Why organisations work with Aaron Phipps A first-person account of high performance under genuinely extreme physical constraint, told by a Tokyo 2020 gold medallist on the first GB team to win a team-sport Paralympic gold. Specific stories built around named decisions: continuing the Kilimanjaro climb on hands and knees for four days when the chair failed, returning to elite sport at three Paralympic Games across twelve years. Material that travels into senior leadership conferences without sliding into generic motivation. The talks are structured around setbacks, recalibration, and execution, not slogans. Co-delivered Path to Gold session with performance coach Jon Cooper, which gives senior teams the athlete and coach view of the same elite partnership. Track record with FTSE 100 audiences including PwC, Google, HSBC, Deloitte, Allianz, Salesforce and Nestle. Biography highlights Three-time Paralympian for Great Britain in wheelchair rugby: London 2012, Tokyo 2020, Paris 2024. Tokyo 2020 gold medallist as part of the first GB team to win a team-sport Paralympic gold. Appointed MBE in the 2022 New Year Honours for services to wheelchair rugby. First disabled British person to summit Mount Kilimanjaro, completing the final four days on hands and knees in May 2016 after his adapted wheelchair failed. Lost both legs and most of his fingers at age 15 to meningococcal sepsis after contracting Meningitis C in January 1999. Keynote client list includes PwC, Google, HSBC, Bupa, Allianz, Deloitte, Salesforce, Nestle and O2. Biography A Meningitis C infection on 7 January 1999 put a fifteen year old Aaron Phipps into a two week induced coma. He came out of it without both legs and without most of his fingers, and spent the next year in hospital. The recovery story matters less than what he chose to do with it. He went back into competitive sport, completed two London Marathons by 2009, and was selected for the GB wheelchair rugby squad ahead of London 2012. The Kilimanjaro climb in May 2016 is the story most senior audiences remember. The adapted wheelchair built for the route gave way early. Rather than turn back, Phipps spent four days crawling on hands and knees to the summit, becoming the first disabled British person to reach it. The point that lands in a corporate room is not the heroism. It is the decision architecture: keep going under conditions you did not plan for, with equipment that no longer works, when nobody would blame you for stopping. Tokyo 2020 produced the result that defines his sporting career. Great Britain won the wheelchair rugby final, the first team-sport gold any GB Paralympic team has ever taken. Phipps was central to it, and was appointed MBE in the 2022 New Year Honours. He competed at a third Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, twelve years after his first. He is not a management theorist and does not present himself as one. He is booked because he tells specific stories about staying functional under genuinely extreme conditions, and because senior buyers at PwC, Google, HSBC, Deloitte and others find that those stories survive the translation into a leadership conference room better than most. Key speaking topics Resilience under sustained adversity High performance and elite team partnership Mindset and recovery from setback Goal pursuit when the original plan fails Paralympic sport and disability inclusion Self-leadership through extreme constraint Ideal for Senior leadership conferences and executive offsites where the brief is composure under pressure Sales kickoffs, performance teams and high-stakes commercial groups closing demanding cycles Organisations going through restructure or sustained change where workforce fatigue is the named risk Inclusion and disability-focused programmes that want a substantive lived account rather than a panel Audience outcomes A specific, retold account of a senior person continuing to execute when conditions are worse than planned Sharper language for the difference between motivation and the practical mechanics of recovery A reference point teams use back at work when the discussion turns to whether to push on or stop Recalibration of what counts as a serious obstacle inside the audience’s own commercial context

Why organisations work with Adam Gemili A world title earned by a four-man relay quartet, not an individual final, gives him direct material on how teams hold technique together when one mistake ends the race. Fourteen years at the top of British sprinting, including European 200m gold and an Olympic 200m final, evidence a long performance arc rather than a single peak moment. His current role as sprint coach at Chelsea FC academy means his content on performance habits is being actively tested against developing professional athletes, not retold from memory. He is the first British man to run sub-10 in the 100m and sub-20 in the 200m, a credential that opens corporate audiences and supports the discipline-and-marginal-gains content many performance speakers claim without proof. Biography highlights World Champion, men’s 4x100m relay, IAAF World Championships London 2017 (37.47, national and European record). European Champion, 200m, 2014; three-time European Champion in the 4x100m relay. Olympic 200m finalist, Rio 2016, finishing fourth. First British male sprinter to run sub-10 seconds in the 100m and sub-20 seconds in the 200m. Sprint and speed coach, Chelsea FC academy, from 2026. Degree in Sports & Exercise Science with Human Biology. Biography The Great Britain men’s 4x100m team had spent years carrying the memory of a botched handover at London 2012. Five years later, in the same stadium, they ran 37.47 seconds and beat the United States to the world title. Gemili ran the second leg. That race is the strongest single anchor in his speaking material. It is also the most accurate frame for what he offers a corporate room: a story about four people executing a technical task in front of 60,000 spectators, where the result depends on the handover as much as the speed. His individual record runs in