness. His 2019 book Organisational Mindfulness: A How-to Guide is one of the few practitioner texts that treats mindfulness as a method of organisational design rather than an individual intervention. Speaking clients to date include Dell Technologies, Experian, RSM US, Allianz Technology, LexisNexis, and the NHS. The brief is consistent: senior teams operating under repeated pressure who need a credible, plain-spoken voice on how composure and team functioning actually work in practice. Key speaking topics Self-leadership under pressure Psychological safety in senior teams Empathetic leadership Burnout recognition and recovery Team collaboration under sustained change Organisational mindfulness as practice Ideal for Senior leadership teams and executive committees facing continuous change loads CHROs and people directors commissioning beyond standard wellbeing programming Public sector and regulated industry leaders working in high-scrutiny environments Programme and transformation leads running multi-year delivery under public pressure Audience outcomes A working language for psychological safety inside a senior team, separated from HR theatre A read on burnout signals at team level before they show up in attrition data Specific practices senior leaders can use to hold composure across long decision cycles A clearer view of how mindfulness functions as an operational discipline, not a benefit

Why organisations work with Sir Andrew Strauss He led England to the world Test No. 1 ranking in 2011, a position the team had not held for three decades, and can speak specifically to what it takes to move a group from mid-table to the top of its field. He has sat on both sides of the performance question: as the captain inside the team, and later as Director of Cricket at the ECB responsible for the system that selects, develops and accounts for that team. His 2022 ECB High Performance Review, convened with Sir Dave Brailsford and Rob Key after the 4-0 Ashes defeat, is a named case study in structural reform of an underperforming elite system. He founded the Ruth Strauss Foundation in 2019 and can speak from experience to leading people and commitments through personal crisis without collapsing the standards he asks of others. Biography highlights 100 Test matches for England, 7,037 runs at an average above 40, 21 Test centuries. England captain in 50 Tests; Ashes winner in 2009 and 2010-11, and architect of England’s rise to world No. 1 in 2011. Director of Cricket, England and Wales Cricket Board, 2015-2018. Chair of the ECB High Performance Review, 2022, with Sir Dave Brailsford and Rob Key on the panel. Knight Bachelor, 2019 Resignation Honours, for services to sport and charity. OBE, 2011. Founder and chair of the Ruth Strauss Foundation, established 2019. Author of Driving Ambition: My Autobiography (Hodder). Biography England were ranked the best Test side in the world in August 2011, for the first time in thirty years. The captain who took them there, over a four-year rebuild, had replaced an injured Michael Vaughan on debut seven years earlier and opened with a century at Lord’s. The gap between those two facts is where the substance of Strauss’s leadership argument sits. The captaincy is the obvious credential: 50 Tests in charge, the 2009 Ashes at home, the 4-0 series win in Australia in 2010-11, the first there in twenty-four years. The less-told part is what happened after the playing career ended. Strauss returned to the England and Wales Cricket Board in 2015 as Director of Cricket, where he was responsible not for one dressing room but for the pipeline, culture and selection architecture behind the national side. That dual perspective, captain inside the system and later the executive above it, sharpened after the 2021-22 Ashes collapse. Strauss chaired the ECB’s High Performance Review, working with Sir Dave Brailsford and Rob Key, and produced recommendations for the structure of domestic cricket intended to reset England’s standing across all three formats. It is a recent, named piece of work on the harder problem leaders actually face: reforming an institution that is failing on its most public measure. The private context matters too. Strauss founded the Ruth Strauss Foundation in 2019 in memory of his wife, who died of a non-smoking lung cancer, and has built it into a significant charity for bereavement support and rare-cancer research. It is the part of the story that gives the leadership material its weight in the room. Why organisations work with Andy Bass His Suits & Geeks Trap framework gives leaders a named, structured diagnosis for one of the most persistent and underacknowledged barriers to growth in technology-driven businesses – the breakdown between commercial and technical functions – and a clear method for resolving it. His Start With What Works thesis (Pearson) challenges the default assumption that growth requires new investment; the argument is that most organisations are sitting on underused capabilities, relationships and knowledge that can be mobilised before new capital is sought. His C.E.O. Roadmap from Committed Action – Curiosity, Exploration, Ownership – gives leaders a specific, repeatable method for moving people from passive compliance to genuine ownership of strategic priorities. His PhD in Software Engineering and early career at BT Research Labs give him standing inside technical organisations that a leadership generalist cannot credibly claim – he can hold the room with engineers and commercial directors simultaneously. Inducted into the Million Dollar Consulting Hall of Fame (2017) and named to Ogilvy’s #ogilvychange Big Thinkers panel – external recognitions of consulting practice, earned outside the speaking circuit. Biography highlights Founder and principal of BassClusker Consulting; advisory work spanning more than 30 industries across 12 countries PhD in Software Engineering and BSc in Computer Science and