Why organisations work with Aaron Balick He sits at an uncommon intersection: clinical psychotherapy experience, a former directorship of the MA in Psychoanalytic Studies at the University of Essex, and a foundational book on the psychology of social media that is still cited in practitioner and academic literature. His media record gives audiences a speaker whose voice they already know: longest-serving mental health agony uncle on BBC Radio 1’s The Surgery, alongside regular appearances on BBC Radio 4’s Digital Human and The Moral Maze. His published writing runs from serious academic work to accessible self-help, which lets him move between main-stage keynote and in-depth workshop without dropping register. As founder and former CEO of Stillpoint Spaces, the international applied-psychology hub he built across London, Paris, Berlin and Zurich, he developed his reading of digital life from inside an operating organisation, not only from a consulting desk. His framing of AI and social media is psychological rather than technical, which is exactly the angle most executive teams are missing when making decisions about generative AI and platform strategy. Biography highlights Founder and former CEO of Stillpoint Spaces, an international applied-psychology hub formerly with locations in London, Paris, Berlin and Zurich Former director of the MA in Psychoanalytic Studies at the University of Essex; continues as associate post-graduate supervisor in the Department of Psychosocial and Psychoanalytic Studies Psychotherapist in private practice in London, with over 20 years of clinical experience Author of The Psychodynamics of Social Networking (Karnac), The Little Book of Calm and Keep Your Cool Longest-serving mental health agony uncle on BBC Radio 1’s The Surgery Regular BBC Radio 4 contributor; published in Wired, The Guardian, The Independent and Newsweek Biography The Psychodynamics of Social Networking, published by Karnac Books, remains one of the most widely cited practitioner texts on how the platforms senior leaders are now running their strategies through actually affect the people using them. Aaron Balick wrote it at a point when most commentary on social media was still either evangelical or dismissive, and the book set the register for a more serious psychological reading of digital life. His work sits at the seam between clinical practice and public commentary. He has maintained a private psychotherapy practice in London for more than two decades, trained in depth psychology and psychoanalysis, and formerly directed the MA in Psychoanalytic Studies at the University of Essex, where he continues as an associate post-graduate supervisor in the Department of Psychosocial and Psychoanalytic Studies. The applied side of that work ran through Stillpoint Spaces, the international applied-psychology hub he founded and led across London, Paris, Berlin and Zurich. The media presence anchors him inside a mainstream audience. He was the longest-serving mental health agony uncle on BBC Radio 1’s The Surgery and is a regular contributor to BBC Radio 4’s Digital Human and The Moral Maze. His writing has appeared in Wired, The Guardian, The Independent and Newsweek. Alongside his academic book, he has published two accessible titles, The Little Book of Calm and the children’s book Keep Your Cool. For organisations making senior decisions about generative AI, platform strategy, employee wellbeing or customer engagement, Balick brings something their technology advisers do not: a trained clinical reading of what digital experience actually does to the people on the other side of it. That perspective is increasingly what the better boards want on the table. Key speaking topics Psychology of social media, AI and digital connectivity Digital wellbeing and hyperconnectivity at work The psychologically intelligent workplace Personal leadership and authenticity Mental health in technology-mediated environments Ethics and psychology of generative AI Ideal for Executive teams and boards making decisions on AI deployment, platform strategy or digital customer experience CHROs, wellbeing leads and chief people officers designing mental health and engagement strategy Technology, media and platform leadership teams looking for a psychological voice on product and user impact Conferences and leadership events needing a media-recognised speaker who can connect AI, wellbeing and culture Audience outcomes A working psychological framework for understanding social-media and AI effects on people and behaviour Specific implications for wellbeing, engagement and customer experience strategy A clearer language for the ethical questions senior teams are quietly asking about generative AI Reference material from The Psychodynamics of Social Networking and his BBC contributions for internal follow-up

Why organisations work with Abigail Ireland She bridges two audiences most performance speakers cannot. As a Chartered Banker who originated private equity deals before retraining as a Master Personal Trainer and nutrition coach, she speaks to a finance or executive room without losing them on the physiology, and to an operational room without losing them on the commercial logic. Performance Instinct (Grammar Factory Publishing, 2026) gives the work a published argument: devices, data and external validation have displaced professional judgement about how people think, work, and recover. What she teaches follows from that claim. She treats mindset, energy, and focus as one system, so a client buys a single engagement instead of separate coaching, wellbeing, and productivity vendors. Practical content rather than inspiration. Sessions translate into specific changes an executive can apply to a working week: sleep, nutrition, recovery, focus blocks, calendar discipline. Track record with demanding corporate environments including The Walt Disney Company, Discovery, Lloyds Banking Group and Lyft, where the brief is sustained output under pressure, not motivational lift. Biography highlights Author of Performance Instinct: Harness Your Natural Edge to Achieve Excellence at Work (Grammar Factory Publishing, September 2026) Chartered Banker (MCBI) with a First Class BSc (Hons) in International Management, also qualified as a Master Personal Trainer (Australian Institute of Fitness), Pn2 Precision Nutrition Coach, NLP Practitioner, Mind Gym Coach, and DISC Practitioner Former private equity professional and international banking strategy and business management lead Creator