parallel. European 200m champion in 2014, Olympic finalist in Rio in 2016, fourth at the 2019 World Championships in Doha as the highest-placed European. He is the first British man to run sub-10 in the 100m and sub-20 in the 200m, a credential that signals range across both events rather than a single specialism. In March 2026 he retired from elite athletics and returned to Chelsea FC, where he had spent seven years as a youth player before switching codes, this time as a sprint and speed coach for the academy. The crossover gives his content on performance, recovery, and team behaviour a current operational anchor, not just a competitive past. Key speaking topics High-performance teams under pressure Composure and execution in high-stakes moments Resilience after setback and injury Goal-setting and the long performance arc Mental health in elite environments Diversity and representation in sport Coaching and developing young talent Ideal for Sales and commercial leadership conferences focused on performance behaviours Employee engagement, kick-off and town hall events where a corporate audience benefits from a non-corporate voice HR and people leaders programming content on resilience and mental health for high-pressure teams After-dinner and awards programmes wanting a credible British sporting figure rather than a generic motivational slot Audience outcomes A specific account of how a four-person team won a world title where any single error ends the race A working definition of composure under public scrutiny, drawn from someone who lived it across major championships Honest material on setback, injury, and competitive disappointment from a fourteen-year career, not a highlight reel A credible, recent perspective on coaching and developing young athletes inside a Premier League academy

Why organisations work with Alain Prost Four Formula One World Championships won against the strongest field of the modern era, including Ayrton Senna, Nigel Mansell, Nelson Piquet and Niki Lauda. Evidence, not assertion, that analytical preparation outlasts raw aggression over a full season. Few speakers move between the cockpit and the boardroom with equal authority. Competed for McLaren, Renault, Ferrari and Williams across 13 F1 seasons, then owned and ran Prost Grand Prix, and later served in a senior advisory role at Renault and Alpine. The mantra of “win as slowly as possible” translates directly to senior leadership. It reframes the question from speed to timing: how to preserve the machine and execute the decisive move when rivals have overextended. Held the record for most Grand Prix victories (51) for 14 years, broken only by Michael Schumacher, and remains the only French driver ever to win a Formula One World Championship. Biography highlights Four-time Formula One World Drivers’ Champion (1985, 1986, 1989, 1993). 51 Grand Prix victories, a record that stood for 14 years until Michael Schumacher surpassed it in 2001. Competed at the Formula One level for McLaren, Renault, Ferrari and Williams. Founded and ran the Prost Grand Prix Formula One team from 1997 to 2001, after acquiring the former Ligier operation. Co-owner of Renault e.dams in Formula E, winning three consecutive Teams’ Championships. Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur; honorary OBE; recipient of the 1999 World Sports Awards of the Century in motorsport; inducted into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame. Biography Ayrton Senna was faster over a single lap. Alain Prost won four Formula One World Championships. That gap is the argument of his career. Speed is measurable. Winning a 16-race season is a different discipline, closer to running a complex business than to driving a fast car. His mantra, “win as slowly as possible,” described a specific operating method. Conserve brakes and tyres early. Read the race against the field’s pace, and position the car so the decisive move comes late, when rivals have burned through their margins. The nickname “the Professor” was given by journalists who could not explain how a driver who rarely topped qualifying still kept ending the season as champion. The perspective extends beyond the cockpit. Prost founded and ran his own Formula One operation, Prost Grand Prix, from 1997 to 2001, after acquiring the former Ligier team. He later became co-owner of Renault e.dams in Formula E, where the team won three consecutive Teams’ Championships from 2014-15. He has held senior advisory roles at Renault and Alpine, and continues to work as a commentator and analyst across the sport. Senior teams running complex, capital-heavy operations recognise the discipline immediately. A Formula One season, played out across 16 races and four continents, is sustained decision-making under pressure in a highly instrumented environment, against rivals with similar resources. The winners read conditions accurately and know when to hold a position and when to strike. Prost brought that method to McLaren and Williams as a driver, then to the pit wall as owner of Prost Grand Prix. Key speaking topics Strategic decision-making under sustained competitive pressure Team leadership in complex, technical environments Risk management in high-performance competition Building and running an elite competitive operation Lessons from four decades at the top of Formula One Ideal for Board and executive teams are responsible for long-cycle competitive strategy CEO and COO audiences in capital-intensive, operationally complex industries Leadership forums focused on high-performance teamwork and technical collaboration Senior leaders in sectors where timing and risk determine outcomes Audience outcomes A case study in why methodical preparation beats high-effort aggression across a long competitive season A working vocabulary for reading conditions and timing the decisive move under pressure A first-hand account of what it takes to hold together a Formula One team, where engineers, strategists, commercial partners and the driver each shape the next decision Direct lessons from competing against, and later working alongside, some of the most demanding figures in global sport

