Jason Roberts is a Premier League star turned global football executive and influential speaker, recognised for tackling business challenges such as leadership in adversity, diversity and inclusion, youth empowerment, and sustainable talent development in elite sports organisations. His keynote sessions inspire organisations to harness resilience, foster inclusive workplaces, and build winning teams, drawing on his journey from professional footballer to Director of Development at CONCACAF, BBC broadcaster, and charity founder.​

Jason Roberts MBE is a celebrated former international striker who played for top-flight teams including West Bromwich Albion, Wigan Athletic, Blackburn Rovers, and Reading, amassing over 480 career appearances and scoring 148 league goals. As nephew to football legend Cyrille Regis, Jason’s early experiences motivated his commitment to championing diversity and youth opportunity in sport. After retiring in 2014, Roberts transitioned to a broadcast career, becoming a familiar voice on BBC 5Live, Match of the Day 2, Sky Sports and Flow Sports Caribbean.​

In 2007, Jason established the Jason Roberts Foundation, delivering educational and sporting programmes for young people in the UK and Grenada. He was recognised with an MBE for his services to sport and youth development and continues to advocate for social impact through sport and enterprise.​

Currently serving as Director of Development at CONCACAF, Roberts drives strategic football development initiatives across North and Central America and the Caribbean.