of the Performance Advantage methodology, used in keynotes, workshops and coaching engagements Corporate clients include The Walt Disney Company, Discovery, Lloyds Banking Group and Lyft Contributor and featured expert across GQ, HR Magazine, ILM publications, Skillshare, AAT, ACCA Student Accountant, NatWest, and CMI Workplace Biography Most corporate wellbeing programmes are built on the assumption that the workforce needs encouragement. Senior leadership teams need something different. They need to know how to operate at high cognitive load, week after week, without their judgement or stamina degrading. That is the operational question Abigail Ireland’s work addresses. Her route to the question is unusual. She began in private equity deal origination, then moved into international strategy and business management roles in banking, qualifying as a Chartered Banker along the way. The shift into peak performance was not a pivot away from finance. It was a recognition that the performance variable inside those firms was personal, not structural, and that nobody was treating it with the same rigour as a transaction. Her method treats mindset, energy, and focus as a single integrated system, drawing on her training as a Master Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition coach, NLP Practitioner, and Mind Gym coach. The content is calibrated for senior corporate audiences, with named clients including The Walt Disney Company, Discovery, Lloyds Banking Group, and Lyft. Professionals have handed judgement about how to think, work, and recover over to devices and external data. Performance Instinct, published by Grammar Factory Publishing in September 2026, argues that this has made performance worse, and that the fix is reconnecting people with their own signals. Her writing on those themes has run in GQ, HR Magazine, ILM, CMI Workplace, and ACCA Student Accountant. Key speaking topics Peak performance psychology Energy and recovery for senior leaders Focus and productivity under cognitive load Mindset and limiting beliefs Sustainable high performance Wellbeing as a performance lever Personal effectiveness and time discipline Ideal for Senior leadership teams and executive committees facing sustained delivery pressure CHROs and heads of talent commissioning wellbeing or performance content for high-demand functions Partner and managing director cohorts in professional services, banking and law Sales and deal teams where individual stamina materially affects revenue Audience outcomes A clear set of changes an executive can apply to their week across sleep, nutrition, recovery, and focus A working model for treating mindset, energy, and focus as one system rather than three separate problems Practical methods to manage cognitive load and avoid output decline under pressure Language and frameworks senior leaders can use to discuss performance with their own teams

Why organisations work with Adam Markel Author of Pivot, a #1 Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, and Publishers Weekly bestseller, alongside Change Proof (McGraw-Hill, 2022) and Re-Culture (Post Hill Press, 2026), which sets out the WORK WELL TOGETHER framework for rebuilding trust in teams. Founder and CEO of WORKWELL Labs, a workplace resilience research company, so the material in his sessions comes out of his own research base. Two decades running his own law firm, and CEO of the professional training company Peak Potentials/New Peaks. The resilience argument comes from someone who has carried operating responsibility for a business. He works from a distinction between operational resilience and strategic resilience, and builds sessions around the second. Teams leave with the four domains of resilience as shared language: mental, emotional, physical, and spirit-driven. Named clients include Oracle, Medtronic, Zimmer Biomet, Procter & Gamble, US Bank, and Baptist Health System. His Rank My Resilience assessment gives a leadership team a measured starting point alongside the keynote. Biography highlights Author of Pivot (#1 Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, and Publishers Weekly bestseller), Change Proof (McGraw-Hill, 2022), and Re-Culture (Post Hill Press, 2026) Founder and CEO, WORKWELL Labs Host of The Change Proof Podcast TEDx speaker Former CEO of Peak Potentials/New Peaks, a professional training enterprise; founding partner of his own law firm for two decades Corporate clients including Oracle, Medtronic, Zimmer Biomet, Procter & Gamble, American Airlines, and Dunkin’ Biography The cost of constant change lands on decision quality first. Restructures and AI rollouts stack up, and judgement slows long before attrition registers the damage. Adam Markel’s work sits in that gap, between the change load a leadership team is carrying and the quality of the calls it is still making. Change Proof (McGraw-Hill, 2022) argues that resilience is a capacity an organisation builds into the way its leaders work. Pivot ran that argument across career and business reinvention, and topped the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, and Publishers Weekly lists. He founded WORKWELL Labs, a workplace resilience research company, and is its CEO. Re-Culture (Post Hill Press, 2026) moves the argument from the individual leader to the team. Its central claim is that the strongest cultures are designed on purpose, around what he calls a “Got Your Back” culture where people are supported enough to do their best work. The book sets out the WORK WELL TOGETHER framework and names Six Myths of Culture that keep organisations stuck. Its case studies set Pixar’s trust equation and WD-40’s tribal promise against the failure of Manchester United’s marginal gains. He ran his own law firm for two decades and was CEO of the training company Peak Potentials/New Peaks. He hosts The Change Proof Podcast, and his corporate clients include Oracle, Medtronic, Procter & Gamble, and American Airlines. Key speaking topics Leadership resilience under sustained change Operational resilience and strategic resilience Change Proof: organisational capacity for uncertainty Re-Culture and the WORK WELL TOGETHER framework Trust, connection, and “Got Your Back” team culture AI adoption and organisational adaptability Burnout prevention in senior teams Ideal for CEOs and executive committees facing repeated change cycles CHROs and people leaders responsible for senior-team resilience Leadership offsites and annual conferences Transformation and change leads owning multi-year programmes Audience outcomes A definition of resilience as an operating capacity a leadership team can build The four domains of resilience as shared language: mental, emotional, physical, and spirit-driven A measured starting point on organisational resilience from the Rank My Resilience assessment Practices for recovery and renewal that fit inside a leader’s working week The Six Myths of Culture from Re-Culture, and what replaces them