Ergonomics, both from Aston University; career began at BT Research Labs, Human Factors Division Executive educator at Oxford Saïd, Warwick, Aston and Strathclyde Business Schools; Visiting Professor in Consulting Practice, Birmingham City University Inducted into the Million Dollar Consulting Hall of Fame (2017) by Alan Weiss Author of five books including The Suits & Geeks Trap, Start With What Works (Pearson) and Committed Action Named to Ogilvy’s #ogilvychange ‘Big Thinkers’ panel of experts Corporate clients include L’Oréal, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, KPMG and International Automotive Components Group Biography In technology-driven organisations, one of the most consistent barriers to growth is not the strategy, it is the relationship between the people who build things and the people who sell them. Andy Bass, founder of BassClusker Consulting and author of The Suits & Geeks Trap, has spent over two decades working on that specific problem: helping senior leaders diagnose and close the gap between strategic intent and organisational execution. His Suits & Geeks Trap framework identifies a pattern that recurs across industries: commercial and technical teams defaulting to stereotyping and blame, with leaders drawn into refereeing internal politics rather than facing the market. The framework, developed through advisory work with organisations ranging from Deutsche Bank and L’Oréal to mid-sized growth businesses across 12 countries, gives leaders a structured way to reverse that dynamic and redirect energy toward the customer. His parallel argument, developed in Start With What Works (Pearson), challenges what he calls one of the most persistent thinking traps in business: that growth requires new investment. Bass makes the case (supported by client work across 30 industries) that most organisations have more usable capability than they recognise. The book presents practical tools for identifying and deploying those hidden assets before leaders turn to capital-intensive alternatives. His third major framework, the C.E.O. Roadmap from Committed Action, addresses the question leaders ask most consistently: why their people do not engage with strategic priorities as fully as intended. Bass’s answer, structured around Curiosity, Exploration and Ownership, gives leaders a repeatable method for building genuine commitment rather than managed compliance. His credentials span both sides of the technical-commercial divide he studies: a PhD in Software Engineering from Aston University, an early career at BT Research Labs, executive education delivered at Oxford Saïd, Warwick, Aston and Strathclyde business schools, and induction into the Million Dollar Consulting Hall of Fame in 2017. Roadmap – a three-stage method for building genuine team commitment rather than surface-level compliance Sharper understanding of how leadership behaviour, not strategy alone, determines whether execution succeeds Specific questions and diagnostic approaches leaders can apply immediately to unlock stalled priorities or disengaged teams

Why organisations work with Anelia Uzunova A corporate operator’s read on wellbeing. She has run point for a CEO at Galderma and managed global innovation projects at Novartis, so the inner-leadership conversation lands as an executive discipline rather than a soft-skills add-on. Founder of the wellbeing community at the World Economic Forum, which gives her a credible vantage point on how peer organisations are actually structuring this work, not just how they describe it on their careers page. A structured method, the RISE Inner Leadership framework, that gives leadership teams something concrete to take back to their day-to-day, rather than a workshop afterglow. A bilingual, cross-cultural speaker with working experience across Switzerland, the US, and the UK, well suited to executive audiences in pharma, healthcare, and globally distributed corporate teams. INSEAD-trained executive coach who lectures on Leading for Wellbeing to its MBA audience, which translates into content that survives a sceptical senior room. Biography highlights Chief of Staff to the CEO, Galderma Global Leadership Fellow, World Economic Forum; founder of the WEF wellbeing community Former global digital innovation project lead at Novartis, Switzerland MBA and executive coaching certification, INSEAD Executive Masters in Global Leadership, World Economic Forum programme Lecturer to INSEAD MBA audiences on Leading for Wellbeing Biography Pharma is a useful test case for the limits of conventional wellbeing programmes. The work is high-stakes, the regulatory load is heavy, and the senior teams running global functions tend to be senior precisely because they absorb pressure for everyone else. That is the environment Anelia Uzunova has worked inside for most of her career, first at Novartis in Switzerland and then as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Galderma. Her shift from operating roles to coaching and speaking was not a reinvention away from corporate life. It was a decision to teach explicitly what she saw working at the top of complex organisations. The Global Leadership Fellows Programme at the World Economic Forum gave her a comparative view across industries; founding the WEF’s wellbeing community gave her a structured one. Both inform a body of work focused on the inner state of the leader as an operational variable. The teachable form of that work is the RISE Inner Leadership framework, organised around four stages: Root, Ignite, Surrender, Embody. It is used with executive audiences and with the INSEAD MBA cohort she lectures to on Leading for Wellbeing. The framing is not therapeutic. It is closer to executive coaching with a clear curriculum, designed for senior leaders who have already tried the surface interventions and want something that holds up under pressure. Her credentials sit across INSEAD, the World Economic Forum, and a