Biography

Jill Scott MBE built her career at the highest level of international football, earning 161 caps for England and scoring 26 international goals. As a central figure in England’s UEFA Women’s EURO-winning squad, she competed consistently in high-pressure environments where performance, teamwork and accountability were non-negotiable.

Recognised by her peers as FA Players’ Player of the Year and appointed MBE for services to women’s football, Jill was also among the first women to receive a central contract from The Football Association. Her career reflects the professionalisation of the women’s game and the standards required to sustain elite performance over time.

At club level, she represented Sunderland, Everton and Manchester City, contributing to major domestic success and competing at the forefront of the Women’s Super League.