Why organisations work with Adele Bates Her classroom experience covers every major UK school setting: mainstream primary and secondary, pupil referral units, alternative provision, and special schools. School leaders can bring her to a mixed-audience CPD day knowing the examples hold up across every context in the room. Her approach is informed by funded comparative international research. In 2019, she received a full grant to research Finland’s inclusive education system. Research in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica followed. What she recommends draws on documented practice from functioning systems across three countries. Her book, published by Corwin/SAGE, has been used by headteachers to rewrite whole-school behaviour policies from scratch. It provides a structured, chapter-by-chapter framework that school leaders can put to immediate institutional use. She writes for TES, SecEd, and Headteacher Update, reaching school leaders at scale. Audiences in her sessions often arrive knowing her work, which changes the quality of the conversation. Her TEDx 2020 talk and BBC Radio 4 appearances as the network’s expert on teenagers and behaviour give her name recognition well beyond the education conference circuit. Biography highlights Author, “Miss, I Don’t Give A Sh*t”: Engaging with Challenging Behaviour in Schools (Corwin/SAGE) TEDx 2020 speaker BBC Radio 4 expert on teenagers and behaviour Trainer for the National Education Union and Amnesty International Education WeAreTheCity Rising Star Award, Education category Funded international researcher in behaviour and inclusion: Finland (2019), Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica Biography Behaviour policies give teachers a sequence of steps. They rarely explain what to do when those steps stop working. For more than 20 years, Adele Bates taught in the settings where that gap matters most: mainstream primary and secondary schools, pupil referral units, alternative provision, and special schools. Her book, “Miss, I Don’t Give A Sh*t”: Engaging with Challenging Behaviour in Schools, is published by Corwin/SAGE. It gives school leaders a structured framework for rebuilding behaviour culture from the ground up. Headteachers have used it to rewrite their school’s behaviour policy from scratch. In 2019, she received a full grant to research Finland’s inclusive education system, observing classes and interviewing teachers across several schools. She has since carried out school-based research in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. Those visits inform how she frames what is achievable, with reference to systems that have solved problems UK schools are still working through. She is BBC Radio 4’s expert on teenagers and behaviour and gave a TEDx talk in 2020. She writes regularly for TES, SecEd, and Headteacher Update. She trains for the National Education Union and Amnesty International Education. School leaders who book her often know her work before she arrives. Key speaking topics Inclusive behaviour in schools Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) in education Trauma-informed practice Whole-school behaviour culture and consistency Pupil engagement and relationship-led teaching Equality, bias, and inclusion in education Staff confidence and wellbeing in schools Ideal for Headteachers and senior leadership teams in mainstream and specialist schools Classroom teachers and subject leaders seeking practical behaviour frameworks Multi-academy trust (MAT) CPD and professional development leads National education organisations and education conference organisers Audience outcomes A clearer account of why SEMH-driven behaviour does not respond to sanctions, and what the evidence suggests actually works Practical strategies for rebuilding positive relationships with disengaged pupils, applicable from the next lesson A framework for evaluating whether a school’s behaviour policy is built to support or to separate A sharper understanding of how equality, bias, and inclusion connect to behaviour patterns across a whole school Tools for strengthening staff confidence and consistency in challenging classroom situations

Why organisations work with Dr Alex George He brings a clinician’s framework to workplace wellbeing, grounding corporate mental health conversations in the same preventative medicine thinking used on an emergency medicine ward. His policy work as the UK Government’s Youth Mental Health Ambassador gives him rare authority on what structural mental health support actually looks like at scale, from curriculum design to Early Support Hubs. Two Sunday Times bestsellers, Live Well Every Day and The Mind Manual, give his sessions a concrete toolkit audiences can take away, not a set of slogans. He connects the wellbeing agenda to the emerging workforce, with direct credibility on Gen Z mental health, early career burnout, and the intergenerational shift inside organisations. He speaks publicly about losing his brother Llyr to suicide in 2020, which turns the topic from corporate compliance into a conversation leaders feel obligated to lead. Biography highlights NHS-trained emergency medicine doctor, University Hospital Lewisham, London Medical degree, University of Exeter Medical School (2015); honorary degree from the University of Exeter (2024) First UK Government Youth Mental Health Ambassador, appointed by the Prime Minister, Department for Education (2021-2024) Author of Sunday Times bestsellers Live Well Every Day and The Mind Manual Host of Stompcast and The Waiting Room, walking and health interview podcasts Campaigner behind the Early Support Hubs initiative, which secured nearly 5 million pounds of UK government funding for open-access youth mental health drop-ins Biography Most workplace wellbeing programmes are built by committees. Dr Alex George builds them the way an emergency medicine doctor assesses a patient: triage the real risks first, then design habits that people will actually repeat. That clinical instinct sits underneath everything he does on stage. Training