She has since embarked on an exciting journey at Capital Radio, where she showcases her exceptional talent as a permanent radio host, captivating listeners with her infectious energy and engaging personality. Lydia currently presents their 1am-4am slot, Mondays to Wednesdays.

Lydia is also the go-to creative for product launches with brands and often found creating engaging content chatting to the general public. She has worked with the likes of Chelsea FC, Amazon, Wild & many more across digital campaign launches.