Why organisations work with Amna Al Qubaisi A first-of-kind credential that is current, not historical. Active seat in F1 Academy with MP Motorsport, Red Bull Academy Programme driver representing Visa Cash App RB, and the first Arab female driver inside the Porsche AG Talent Pool Asia. A concrete Gulf-region story for DEI programmes that usually default to Western examples. Useful for EMEA, Asia-Pacific and global HQs with Middle East operations. Insider experience of two manufacturer-backed talent systems, Red Bull and Porsche, which gives her specific material on how elite performance cultures identify, develop and retain outliers. Works in English and Arabic, which makes her directly usable for Gulf corporate, public-sector and sponsor-activation programming around regional race weekends. Biography highlights First Emirati woman to compete in international single-seater racing. Italian F4 Championship with Prema Powerteam, 2018. First Arab woman to win a Formula 4 race. F4 UAE Trophy Round, Yas Marina Circuit, 2019. Two seasons in F1 Academy with MP Motorsport. Sixth overall in 2023 with race wins at Spielberg and Barcelona. Red Bull Academy Programme driver from 2024, representing Visa Cash App RB. First Arab and first Arab female driver in the Porsche AG Talent Pool Asia. Pro class seat with Team Jebsen, Porsche Carrera Cup Asia, 2026. Rookie test with Envision Virgin Racing in Formula E at Diriyah. Biography Single-seater racing is one of the most closed performance cultures in professional sport. Entry depends on manufacturer backing, sponsor networks and a family record, and the pathway has historically routed through a small set of European karting circuits. The Italian F4 grid at Prema Powerteam in 2018 included the first Emirati woman ever to compete internationally in the format, Amna Al Qubaisi. What followed has not been a career of ceremonial firsts. Two seasons in F1 Academy with MP Motorsport. Sixth overall in the inaugural 2023 season with wins at Spielberg and Barcelona. Selection in 2024 by the Red Bull Academy Programme, representing Visa Cash App RB, with access to the team’s UK simulator and performance staff. A Formula E rookie test at Diriyah with Envision Virgin Racing. The 2026 seat in the Pro class of Porsche Carrera Cup Asia with Team Jebsen, as the first Arab female driver inside the Porsche AG Talent Pool Asia, puts her inside a factory development structure with defined routes into GT and prototype racing. That is the point worth noticing for a corporate audience. Her record is a sequence of places earned inside working manufacturer systems, on the criteria applied to every other driver in the pool. For organisations working on representation in performance-led functions, trading, engineering, surgery, investment, the useful content is not that she made it. It is what the system around her did, and did not do, to let her compete on equal terms. Key speaking topics Women in elite motorsport Representation inside closed performance cultures High-pressure execution and race-weekend preparation Manufacturer and team development pathways Gulf-region leadership and role-model narratives Careers for young women in STEM and engineering Ideal for DEI, talent and employee resource group programmes looking for a non-Western role-model case study Leadership offsites in performance-led functions: trading, engineering, medicine, investment Corporate partner and sponsor events in automotive, sports and luxury brand portfolios Women-in-STEM summits and graduate programmes across EMEA and Asia-Pacific Audience outcomes A direct account of how a closed talent system admits an outsider, and what the outsider has to do to stay admitted A Gulf-region reference point for representation conversations that usually default to Europe or North America An inside view of how Red Bull and Porsche identify and develop young performers A sense of what role-modelling looks like when the person doing it is still competing, not looking back

Why organisations work with Andreas Kuffner He has lived the precise problem most leadership teams describe in abstract terms: eight people, one boat, no room for individual heroics, sixteen years of preparation collapsing or holding in a six-minute window. That is the case he draws on, not a metaphor for it. He pairs that experience with a formal systemic coaching practice (ECA-certified) and a master’s in business engineering, so the language he uses with executives is operational, not inspirational. He works inside corporate change programmes at Allianz, Bayer, Daimler, Deutsche Bank, Lufthansa, Nestle and PwC, advising on team coherence and resilience rather than delivering one-off motivational sets. His framing of resilience is specific: coherence between meaning, self-efficacy and belonging, sustained when results stop confirming the strategy. That is a working model leaders can act on, not a slogan. Biography highlights Olympic gold medallist, men’s eight, London 2012, ending a 24-year German drought in the event Olympic silver medallist, men’s eight, Rio 2016 World champion, men’s eight, Bled 2011; European champion 2014 Recipient of the Silbernes Lorbeerblatt, Germany’s highest sporting honour, awarded twice Certified systemic personal and business coach (European Coaching Association) Master’s degree in business engineering, completed while competing at elite level Advises corporate clients including Allianz, Bayer, Daimler, Deutsche Bank, Lufthansa, Nestle and PwC Biography The German eight had not won Olympic gold for 24 years before the crew Kuffner rowed in took the title in London in 2012. Four years later, the same boat took silver in Rio. The interesting fact is not the medal count. It is what an eight-person crew has to do, technically and psychologically, to put six minutes of synchronised output on the water when one micro-deviation ends the race. That problem is closer to what senior leadership teams face than the usual sports-keynote framing suggests. Coherence under pressure