at the University of Exeter Medical School and working in emergency medicine at University Hospital Lewisham gave him a direct view of how mental and physical health present together, and how late most people arrive for help. His public profile opened a second track. In February 2021 the Prime Minister appointed him the UK’s first Youth Mental Health Ambassador, based in the Department for Education, where he spent four years shaping policy on school and college support, curriculum, and early intervention. The campaign that defines that period is Early Support Hubs. Working with the Fund the Hubs Coalition, Mind, and YoungMinds, he pushed for walk-in mental health services for young people and helped secure nearly 5 million pounds of initial UK government investment. The same logic drives his writing. Live Well Every Day and The Mind Manual, both Sunday Times bestsellers, turn clinical ideas into daily practice for a non-medical reader. For corporate audiences, that body of work translates into an unusually practical session: clinician-grade framing of the mental health risks inside a workforce, paired with habits leaders can install this quarter. In 2024 the University of Exeter awarded him an honorary degree in recognition of the campaigning. Key speaking topics Workplace mental health and employee wellbeing Preventative health and mental fitness Youth mental health and the Gen Z workforce Burnout, resilience, and recovery Public health communication and behaviour change Suicide prevention and mental health literacy for leaders Ideal for CHROs and Chief Wellbeing Officers redesigning mental health provision beyond EAP minimums Leadership teams accountable for burnout, attrition, and engagement metrics Early careers, graduate, and Gen Z talent programmes Healthcare, education, and public sector organisations with frontline workforce pressures Audience outcomes A clinician’s read on which mental health risks are most material to their workforce right now A concrete set of daily habits, drawn from his books, that leaders can model and cascade A sharper understanding of how Gen Z employees experience mental health differently, and what that means for policy and line management Practical language for leaders to open mental health conversations without overstepping into clinical territory A clear view of what structural mental health support looks like, drawn from his government policy work

Why organisations work with Alison Canavan She turns wellbeing from a benefits line item into something employees do during the working day. Her signature 5-Minute Journal practice and short mindfulness routines are designed for people who say they have no time for wellbeing. She brings a UCLA Semel Institute mindfulness credential into rooms that would otherwise be sceptical of meditation language, which gives HR and people leaders a defensible programme to stand behind. She built a structured wellbeing series for an airline, Aer Lingus, on a workforce known for shift fatigue and circadian disruption. That kind of operational application travels well into other shift-heavy and high-pressure environments. She speaks from a lived recovery narrative, postnatal depression, addiction, single parenthood, without turning the talk into therapy. Audiences disclose more honestly afterwards, which is what HR teams say they need. She is comfortable with both a 200-person town hall and an executive offsite, which matters for organisations rolling a single wellbeing voice across multiple formats. Biography highlights UCLA-trained Mindfulness Facilitator, Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior Author of Minding Mum: It’s Time to Take Care of You, published by Gill Books, Ireland Master NLP Practitioner, HeartMath facilitator, and graduate of the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health (Advanced Diploma in Diet and Nutrition Therapeutics) Creator of the Wellbeing in the Skies series for Aer Lingus Corporate keynote and workshop work cited with Google, YouTube, Deloitte, Coinbase, Allianz, Bank of Ireland, PayPal, Bristol Myers Squibb, Deutsche Telekom and Vitality Regular contributor to Irish broadsheet and broadcast media on mental health and wellbeing, including The Sunday Independent and Ireland AM Biography Most wellbeing programmes inside organisations underperform for the same reason. They treat stress and mental health as a benefits category rather than something that happens minute by minute during the working day. Alison Canavan’s corporate work is built around closing that gap. She trained as a Mindfulness Facilitator at UCLA’s Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior, and combines that with practitioner-level work in NLP, HeartMath and nutrition. The point of stacking those disciplines is practical. Different parts of a workforce respond to different entry points, and her programmes are designed to give people a route in that does not require them to call it meditation if they do not want to. Her book Minding Mum, published by Gill Books in Ireland, established her early authority on postnatal mental health and self-care. The corporate work has since broadened into stress, burnout, anxiety, hybrid working pressure, and the slow erosion of attention that senior teams now describe as their biggest people problem. Her Wellbeing in the Skies series, built for Aer Lingus cabin crew, is one example of a structured programme designed for a workforce that cannot easily step away from the job to look after itself. What audiences tend to take from her sessions is not a concept but a habit. The 5-Minute Journal practice she teaches is the most cited example. It is short enough to survive a real working week, which is the only test that matters for workplace wellbeing content. Key speaking topics Workplace mental health and burnout Mindfulness and daily practice for high-pressure teams Stress, anxiety and recovery Hybrid working and return-to-office wellbeing Self-leadership and emotional regulation Resilience and sustainable performance Postnatal mental health and parental wellbeing Ideal for CHROs and heads of people designing the next iteration of their wellbeing strategy Wellbeing, DEI and employee experience leads commissioning company-wide programmes Operational leaders of shift-based or high-pressure workforces (airlines, healthcare, financial services, contact centres) Leadership offsites and senior team meetings where stress and personal capacity have become a strategic conversation Audience outcomes A daily practice, anchored in the 5-Minute Journal method, that survives a real working week A clearer language for stress, burnout and anxiety that employees and managers can actually use with each other Specific techniques for nervous system regulation that work in the gaps between meetings A more honest conversation about mental health inside the room, which most HR teams report as the single hardest thing to engineer