fifteen-year corporate track record in pharma and healthcare. The reason this matters for serious organisations is straightforward: when wellbeing is treated as an HR programme, it stays peripheral. When it is treated as a leadership capability, it changes how people work. Uzunova argues, and demonstrates, that the second framing is the one that pays back. Key speaking topics Inner leadership and executive composure Wellbeing as a leadership capability Personal transformation and reinvention for senior leaders Leading through change and uncertainty Purpose and alignment in executive careers Mindful leadership for high-pressure industries Women in senior leadership Ideal for CHROs and Chief People Officers building wellbeing into the leadership agenda rather than the benefits stack C-suite and senior leadership offsites in pharma, healthcare, and other high-pressure regulated industries Executive development programmes and high-potential cohorts Women’s leadership and senior talent forums Audience outcomes A working definition of inner leadership that an executive team can use, not a wellness vocabulary The four-stage RISE framework as a reference structure for how senior leaders manage their own state A sharper view of how composure, alignment, and presence affect team performance and retention Practical anchors for executives navigating role transitions, restructure, or extended pressure A frame for treating wellbeing as a leadership discipline that boards and CEOs can sponsor with confidence

Why organisations work with Ann Daniels She holds a Guinness World Record that has not been repeated: first women’s team, with Caroline Hamilton, to ski to both the North and South Poles, a credential that sits behind every claim she makes about decision-making under pressure. She led ice operations for all three Catlin Arctic Survey expeditions with Pen Hadow, a rare example of an explorer whose field leadership has been trusted by peer-reviewed science programmes working with NASA and the European Space Agency. Her career arc, from NatWest assistant bank manager and mother of triplets to polar team leader, gives her credibility with audiences who are sceptical of exploration narratives delivered by lifelong adventurers. She speaks with operational specificity: route-finding on moving ice, calling a team member off the ice with frostbite, swimming open leads in survival suits. Senior audiences recognise these as decisions, not anecdotes. She is listed by The Daily Telegraph among the Top 20 Great British Adventurers of all time, which shortens the credibility conversation with boards and external audiences. Biography highlights Guinness World Record holder: first women’s team, with Caroline Hamilton, to ski to both the North and South Poles (1 June 2002). Head of ice operations and navigator for all three Catlin Arctic Survey expeditions (2009, 2010, 2011), led by Pen Hadow. Arctic scientific collaborations with NASA, the European Space Agency, NOAA and the University of Washington. Honorary DUniv, Staffordshire University (2007). Castaway on BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs (January 2007). Named in The Daily Telegraph’s Top 20 Great British Adventurers of all time. Biography Route-finding on the Arctic Ocean is decision-making in its purest form. The ice moves under you, the weather closes without warning, and the team’s survival depends on whether the person in front is reading the ground correctly. Ann Daniels has done that job for more than two decades, including three consecutive Catlin Arctic Survey expeditions with Pen Hadow, where she was head of ice operations for scientists working with NASA and the European Space Agency. She came to it from an unlikely starting point. Daniels was an assistant bank manager at NatWest and a mother of triplets when she was selected, from more than two hundred applicants, for the 1997 McVities Penguin Polar Relay. She had no prior outdoor experience. Five years later, on 1 June 2002, she and Caroline Hamilton became the first women to reach both the North and South Poles as part of all-women teams, a Guinness record that has not been repeated. The Catlin work reframed her practice. Between 2009 and 2011 she led teams of scientists across hundreds of miles of drifting sea ice to manually measure its thickness, feeding data into the climate record. Later expeditions extended that into collaborations with the European Space Agency, NOAA and the University of Washington. She is the rare field leader whose decisions have been trusted inside a peer-reviewed research programme. What she offers senior audiences is the texture of that work. She can describe calling a team-mate off the ice with frostbite, swimming an open lead in a survival suit, and choosing a route across fracturing ice when the satellite image is already twelve hours old. The Daily Telegraph has named her among the Top 20 Great British Adventurers of all time; Staffordshire University awarded her an honorary DUniv in 2007. Key speaking topics Decision-making under uncertainty Team leadership in extreme environments Resilience and recovery after setback Women in leadership and exploration Climate change and the Arctic Career reinvention Ideal for Executive teams running strategic change programmes where the plan will keep adjusting Operational and transformation leaders responsible for decisions on partial information Leadership development cohorts and senior high-potential groups Conferences focused on resilience, climate, or women in leadership Audience outcomes A clearer language for making decisions when the data is incomplete and the cost of waiting is rising Specific, transferable lessons on holding a team together when conditions deteriorate A harder test for what resilience actually looks like in practice, drawn from named events on the ice Renewed confidence that significant career reinvention is possible without a conventional starting point
