"In this workshop I said things and let so many things out like never before in my life and I experienced a strong sense of release and comfort that I can’t ever begin to explain that I finally decided to truly change my life. I had gone through lots of therapy before and studied a lot of material to figure life out so I can’t even believe that 5 days only were able to bring about this determination of bringing about decisive change more than all I had tried before! It was really moving, impactful, cleansing and healing for both the mind and the heart. The techniques that Nadine used were very powerful and at the same time there was a lot of knowledge, awareness buildup and wise guidance till we got to fully connect witin and with each other in every session.