Why organisations work with Amanda Hamilton A clinical nutrition practitioner who can hold a corporate audience. The combination of qualified therapist credentials and 25 years of mainstream BBC presenting is what allows her to land technical content on gut health, fasting and longevity without losing the room. Genuine subject authority on women’s mid-life health, an area most wellbeing programmes underserve. The Women’s Reset programme is built specifically around women aged 40+, the cohort employers are most often losing. A bestselling thesis on the gut-health-and-weight relationship, The G Plan Diet, that pre-dated the mainstream gut microbiome conversation and is still in print. Practical, non-dogmatic translation of biohacking, fasting and longevity science. Audiences leave with things they can actually do on Monday, not a manifesto. Biography highlights Nutritional therapist with 25+ years’ practice; member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists and associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine. Co-host of the BBC’s Something for the Weekend with Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer, and presenter on How to Live Longer, The Truth About… and The Spa of Embarrassing Illnesses. Author of The G Plan Diet (2017, with Hannah Ebelthite), Eat, Fast, Slim (Watkins, 2013), Life-Changing Weight Loss (Piatkus, 2008) and LifeDetox (Piatkus, 2007). Founder of The Women’s Reset, an app-based programme on nutrition, exercise, mindset and healthcare for women aged 40+. Currently pursuing an MSc in Obesity Science at Robert Gordon University. Past corporate and consulting work spans Marbella Club, MyFitnessPal, Nairns and OakNorth, alongside Harley Street longevity practice. Biography Most corporate wellness content fails the credibility test the moment a clinically literate employee asks a follow-up question. Amanda Hamilton has built a 25-year career on the opposite premise: that workforce audiences will engage seriously with nutrition, longevity and gut health, but only when the speaker can hold the science as well as the room. Her clinical grounding sits with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists and the Royal Society of Medicine, and she is currently pursuing an MSc in Obesity Science at Robert Gordon University. Her broadcast career, including years co-hosting the BBC’s Something for the Weekend and presenting How to Live Longer, taught her how to make that science conversational without watering it down. The G Plan Diet, published in 2017 with Hannah Ebelthite, brought the gut-weight relationship into the mainstream conversation before the microbiome became a wellness category in its own right. Earlier books with Piatkus and Watkins covered fasting, weight loss and detox protocols, work she has since extended through retreats, the Women’s Reset programme for women aged 40+, and Harley Street longevity practice. For corporate audiences this resolves a familiar problem. Wellbeing programmes lose authority when they over-promise; they lose engagement when they under-deliver. She works in the narrow band between clinical caution and practical usefulness, which is why she lands well with mid-life cohorts that have heard the generic version too many times. Key speaking topics Nutrition and gut health Longevity and healthspan Women’s mid-life health and menopause Corporate wellbeing and workforce vitality Fasting and metabolic health Biohacking and human optimisation Ideal for Heads of HR, reward and benefits, and wellbeing leads designing or refreshing employee health programmes Companies focused on retaining and supporting women aged 40+, including senior female talent Health, hospitality and wellness brands seeking a clinically credible voice on consumer-facing nutrition Audience outcomes A clearer view of which workplace health interventions are evidence-backed and which are not A practical understanding of how nutrition, sleep and fasting protocols affect energy and performance A more informed conversation about women’s mid-life health that goes beyond menopause headlines Specific, lifestyle-level changes employees can apply without needing a clinical referral

Why organisations work with Andrea McLean Thirteen years anchoring Loose Women gives her a craft of audience handling that few corporate keynote speakers can match, useful for events that need a host who can hold a room as well as deliver content. She speaks publicly about her own surgical menopause, breakdown and career exit, which lets internal audiences raise menopause and midlife anxiety as workplace issues without the conversation feeling clinical or performative. As co-founder and CEO of This Girl Is On Fire, she brings the perspective of someone who has built a women’s personal growth business from scratch, not just a presenter reading a script on the topic. Confessions of a Menopausal Woman and This Girl Is on Fire gave her a defined, recognisable position in the UK menopause and midlife conversation, useful for employer events targeting women in their forties and fifties. She can move between keynote, panel chair, awards host and after-dinner storyteller in the same engagement, which suits women’s networks, internal D&I events and customer-facing brand evenings. Biography highlights Longest-serving anchor of ITV’s Loose Women, on the panel from 2007 to 2020. Began her television career as a GMTV weather presenter in 1997, building a 24-year run across UK daytime broadcasting. Author of four books published with Hodder & Stoughton and others, including Confessions of a Menopausal Woman (2018) and the Sunday Times bestseller This Girl Is on Fire (2020). Co-founder and CEO of This Girl Is On Fire, a women’s personal growth platform launched in 2018 with masterclasses, podcast, app and live events. Has interviewed Oprah Winfrey, Beyoncé, Drew Barrymore and Michael Bublé across her broadcasting career. Runs a CPD-accredited media coaching course used by founders, authors and executives preparing for high-stakes broadcast appearances. Biography Most organisations still treat menopause, anxiety