is a measurable thing, not a mood. It can be designed, rehearsed and rebuilt when it breaks. Kuffner spent 16 years inside that discipline at the highest level, and he now works with corporate teams on the same mechanics. His credentials outside the boat matter for that reason. A master’s degree in business engineering, completed alongside Olympic training. Certification as a systemic personal and business coach through the European Coaching Association. Active consulting work with Allianz, Bayer, Daimler, Deutsche Bank, Lufthansa, Nestle and PwC on team development, change and resilience. The vocabulary is operational, and the engagements run beyond the stage. What he offers a leadership team is a working language for performance that does not collapse the first time results turn against the strategy. Resilience as a structural property of how a team is held together, not a personal virtue. That is the conversation a boardroom needs when the next quarter looks harder than the last. Key speaking topics Resilience and team coherence under sustained pressure High-performance team development Leadership through change and setback Composure and decision-making in elite environments Building trust and collective discipline in senior teams Corporate culture and value creation Ideal for Executive committees and senior leadership teams navigating restructure or sustained performance pressure CHROs and people leaders rebuilding team trust after acquisition, reorganisation or repeated change cycles Boards and operating committees seeking a working model of team coherence rather than a motivational input Audience outcomes A specific working model of team coherence drawn from elite rowing and applied to corporate operating teams A clearer view of resilience as a structural condition of the team, not a personality trait of its members Concrete language for how meaning, self-efficacy and belonging hold performance together when results turn A frame for distinguishing motivation from discipline in how leaders respond to setbacks

Why organisations work with Andy Cole A Premier League Hall of Fame career inside one of football’s most demanding dressing rooms, used to ground sessions on standards, feedback and accountability with detail rather than slogan. Five Premier League titles and the 1999 Champions League final, including a goal tally of 121 for Manchester United, give his team-performance material the weight of evidence. Personal authority on resilience through a 2017 kidney transplant and the founding of the Andy Cole Fund with Kidney Research UK, used in sessions on recovery, mental health and the cost of carrying on. Active Manchester United Ambassador and broadcast pundit, comfortable in moderated panels, post-dinner Q and A and corporate hospitality formats where the audience expects fluency under questioning. Biography highlights Premier League Hall of Fame inductee (2024). 187 Premier League goals; Premier League Golden Boot winner 1993/94 with 34 goals in a 42-game season. Five Premier League titles, FA Cup honours and the 1999 UEFA Champions League with Manchester United. 15 senior England caps; PFA Young Player of the Year, 1994. Author of “Fast Forward: The Autobiography”, Hodder & Stoughton, 2020. Founder of the Andy Cole Fund with Kidney Research UK, launched 2020 with a personal pledge of £250,000. Biography The 1999 Manchester United dressing room is the most studied team environment in English football. Andy Cole spent six years inside it, scoring 121 goals and winning five league titles, an FA Cup and the Champions League final that completed the Treble. The standards inside that group, and the cost of meeting them, are the raw material he draws on when he speaks to senior teams. His Premier League career produced 187 goals across Newcastle, Manchester United, Blackburn, Fulham, Manchester City and others, the Golden Boot in 1993/94 with 34 goals in a 42-game season, and induction into the Premier League Hall of Fame in 2024. The numbers matter for credibility, but the more useful content is what they describe: a working life judged in public, every week, for nineteen years. In 2015 he was diagnosed with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. By 2017 his kidney function had fallen to seven per cent and his nephew donated the organ that saved his life. He has since spoken openly about the mental health collapse that followed, founded the Andy Cole Fund with Kidney Research UK, and pledged £250,000 of his own money toward research into transplants and patient wellbeing. His 2020 autobiography “Fast Forward” set out the same arc in print: standards, friction, recovery. For corporate audiences, the offer is reflective rather than instructional. He works best in conversation, in moderated panels, and in after-dinner formats where senior leaders want a serious account of performance and recovery from someone who has lived both. Key speaking topics Elite team performance and standards Resilience and recovery after serious illness Mental health in high-pressure careers Manchester United, the Treble and the Premier League era Motivation and team spirit Mentorship and life after sport Ideal for Sales and commercial leadership conferences seeking a credible voice on standards, accountability and team performance. HR, wellbeing and employee engagement events where a personal account of recovery and mental health adds weight to internal programmes. Corporate hospitality, awards dinners and partner events tied to sport, sponsorship or Manchester United audiences. Charity, healthcare and patient-experience events on kidney health, transplant and donor advocacy. Audience outcomes A close-range account of what high standards inside a championship-winning team feel like in practice, not in theory. A direct view of the mental and physical cost of carrying on after a major health shock, told without hedging. A reset on what resilience actually means for individuals working under sustained scrutiny. A confident, honest Q and A with a senior leader who has lived the material on stage and in print.

