Isabel Garro is a founding partner and CEO of 3a4b. She has dedicated almost all of her professional life to understanding the vectors of change in sustainable development. She was a former Global Sustainability Manager at ACCIONA, Special Advisor to the High Commissioner for Agenda 2030 of the Spanish government and Director General of the Spanish Network of the United Nations Global Compact for more than a decade. She began her career in the financial advisory and auditing sector. Currently, she is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Votorantim Cimentos, a professional speaker, and also an associate professor of the Master’s Degree in Competitive Social Transformation at the Complutense University of Madrid and at IE Business School.