and midlife reinvention as private events that happen to women alongside their work, rather than as workplace issues. The result is a steady, quiet loss of senior women at exactly the point they should be moving into their most influential roles. Andrea McLean has spent the past decade turning that private territory into public conversation. For thirteen years she anchored ITV’s Loose Women, the longest-serving lead on a panel show built around women talking honestly about their lives. The role gave her a particular kind of authority: the craft of holding a room of strangers, and the experience of doing it while navigating a surgical menopause, anxiety, two divorces and, in 2019, a public breakdown that became the trigger for leaving television. In 2018 she co-founded This Girl Is On Fire with her husband Nick Feeney, a personal growth platform for women that now runs masterclasses, a podcast, an app and live events. Confessions of a Menopausal Woman and This Girl Is on Fire established her as a recognisable UK voice on midlife women’s health and reinvention, with the second book reaching the Sunday Times bestseller list. She is most useful to organisations that need someone who can host an event, deliver a keynote and answer questions about midlife transition without flinching. The audience is usually a women’s network, a D&I forum, or a customer event aimed at women in their forties and fifties. The substance is personal, the room is her craft, and the topic is one she has built a company around. Key speaking topics Menopause in the workplace Midlife reinvention for senior women Anxiety and personal recovery Women’s networks and inclusion events Storytelling for high-stakes communication Confidence and career pivots Building a business in midlife Ideal for Women’s networks and ERGs at large employers D&I and wellbeing events focused on women aged 40 to 55 Customer-facing brand evenings and awards nights needing a host with on-air craft Internal leadership events seeking a candid voice on midlife transition and resilience Audience outcomes A frank, named account of menopause, anxiety and recovery delivered without clinical distance. Permission for senior women in the room to raise midlife and health issues as workplace topics. A story of leaving a high-profile career and building a business in midlife, useful for audiences considering their own pivot. A room held with the pace and warmth of a broadcaster, not the rhythm of a corporate presenter.

Why organisations work with Andy Cole A Premier League Hall of Fame career inside one of football’s most demanding dressing rooms, used to ground sessions on standards, feedback and accountability with detail rather than slogan. Five Premier League titles and the 1999 Champions League final, including a goal tally of 121 for Manchester United, give his team-performance material the weight of evidence. Personal authority on resilience through a 2017 kidney transplant and the founding of the Andy Cole Fund with Kidney Research UK, used in sessions on recovery, mental health and the cost of carrying on. Active Manchester United Ambassador and broadcast pundit, comfortable in moderated panels, post-dinner Q and A and corporate hospitality formats where the audience expects fluency under questioning. Biography highlights Premier League Hall of Fame inductee (2024). 187 Premier League goals; Premier League Golden Boot winner 1993/94 with 34 goals in a 42-game season. Five Premier League titles, FA Cup honours and the 1999 UEFA Champions League with Manchester United. 15 senior England caps; PFA Young Player of the Year, 1994. Author of “Fast Forward: The Autobiography”, Hodder & Stoughton, 2020. Founder of the Andy Cole Fund with Kidney Research UK, launched 2020 with a personal pledge of £250,000. Biography The 1999 Manchester United dressing room is the most studied team environment in English football. Andy Cole spent six years inside it, scoring 121 goals and winning five league titles, an FA Cup and the Champions League final that completed the Treble. The standards inside that group, and the cost of meeting them, are the raw material he draws on when he speaks to senior teams. His Premier League career produced 187 goals across Newcastle, Manchester United, Blackburn, Fulham, Manchester City and others, the Golden Boot in 1993/94 with 34 goals in a 42-game season, and induction into the Premier League Hall of Fame in 2024. The numbers matter for credibility, but the more useful content is what they describe: a working life judged in public, every week, for nineteen years. In 2015 he was diagnosed with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. By 2017 his kidney function had fallen to seven per cent and his nephew donated the organ that saved his life. He has since spoken openly about the mental health collapse that followed, founded the Andy Cole Fund with Kidney Research UK, and pledged £250,000 of his own money toward research into transplants and patient wellbeing. His 2020 autobiography “Fast Forward” set out the same arc in print: standards, friction, recovery. For corporate audiences, the offer is reflective rather than instructional. He works best in conversation, in moderated panels, and in after-dinner formats where senior leaders want a serious account of performance and recovery from someone who has lived both. Key speaking topics Elite team performance and standards Resilience and recovery after serious illness Mental health in high-pressure careers Manchester United, the Treble and the Premier League era Motivation and team spirit Mentorship and life after sport Ideal for Sales and commercial leadership conferences seeking a credible voice on standards, accountability and team performance. HR, wellbeing and employee engagement events where a personal account of recovery and mental health adds weight to internal programmes. Corporate hospitality, awards dinners and partner events tied to sport, sponsorship or Manchester United audiences. Charity, healthcare and patient-experience events on kidney health, transplant and donor advocacy. Audience outcomes A close-range account of what high standards inside a championship-winning team feel like in practice, not in theory. A direct view of the mental and physical cost of carrying on after a major health shock, told without hedging. A reset on what resilience actually means for individuals working under sustained scrutiny. A confident, honest Q and A with a senior leader who has lived the material on stage and in print.

