BACKGROUND: Angie McQuillin is a trained Confidence and Career Success Coach. She also has a BSc Hons degree in Psychology and she is an MBTI Practitioner. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced around topics of confidence, assertiveness, and powerful communication with over 20 years of research in her coaching specialisms.

Angie also has over 15 years corporate HR and international staffing experience at some of the world’s largest companies such as Boeing, Imperial Tobacco and Camelot so is well versed in understanding career growth and development.

WHY IS SHE SO PASSIONATE ABOUT THIS? Throughout Angie’s experience, she has seen it way too often; professionals plagued with feelings of not being good enough and feeling undeserving of their successes despite their proven expert experience. Furthermore, many people have adopted a counterproductive way of communicating which often leads to misunderstandings and causes disruption and a disconnect as opposed to harmony.

Angie applies a very straight talking and insightful way of understanding styles of communicating and behaviours which people rarely know is causing damage to their own self confidence.  Angie’s approach is straight talking, yet engaging, friendly and encourages audience participation with open and honest interaction.
