Dr. Paolo Petrocelli (PhD, EMBA, FRSA) stands at the forefront of international cultural leadership, serving as the Head of Dubai Opera and shaping the performing arts landscape across the globe. Driven by a firm belief in the catalytic power of culture, arts, and education, Paolo is acclaimed for mobilizing change, development, and international cooperation through strategic cultural initiatives and music diplomacy.