Why organisations work with Anelia Uzunova A corporate operator’s read on wellbeing. She has run point for a CEO at Galderma and managed global innovation projects at Novartis, so the inner-leadership conversation lands as an executive discipline rather than a soft-skills add-on. Founder of the wellbeing community at the World Economic Forum, which gives her a credible vantage point on how peer organisations are actually structuring this work, not just how they describe it on their careers page. A structured method, the RISE Inner Leadership framework, that gives leadership teams something concrete to take back to their day-to-day, rather than a workshop afterglow. A bilingual, cross-cultural speaker with working experience across Switzerland, the US, and the UK, well suited to executive audiences in pharma, healthcare, and globally distributed corporate teams. INSEAD-trained executive coach who lectures on Leading for Wellbeing to its MBA audience, which translates into content that survives a sceptical senior room. Biography highlights Chief of Staff to the CEO, Galderma Global Leadership Fellow, World Economic Forum; founder of the WEF wellbeing community Former global digital innovation project lead at Novartis, Switzerland MBA and executive coaching certification, INSEAD Executive Masters in Global Leadership, World Economic Forum programme Lecturer to INSEAD MBA audiences on Leading for Wellbeing Biography Pharma is a useful test case for the limits of conventional wellbeing programmes. The work is high-stakes, the regulatory load is heavy, and the senior teams running global functions tend to be senior precisely because they absorb pressure for everyone else. That is the environment Anelia Uzunova has worked inside for most of her career, first at Novartis in Switzerland and then as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Galderma. Her shift from operating roles to coaching and speaking was not a reinvention away from corporate life. It was a decision to teach explicitly what she saw working at the top of complex organisations. The Global Leadership Fellows Programme at the World Economic Forum gave her a comparative view across industries; founding the WEF’s wellbeing community gave her a structured one. Both inform a body of work focused on the inner state of the leader as an operational variable. The teachable form of that work is the RISE Inner Leadership framework, organised around four stages: Root, Ignite, Surrender, Embody. It is used with executive audiences and with the INSEAD MBA cohort she lectures to on Leading for Wellbeing. The framing is not therapeutic. It is closer to executive coaching with a clear curriculum, designed for senior leaders who have already tried the surface interventions and want something that holds up under pressure. Her credentials sit across INSEAD, the World Economic Forum, and a fifteen-year corporate track record in pharma and healthcare. The reason this matters for serious organisations is straightforward: when wellbeing is treated as an HR programme, it stays peripheral. When it is treated as a leadership capability, it changes how people work. Uzunova argues, and demonstrates, that the second framing is the one that pays back. Key speaking topics Inner leadership and executive composure Wellbeing as a leadership capability Personal transformation and reinvention for senior leaders Leading through change and uncertainty Purpose and alignment in executive careers Mindful leadership for high-pressure industries Women in senior leadership Ideal for CHROs and Chief People Officers building wellbeing into the leadership agenda rather than the benefits stack C-suite and senior leadership offsites in pharma, healthcare, and other high-pressure regulated industries Executive development programmes and high-potential cohorts Women’s leadership and senior talent forums Audience outcomes A working definition of inner leadership that an executive team can use, not a wellness vocabulary The four-stage RISE framework as a reference structure for how senior leaders manage their own state A sharper view of how composure, alignment, and presence affect team performance and retention Practical anchors for executives navigating role transitions, restructure, or extended pressure A frame for treating wellbeing as a leadership discipline that boards and CEOs can sponsor with confidence

Why organisations work with Anita Jones A live-broadcast presenter who hosts boardroom and large-audience corporate events with the pacing and composure of a Champions League studio. Bilingual English and Spanish presenting capability for international events, conferences and panel sessions, including interviews at the level of Lionel Messi and Jude Bellingham. A named, parliamentary-level voice on endometriosis as an Endometriosis UK ambassador, giving women’s health an editorial weight beyond a wellness slot. A British-Nigerian broadcaster credible on representation in sport and media without retreating into generic DEI framing. Biography highlights Presenter, CBS Champions League and CBS Golazo. Reporter, Premier League Productions, reporting weekly from clubs across England. Sky Sports broadcaster; earlier roles with BBC, Channel 4, and Arsenal Nation Live. First-class degree in European Studies, King’s College London; fluent in Spanish and English. Has covered the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, the Women’s World Cup, and the Women’s Champions League. Ambassador for Endometriosis UK; has spoken in Parliament on endometriosis, including for Endometriosis Action Month. Biography Live football broadcasting is unforgiving. A presenter has to carry a Champions League studio, hold the line in a noisy stadium tunnel, and translate a Messi or Bellingham answer on the fly. That is the working environment behind Anita Jones’s day job at CBS Champions League, CBS Golazo, Sky Sports and Premier League Productions. The route in was journalistic rather than celebrity. A first-class degree in European Studies from King’s College London, then early reporting and presenting roles at the BBC, Channel 4 and Arsenal Nation Live, before the move into Premier League Productions and CBS. Bilingual English and Spanish broadcasting has been a consistent edge across the work, particularly around major tournaments including the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, the Women’s World Cup and the Women’s Champions League. The hosting craft transfers cleanly to corporate stages. Jones works as an event host, moderator and panel chair, with the pace and authority of a live broadcast rather than the cadence of a guest speaker. Briefs that require multilingual delivery, sports tie-ins, or a presenter who can carry a high-profile interview in front of a senior internal audience all sit naturally inside her week. The second strand of her public work is women’s health. Diagnosed with endometriosis in 2018 after a laparoscopy, Jones became an ambassador for Endometriosis UK and has used her broadcast profile to put the condition on the record, including in Parliament during Endometriosis Action Month. For employers looking to treat women’s health as an operating issue rather than a wellness panel, that lived and named platform is what she adds. Key speaking topics Event hosting and live moderation Panel chairing for international and bilingual audiences Sports broadcasting and media Women in sports media Endometriosis and women’s workplace health Representation and diversity in sport Ideal for Corporate conferences and annual events looking for a host or MC with live-broadcast pacing International and bilingual English and Spanish audiences, particularly in sport, sponsorship and brand activation Employee network and ERG events on women’s health, with a focus on endometriosis Sports industry, sponsor and federation events requiring an experienced football moderator Audience outcomes A professionally paced event with clear handovers, sharp interviewing and confident audience handling. A concrete picture of how endometriosis presents in working life and what better workplace support actually looks like. A first-hand view of how representation in sports media has shifted, and what it took to move from a regional reporter role to a Champions League studio. For bilingual audiences, an event delivered with equal fluency in English and Spanish rather than translated through a second voice.