Why organisations work with Anna Hemmings A high-performance specialist with a six-time world champion’s record behind her. Fifteen years coaching senior teams, with a method built as much on the psychology of performance as on sport. She has reached the top, lost it, and got back. Diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at her competitive peak and told she would not race again, she returned to win three more world titles. That comeback is how she teaches recovery as a performance strategy rather than a wellbeing exercise. Her focus is the repeat, not the one-off peak. She works on the behaviours and culture that let teams perform at the highest level and hold it year after year, which is the question most leadership teams actually face. Accredited delivery that runs past the keynote. As a qualified high-performance and leadership coach and an accredited Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team trainer, she takes leadership teams at IBM, Unilever, Novartis, Deloitte, and NatWest through masterclasses and team development. Biography highlights Six-time Marathon Kayak World Champion, including three consecutive titles from 2005 to 2007; Britain’s most successful female marathon kayaker. Two-time Olympian for Great Britain: Sydney 2000 and Beijing 2008. MBE, 2010 New Year Honours, for services to sport. Founder and Managing Director of Beyond the Barriers, a high-performance consultancy she has run since 2009. Accredited High Performance and Leadership Coach and accredited Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team trainer. Has now spent as long developing senior leaders and teams as she spent competing, with clients including IBM, Unilever, Novartis, Deloitte, British Airways, and NatWest. Biography Reaching the top of a field is hard. Staying there, year after year, while the pressure becomes permanent, is harder, and it is the problem most leadership teams underestimate. It is also the one Anna Hemmings spent her sporting career solving in public. She won six marathon kayak world titles, three of them in consecutive years, and competed at two Olympic Games. The detail that matters most came in between. Diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at her peak and told she might not race again, she came back to win three more world titles and qualify for Beijing 2008. She treats that comeback as evidence that recovery can be engineered as a performance strategy. The second half of her career has now run longer than the first. Since 2009 she has built Beyond the Barriers into a high-performance consultancy, coaching senior leaders and teams at IBM, Unilever, Novartis, Deloitte, and NatWest. Her method pairs what works at elite level with an applied reading of human behaviour and the psychology of performance. That is why it holds up with executives who have no interest in sport. She is an accredited high-performance and leadership coach and a Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team trainer, so her work runs from keynote into masterclass and team development. She has now spent more years coaching leaders and teams than she spent winning titles, and that is the half of the story that earns her the room. Key speaking topics Achieving and sustaining high performance High-performance culture and world-class teams Resilience and performance under pressure Recovery and refocus as a performance strategy Mindset for thriving under constant demand Leadership and high-performing teams Ideal for Executive and leadership teams under pressure to perform at a high level and repeat it CEOs and senior leaders who have reached a peak and need to sustain it without burning out the team Sales and commercial leadership operating in demanding, target-driven cycles HR and L&D leads designing high-performance and leadership development programmes Audience outcomes What it actually takes to reach a high level and hold it, beyond a single peak The specific behaviours that separate the best teams from the merely good Recovery and refocus methods they can use under pressure, treated as a performance tool, not a wellbeing add-on A first-hand account of being written off at her peak and coming back, used as working material on how resilience is built Language for talking about high performance and its disciplines with their own teams

Why organisations work with Anthony Bennett His story is medically verifiable, not metaphorical. Twelve resuscitations, three weeks on ECMO at Great Ormond Street, a 10 per cent survival chance. Audiences leave knowing the platform is real. A four-year corporate role with Whitbread PLC put him alongside operational teams across the UK in support of the £7.5 million Great Ormond Street partnership. He understands how a workforce engages with a cause, not only how a stage receives a speech. Named on the Independent on Sunday’s 2015 Happy List, a credential anchored in a named publication rather than self-description. He is bookable as opening or closing keynote, healthcare audience or commercial team, school assembly or board offsite. Repeat clients include Network Rail, BT, CIPD, IQVIA, Janus Henderson and multiple NHS trusts. Biography highlights 2015 Independent on Sunday Happy List Played a central role in the Whitbread PLC and Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity partnership directed at the Premier Inn Clinical Building Repeat-booked across UK corporates and NHS trusts including Network Rail, BT, CIPD, IQVIA, Janus Henderson, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust Three weeks on an ECMO machine at Great Ormond Street Hospital after contracting Strep Pneumonia, Influenza and Staphylococcus simultaneously in 2006 Resuscitated twelve times, given a 10 per cent survival chance, relearned to walk, talk and breathe Biography A school trip to Paris in 2006 ended with a UK teenager on an ECMO machine at Great Ormond Street Hospital, three viral infections in his system at once and a 10 per cent survival chance. He was resuscitated twelve times. He had a seizure while comatose. He came out of it and had to relearn how to