Early Life and Career

Andy Goode emerged as one of rugby’s most skilled fly-halves. His rugby journey began with Leicester Tigers, where he secured five Premiership titles and two Heineken Cups. Goode’s career spanned over 16 years, during which he played for Saracens, Wasps RFC, Brive, and Newcastle Falcons. His remarkable point-scoring ability placed him second in the all-time Premiership list with 2,147 points.

International Career

Goode earned 17 caps for England, debuting in 2005 against Italy. Notably, he was part of the 2009 Six Nations squad, scoring the opening try and conversion in the first match. His consistent performance on the international stage solidified his reputation as a reliable player.

Later Career and Retirement

After a brief retirement, Goode joined Newcastle Falcons in the 2015-2016 season, where his contributions were pivotal in avoiding relegation.