Why organisations work with Anna Allerton She built her authority inside a 17-year operational career at Sky, including founding and producing Sky’s Sportswomen programme, so she speaks about high-pressure performance from inside it rather than outside it. Her Management Today 35 Women Under 35 listing and editorial track record give buyers a credible name on the panel for senior internal audiences who are sceptical of the wellness market. She is qualified through the Academy of Executive Coaching, the triple-accredited UK training body, and runs a 1:1 executive coaching practice alongside the speaking work, which means workshop content lands as coaching, not awareness. Her client list, including Workday, IMG, the Premier League, Sky, The Forward Trust and NBCU New York, shows she has tested the same content across financial, sports, media and broadcast environments at senior level. She writes on the topic for serious audiences, including a co-authored chapter in Myths of Menopause (Sequoia Books, edited by Dr Nicky Keay), giving organisations published material they can circulate internally after the session. Biography highlights Founder and Director of Allerton Coaching & Consulting 17-year career at Sky, including roles at Sky Sports News from Sub-Editor through to Global Head of Internal Communications Founder and producer of Sky’s Sportswomen, launched in 2012 as the first dedicated women’s sport TV programme of its kind Named in Management Today‘s 35 Women Under 35 Trained and qualified executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching Co-author of a chapter in Myths of Menopause (Sequoia Books, edited by Dr Nicky Keay) Clients include Workday, IMG, Sky, the Premier League, The Forward Trust, Whisper, NBCU New York and Age UK Featured in Grazia, Stylist, Times Radio and We Are The City Biography Sportswomen launched on Sky Sports in 2012 as the first British TV programme dedicated entirely to women’s sport. Anna Allerton founded and produced it, and it ran inside one of the most demanding live broadcast environments in UK sport. That credit, alongside seventeen years of editorial and production roles at Sky Sports News, is the reason her work on women in the workplace lands differently from most. She came back from her second maternity leave at 38 with debilitating symptoms that took a year to be correctly diagnosed as perimenopause. The experience pushed her to retrain through the Academy of Executive Coaching, the UK’s triple-accredited training body, and to build a practice specifically around keeping experienced women in senior roles through their forties and fifties. The work now runs on two tracks. A 1:1 executive coaching practice for senior women, and a consulting and speaking offer for organisations on what a menopause-inclusive workplace actually looks like in operating terms. Clients to date include Workday, IMG, the Premier League, Sky, The Forward Trust, Whisper, NBCU New York and Age UK. She co-authored a chapter in Myths of Menopause, edited by Dr Nicky Keay and published by Sequoia Books, and has written and spoken in Grazia, Stylist and Times Radio. What makes her useful in a boardroom rather than a wellness slot is the angle. She frames menopause as a talent-retention question first and a wellbeing question second. She was named in Management Today‘s 35 Women Under 35 for her work in sports journalism, not for her current specialism, and that older credential is part of why senior internal audiences take the newer one seriously. Key speaking topics Perimenopause and menopause in the workplace Talent retention of women in their 40s and 50s Women’s leadership and career navigation through midlife Women in sport and women’s sports journalism Returning to senior roles after maternity leave Menopause-inclusive workplace policy and practice Mental health and wellbeing for senior women Ideal for CHROs, heads of DEI and talent leaders designing retention strategy for women in senior roles Executive teams and ERGs in financial, professional services, media and sport launching menopause workplace programmes Senior women’s networks and leadership development cohorts in the 35 to 55 age range Boards and ExCos commissioning a credible non-clinical voice on menopause as a business issue Audience outcomes A clear reframing of perimenopause and menopause as a talent-retention and performance issue, with management implications Practical language for line managers and senior women to use when the conversation comes up at work An honest account, drawn from a high-pressure broadcast career, of what symptoms actually do to focus, confidence and decision-making Specific organisational examples from work with Workday, IMG, the Premier League, Sky and others Reference material from Myths of Menopause and Allerton’s published writing for internal follow-up