walk, talk and breathe. That is the platform Anthony Bennett works from. The story is unusual not because survival stories are rare on the speaker circuit, but because this one is medically specific and independently documented at a named institution. The post-recovery chapter explains why corporate buyers, not only schools and healthcare audiences, book him. He spent four years working with Whitbread PLC on the partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, which directed funds toward the Premier Inn Clinical Building. The Independent on Sunday named him on its Happy List in 2015. Repeat clients include Network Rail, BT, CIPD, IQVIA, Janus Henderson and multiple NHS trusts. What he delivers in a keynote is a perspective reset, not a framework. Audiences leave with a sharper read on how teams sustain morale under pressure, how individuals rebuild after acute setback, and what mental health support actually looks like at the human end of the equation. Key speaking topics Resilience and recovery after acute setback Mental health in the workplace Team morale and cohesion Motivational keynote for wellbeing and engagement events Patient voice in healthcare settings Corporate charity partnerships and employee fundraising engagement Ideal for HR, internal communications and wellbeing leads commissioning a keynote moment inside a broader engagement or mental health programme NHS trusts and healthcare organisations seeking a credible patient voice for staff conferences All-hands events, kick-off conferences and after-dinner slots where a perspective reset is the outcome being bought Schools and youth audiences working on resilience and mental health Audience outcomes A perspective reset on what counts as a setback and what does not Renewed willingness to engage with workplace mental health conversations A clearer view of how individuals and teams sustain themselves under sustained pressure A memorable opening or closing moment that anchors the rest of the event

Why organisations work with Antonio Fuoco A current factory Ferrari driver, still racing inside one of motorsport’s most demanding organisations. Audiences hear about high-performance teams from someone presently operating in one, not from a retired career. Won the 2024 24 Hours of Le Mans overall in the Hypercar class for Ferrari, the manufacturer’s headline endurance result of the modern Hypercar era, with No. 50 AF Corse alongside Molina and Nielsen. A graduate of the Ferrari Driver Academy and former Formula 2 race winner, with a direct view into how Ferrari develops drivers, prepares them for pressure, and runs the team behind a single car. Bilingual in English and Italian, relevant for European audiences and for global organisations with Italian operations or partnerships. Biography highlights 2024 24 Hours of Le Mans winner, Hypercar class, with Ferrari AF Corse No. 50 alongside Miguel Molina and Nicklas Nielsen. Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 development driver. Made his F1 FP1 debut for Ferrari at the 2025 Mexico City Grand Prix. Ferrari Driver Academy member from 2013 onwards; promoted to Scuderia Ferrari test driver in 2019. 2013 Formula Renault 2.0 Alps champion with Prema; 2017 Formula 2 race winner at Monza, Monaco and Abu Dhabi alongside Charles Leclerc. 2025 FIA GT World Cup winner. 36 starts in the FIA World Endurance Championship with 4 wins and 18 podiums, racing the Ferrari 499P Hypercar in the 2023, 2024 and 2025 seasons. Biography The seat of a Le Mans Hypercar at three in the morning, in the rain, after twenty hours of racing, is one of the few places where a team’s preparation and a driver’s composure are tested without margin. Antonio Fuoco was in that seat in 2024, sharing the No. 50 Ferrari 499P with Miguel Molina and Nicklas Nielsen, when the car crossed the line first overall at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. That win was the headline result of Ferrari’s return to top-class endurance racing. It came in the second year of the Hypercar programme, against Toyota, Porsche and Cadillac, in conditions that decided the race. Fuoco has stayed in the No. 50 car for every season of the 499P era and remains part of the Ferrari World Endurance Championship line-up alongside his Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 development role. His path into Ferrari is a useful frame for the keynote. Selected into the Ferrari Driver Academy in 2013 after the Formula Renault 2.0 Alps title with Prema, he progressed through European Formula 3, GP3, and Formula 2, where he won races at Monza, Monaco and Abu Dhabi as Charles Leclerc’s teammate in the 2017 season. He was promoted to Scuderia Ferrari test driver in 2019 and made his F1 free practice debut for the team at the 2025 Mexico City Grand Prix. What audiences get from Fuoco is a current view, not a memoir. He still races for Ferrari, still sits in development meetings inside Maranello, and can speak directly to how a championship-winning team prepares, recovers from a poor stint, and rebuilds trust between the driver and the engineers who put the car under him for the next stint. Key speaking topics High-performance team execution in motorsport Composure and decision-making under pressure Endurance racing and Le Mans The Ferrari Driver Academy and elite talent development Team preparation and recovery in long-format competition Ideal for Senior leadership offsites focused on team performance under pressure Sales kick-offs and commercial team events for automotive, luxury and sponsor-aligned brands European audiences and organisations with Italian operations Manufacturer and partner activations around motorsport hospitality Audience outcomes A first-hand view of how Ferrari prepares its drivers and engineers for a 24-hour race. A clearer sense of what composure looks like across long-format competition, where conditions and stints change every hour. Specific examples of how trust is built between a driver and the engineers and crew running the car. Insight from inside the Ferrari Driver Academy on how elite talent is selected, developed and tested.

Why organisations work with Antonio Giovinazzi A live case study in returning to the top of a discipline after being publicly cut. Dropped from F1 by Alfa Romeo at the end of 2021, he won Le Mans in a factory Ferrari programme eighteen months later. Inside view of one of the most-watched team performances in modern motorsport: the Ferrari 499P #51 win at the 2023 Le Mans centenary, ending Ferrari’s overall absence from victory lane since 1965. Three full F1 seasons partnering Kimi Raikkonen at Sauber and Alfa Romeo Racing. The lessons are about points-finishing in a midfield car, not winning from pole. Continuing reserve and test driver role at Scuderia Ferrari since 2017, alongside an active works endurance race seat. The view is current, not retrospective. Biography highlights Winner, 2023 24 Hours of Le Mans, Ferrari 499P #51 (with Pier Guidi and Calado) Third place, 2024 24 Hours of Le Mans, Ferrari 499P #51 Formula 1 driver for Sauber and Alfa Romeo Racing, 2017 and 2019 to 2021 Career-best F1 finish: fifth, 2019 Brazilian Grand Prix Reserve and test driver for Scuderia Ferrari, continuously since 2017 GP2 Series runner-up, 2016, with Prema Powerteam (five wins) Biography Ferrari had not won the 24 Hours of Le Mans outright since 1965. In June 2023, on the centenary running of the race, the #51 Ferrari 499P crossed the line first. Antonio Giovinazzi shared the car with Alessandro Pier Guidi and James Calado. The route there was not linear. Giovinazzi reached Formula 1 debut in 2017 with a debut for Sauber, replacing the injured Pascal Wehrlein. He then spent three full seasons partnering Kimi Raikkonen at Sauber and Alfa Romeo Racing, scoring his career-best fifth place at the 2019 Brazilian Grand Prix. At the end of 2021, the team did not renew him. What follows is the part organisations tend to be interested in. Rather than treat the F1 exit as the end, he stayed inside the Ferrari system as reserve driver, took a Formula E seat in 2022, and accepted the Ferrari works hypercar role for 2023. The result was Le Mans. In 2024, the same #51 car finished third, 36 seconds off the sister car that won. He still drives at the front of FIA World Endurance Championship grids and remains on the Scuderia Ferrari F1 reserve roster. The talks draw on the discipline of the cockpit and the team behind it: composure when the result is public, recovery when the contract is not renewed, and how a three-driver crew makes a 24-hour race come down to seconds. Why organisations work with Araceli Segarra A first-hand account of the 1996 Everest disaster from inside the rescue effort, used as a case study in how teams hold together when conditions, command, and information all degrade at once. A career of high-altitude expeditions on K2, Kangchenjunga, Nanga Parbat, and Broad Peak, which gives her authority on prepared decision-making that almost no corporate speaker can claim. The first Spanish woman to summit Everest and to complete the Seven Summits, filmed for the IMAX Everest documentary, which gives the work cultural reach without leaning on celebrity framing. Sessions delivered in English, Spanish, or Catalan, useful for multinational leadership offsites where a single speaker needs to land across language groups. Biography highlights First Spanish woman to summit Mount Everest, 1996, on the expedition filmed for the IMAX documentary Everest by David Breashears. Member of the rescue team during the May 1996 Mount Everest disaster, the deadliest single event on the mountain at the time. Summits include K2, Kangchenjunga, Nanga Parbat, Broad Peak, Shishapangma, and a solo of Ama Dablam. Established new climbing routes in Oman, Iran, and Mali; technical climbs include El Capitan in Yosemite and Pomme d’Or in Canada. Author of Not That High and Not That Difficult, applying mountaineering decision frameworks to business, and the children’s series Los Viajes de Tina. Regular broadcast presenter on Catalan Radio and Barcelona’s Radio 1. Biography The 1996 Everest disaster killed eight climbers in a single afternoon. The IMAX expedition filming on the mountain that season included a climber called Araceli Segarra, who put down her oxygen and went into the rescue. She is credited with marking a helicopter landing zone with an X of red Kool-Aid powder, because at altitude the obvious solutions are usually the ones that work. That episode is the spine of the work she does with leadership teams. The substance is not the summit. It is what teams do when conditions collapse, when the chain of command is fragmented, and when the original plan is no longer a useful instruction set. She returns to the question of how a group of people who depend on each other under load make and revise decisions in real time. The technical record gives the argument weight. Segarra has climbed K2, Kangchenjunga, Nanga Parbat, and Broad Peak, soloed Ama Dablam, and opened new routes in Oman, Iran, and Mali. She is the first Spanish woman to summit Everest and to complete the Seven Summits. The credentials are not framing; they are the source of her position on preparation, role clarity, and the discipline of turning back. She has written Not That High and Not That Difficult, applying climbing decision frameworks to business, and a children’s book series, and she presents on Catalan Radio and Barcelona’s Radio 1. The leadership work draws on a body of named expeditions, a documented disaster, and a track record of technical climbing that almost no business speaker can match. Key speaking topics Decision-making under pressure and incomplete information Team behaviour when plans fail Leadership of small, high-dependency teams Risk assessment and the discipline of turning back Trust and shared responsibility in interdependent teams Resilience and composure under sustained pressure Expedition planning and execution Ideal for Executive leadership teams and boards entering restructure, crisis, or strategic reset Senior and operational leaders responsible for high-stakes, low-margin-for-error environments Leadership offsites focused on team performance and decision-making under pressure Organisations working to strengthen trust and accountability inside interdependent teams International conferences and offsites delivered in English, Spanish, or Catalan Audience outcomes A first-hand account of how a real team made decisions inside the 1996 Everest disaster, usable as a reference case for crisis behaviour Principles for risk assessment and the willingness to abandon a goal that is no longer survivable The behaviours that hold small interdependent teams together under load, and the ones that break them Sharper decision-making when information is incomplete and conditions are changing fast A renewed respect for the unglamorous preparation that decides whether a team holds when conditions degrade

Why organisations work with Axel Alletru He offers a rare verifiable proof point for resilience: the first paraplegic driver to win a category at the Dakar Rally, beating able-bodied competitors in the SSV T3S class in 2020. His career crosses three elite disciplines (motocross, para swimming, rally-raid), which lets him speak credibly about rebuilding capability from zero rather than delivering a single-sport anecdote. He works regularly with CAC40 companies, SMEs and business clubs, having delivered more than 400 keynotes since 2017, so his corporate register is already tuned for leadership and all-hands audiences. His two published books, “28 Principes pour rebondir” and “Et toujours rebondir” (Albin Michel), give organisations a structured vocabulary for recovery that extends beyond the keynote itself. Bilingual delivery in French and English makes him directly usable for multi-country leadership events across European and global teams. Biography highlights First disabled driver to win a category at the Dakar Rally: SSV T3S class, January 2020, competing against able-bodied teams. Former MX2 World Championship motocross rider, rated one of France’s strongest prospects in the discipline before his 2010 crash. Three-time European BMX champion and junior world runner-up earlier in his career. 12-time French Handisport swimming champion and European Masters Games gold medallist in 50m and 100m freestyle. Author of “28 Principes pour rebondir” (2018) and “Et toujours rebondir” (Albin Michel, 2024). Subject of the Canal+ documentary “Holeshot, un virage pour la vie”. Biography The 2010 MX2 World Championship season ended for one French rider with a crash that took away the use of his legs at age 20. A full motocross career, built from European BMX titles and a junior world runner-up result, stopped in a single weekend. The question was no longer how to win. It was whether competitive sport was finished. Ten years later, Axel Alletru crossed a Dakar Rally finish line in Saudi Arabia first in the SSV T3S category and seventh in the overall SSV class, making him the first disabled driver to win a Dakar category against able-bodied competitors. Between those two points sat a 12-time French Handisport swimming title, a European Masters Games gold in freestyle, and years of rebuilding physical capacity that doctors had not expected to return. That arc is what corporate audiences actually buy. It gives him a specific answer to the question leadership teams keep landing on: how do people and organisations recover usable performance after a hard stop, not just morale. He has turned the answer into two published works, “28 Principes pour rebondir” and “Et toujours rebondir” with Albin Michel, and into a speaking practice that covers more than 400 engagements since 2017 for CAC40 groups, mid-market firms and business clubs. He delivers in French and English, and his preferred frame is practical rather than inspirational. Teams leave with a working model for how reinvention happens under constraint, anchored in a career that has had to produce results in three elite disciplines rather than one. Key speaking topics Resilience after serious setback High performance under constraint Mental strength and recovery Team and collective performance Sport lessons applied to business leadership Reinvention and career rebuilds Disability and performance Ideal for Executive leadership teams facing restructuring, failed launches or strategic reset All-company events where leaders want a credible frame for resilience rather than generic motivation Sales, operations and transformation groups under sustained performance pressure HR, talent and employee engagement leads programming flagship annual events Audience outcomes A concrete language for recovery that leaders can carry back into their own teams A working model for how people rebuild capability after a hard stop, drawn from three elite disciplines Renewed belief that ambitious targets remain reachable after disruption, supported by specific evidence rather than slogans Stronger read on the role collective structure plays in individual comebacks, relevant to team design and leadership
